"Lovely, friendly Hotel"
The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive except at breakfast where they could be trained to a better standard. Breakfast, when you got it was lovely, great choice. Rooms poolside have the better view and are quieter, rooms are clean and a good size. Shame the hotel wanted to charge for early arrival as lots of international flights arrive […] early hours. "The Hotel with the Best Service and Facilities"
Stayed in the hotel for business but I didn't really expected ITC Gardenia to be so good until I checked out, flew to Mumbai and checked into Grand Hyatt. ITC Gardenia blows the Hyatt away with its superb service, great food (I loved The Edo, and also the breakfast spread with the fruit smoothies). Even the room's size and layout was very very neat […] and strategic, all the furnitures were in the perfect places.. The food in Kebabs and curries was too spicy. I ordered prawn biryani and I had loose motions as soon as I ate them. Either the oil was old and stale or th prawns were very old. I did not complain although the dish cost me more than Rs 1000/- . This was the expensive loose motion for me.

Our stay for 2 nights was very good, excellent property,food, service, only wish Hotels.com would have put my request for a hard mattress which I didnt get, overall experience was superb.
