beautiful rooms, very spacious, lovely bathrooms and kitchen facilities in all rooms eg fridge/hob/sink. breakfast was excellent even though we were very out of season. they are expanding so some building work being done but none ever disturbed us. pool was not open as end of october but looked nice. you need a car as it is not in cortona town (which […] is up a steep hill) we stayed in various places over this week and paid about the same each night - this was definitely the best place we stayed for the money, excellent value. "Very pleasantly surprised"
Usually the old adage, "you get what you pay for" is true, so my expectations of this hotel were not very high, as it was pretty cheap. But in this case, I feel I got so much more than what I paid for. I honestly could not find one thing to complain about. Well, OK, maybe the room was a little warm, but I was not there in the daytime and it cooled off […] well enough at night. The location was absolutely perfect for me. I had rented a car and wanted to use the hotel as my base as I toured Tuscany. I drove up to Cortona every morning and then again in the evening, before and after whatever other part of tuscany I had visited. My room was quite large with a queen sized bed (I even had three pillows!) and a big bathroom. i had a great view of Cortona up on the hill from my window. The food in the restaurant was excellent and everyone I dealt with on the staff was very helpful. They printed maps and directions off of the internet for me. they even called Florence and got me reservations for the Ufizzi gallery. The guy in the restaurant even remembered that I drank two cappuccinos every morning. I never had to ask after the first day! As others have stated, they are under construction right now, but again, who is going to hang out there during the day? I am absolutely thrilled about this place and definitely plan to go back. "Charming"
Our stay was during the off-season so our service was wonderful. Manager even picked us up at the train station when we called to get directions. Great cab service up and back to town. Peaceful country get away.

Je ne peux que recommander cet Hotel ou tout est mis en place pour un trés bon séjour, l'acceuil y est particulièrement sympathique. on se sent trés libre sans contrainte, tout en étant trés entouré si nous […] retournons dans le coin nous y séjournerions certainement. le seul bémol été le fait qu'il y avait des travaux, mais malgrés ça nous n'avons pas été trop dérangé ces travaux vont apporter un plus .Félicitation à Séven Resort qui fait tout pour que le client se sente chez lui . Very nice flats and very helpfull management and employees. The restuarant, which is part of the resort, serves very nice Tuscan food at favourable prices. "Fantastic hotel, poor location"
This hotel is new, lovely and clean. The staff is excellent and the pool area and restaurant as well. However, my boyfriend and I booked this hotel based on the info that it was located in Cortona, which it is not. It is technically in Camucia, in rather desolate surroundings off the highway.
