"A little pricey for Palatka, but nice hotel"
Hotel was nice and new, staff were excellent, room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good...it was a little more expensive than I expected for Palatka, but had a very nice time there.

My family and I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Palatka. The customer service was top notch, the room was very clean and the hotel overall was great. This Holiday Inn Express is a shining example to all other hotels.

Very clean, close to resturants of choice. A gem in a town I didn't know existed. Went for a wedding and relatives from a far away as Wisconsin were staying at the same hotel. It was great, roomy and family friendly.
Holiday Inn and Suites Polatka Fla A hidden gem. Was so pleased with the staff and service that we received on our recent trip to Daytona. A little out of the way, but worth the diversion. Very clean and an excellent breakfast offered. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The gentleman who runs the front desk check in was extremely helpful. We had accidentally booked the wrong date and were trying to check in. He realized our mistake right away and called Hotels.com and had the problem fixed immediately. What a pleasure. We go frequently to Palatka to visit a relative and wouldn't stay anywhere else! "Great Place!!"
This place was great! No complaints at all. Staff was super friendly, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed that I will never think twice about paying a little more to stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Rooms were super clean, and smelled brand new.

Nice newer facility. Room was comfortable...room and bathroom was large and spacious. Nice decor. Two areas of opportunity for hotel...cleanliness of bathroom...found long hairs in shower stall. Excellent ameneties, cleanliness. The full menu complimentary breakfast daily was an unexpected bonus! Friendly staff, very accommodating. We'll be back.

Stayed here April 14-17. Hotel was fairly new (just over a year old) and staff was very courteous. I left a small bag of garments on the bed, which were delivered to me 2 days after checkout. The room door closers were set a bit hard, causing them to slam shut and the water temperatures fluctuated a bit, but otherwise a top-notch hotel.

I reserved two rooms at this property to visit a family member who also had a room at this hotel. This trip was to let my 83yo mother who is battling cancer visit family. I could not have been more satisfied with the acommodations and efficiency of the staff. The lady who handled the breakfast service was excellent. Every staff member from the front […] desk, housekeeping department and maintenance department spoke each time I encountered one of them. I was in the business for more than 30 yrs. in property management and corporate office positions and know great service and cleanliness. I also know the dedication to operate a successful hotel. "Nice and new"
This hotel was new, the staff was awesome and helped with any problems. Somehow Hotels.com set us up for a single King bed and the hotel moved us to a King and couch with a hide-a-bed so our son had a place to sleep.
