Piękny, świetnie utrzymany hotel, czyściutki i bardzo komfortowy. Znajduje się praktycznie w samym centrum, świetne połączenie komunikacyjne. W okolicy same markowe sklepy. Jeśli nie chce się korzystać z restauracji w hotelu, to trzeba odbyć spacer do nieco odległych sklepów czy restauracyjek. Ogólnie okolica bardzo przyjemna.

Hotel jest bardzo wygodnie położony tak dla przesiadek jak i dłuzszych pobytów.Obsługa miła .Czystość bez zastrzeżeń.

Spędziłem w tym hotelu trzy noce i byłem bardzo zadowolony. Oddalony od centrum, ale oferujący kilkakrotnie w ciągu dnia bezpłatny dojazd własnym busem do głównej ulicy miasta. Niedaleko dostęp do komunikacji publicznej. Położenie tuż przy jeziorze z przyjemnym widokiem na wodę. Czysty pokój (gorzej na korytarzach), dobrze wypozażona łazienka, klimatyzacja, uprzejma obsługa w recepcji, dostatecznie wyposażony pokój biznesowy (komputer, drukarka) ogólny bezpłatny dostęp WiFi do Internetu, basen, w pokojach ekspres do kawy i lodówka, co dzień nowa porcja kawy i herbaty do samodzielnego przyrządzania, telewizor (choć nie najlepszej jakości i z małą liczbą programów, ale to nie było dla mnie najważniejsze), na korytarzu maszyna do lodu i automaty z napojami. Jedno co mi nie odpowiadało to posiłki w restauracji hotelowej, zwłaszcza oferowane podczas śniadań (jajecznica, chyba z proszku, dziwne jakieś mazie, dziwne w smaku kiełbaski itp), ale to zapewne typowo amerykańskie potrawy, a wyczucie smaku to oczywiście rzecz indywidualnego gustu. W każdym razie były dość urozmaicone i zawsze uzupełnione o świeże owoce. Raz w tygodniu w rozsądnej cenie ( 20 dol.) kolacja typu - bufet, z zadziwiająco dużym wyborem dań (część nawet mi smakowała, a jestem przyzwyczajony do dobrej kuchni - zwłaszcza ryby, których oferowano kilka rodzajów w różnej postaci) towarzyszyła temu muzyka na żywo i sprawna obsługa kelnerska. W sumie OK.
Lokalizacja
JW Marriott Chicago usytuowano w centrum miasta Chicago o kilka kroków od takich wartych uwagi miejsc, jak Chicago Board of Trade Building, Willis Tower i Skydeck Ledge. W pobliżu znajdują się również: Art Institute of Chicago i Park Millennium Park.

"No king for me!"
I booked a king room and got 2 doubles. Kept being told there was no other choice or to keep calling back. Was there for 4 nights but still could not be accommodated and the front desk didn't seem to care!

The JWM in Chicago was a great surprise. I expected it to be good but it significantly exceeded expectations in every way, particularly in the physical facility. Also the staff could not have been better. Hard to beat. Now don't go and use this to raise rates. Ted

Great hotel, easy to find off the interstate, good service for the most part although we had asked for for some extra bedding at the front desk and it never came. Otherwise great service, friendly staff, great rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone
"Beautiful hotel and great customer service"
My two friends and I stayed here for a night of a ladies' weekend, and we really enjoyed it. The bathroom in our room was gorgeous! My only complaint is that two double beds do not sleep three adults all that comfortably, and the hotel will not provide a rollaway bed per fire codes. "Gorgeous new hotel in Chicago Loop!"
I am origionally from the Chicago and wanted a high end hotel near the West Loop. The only real choice used to be the W City Center, which I love, but sometimes it's good to have a little variety. I have been to Chicago several times, however this hotel made my most recent trip wonderful. Location was amazing and the hotel was beyond my expectations. I will be back for sure.

"Quiet Hotel...beautiful room"
The room was great...huge bathroom. The only downside is the hotel is in a part of town that is very quiet on the weekends. There were not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. We were with our five year old daughter, so the choices were even more limited. Staff was very nice at the hotel.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The lobby is beautiful and the decor of the hallways and rooms is great. The workout room is perhaps the best hotel fitness area I've ever seen. All of the equipment is new and there is a lot of it - weights, machines, treadmills, elliptical, even an aerobic studio. The valet parking is extremely high priced, so we parked two blocks north in a garage for a fraction of the cost. Easy access to the "L" and the Redline train. I'm blown away at how much value I got for my dollar by booking the JW Marriott through Hotels.com. My husband and I took our daughter and my niece to Chicago to visit the American Girl store. We stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel was very nice and the girls really felt special. "Great place to stay in the Loop"
The JW Marriott is the place to stay for luxury in the Loop if you want nice sized rooms (as opposed to the Palmer House, which sometimes has mini-rooms) and luxury. It's close to the opera and public transportation, staff is very attentive, and it was brand new in 2010. Very nice place, I had a great deal on hotels.com, and I'd stay there again!

My husband and I stayed at the JWM and attended a function at the Union League Club, only a short walk away. The Willis (Sears) Tower is only a couple of blocks away as well.
