Excellant front desk service! Only complaint we had was the doors to the rooms are paper thin, can hear everything in rooms, not private at all!

wish it had a hot tub/ spa but other than that i loved it! Room spacious great breakfast

Our family had the best time here. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It was nice to Return here after long days at sea world, fiesta Texas, and down town San Antonio. We didn't go swimming, but the kids did enjoy the mini putting green outside. Located Directly across the highway from sea world and not far from some shopping in case you […] wanted to stock the fridge for your stay. There are a few restaurants in walking distance too. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was I stayed there thinking the hotel would have a DVD player, as many do. So, we brought along some of our own movies. Tough luck for us! They want you to pay $12.99 for their movies and there's no DVD player at all in the room. I was there for a business meeting that was at a neighboring expensive resort during the week. There was breakfast and dinner every weeknight and even an evening cocktail hour. Hotel was good. Had to rearrange furnishing to view he TV. Could not see it correctly from chairs or bed. Limited stations - no HBO or premium as stated

This is the best hotel that I've ever stayed in. It's beautiful, pleasant, grounds & hotel neat and clean, rooms are just fantastic. I called the front desk for an extra blanket, within 5 minutes the blanket was there. My family of 4 stayed here for two nights. We woke up after the first night to sore backs from the uncomfortable bed. The breakfast was just average, but edible.The hotel staff were all very friendly and the shuttle to Sea World was awesome...didn't have to pay for parking and they picked us up very quickly after we called.

We picked this hotel because it was inexpensive, and only about 5 minutes from Sea World San Antonio. Overall it was a clean and decent, family environment. The room was modest, but comfortable. My only real complaints were that the bed was rather firm (I prefer a very soft bed), but my brother slept perfectly well and thought it was a great bed. I […] also was disappointed that the heavier curtains did not close fully, only the semi-sheer curtains did, so it was bright in the morning, and at night I was hoping the semi-sheer was thick enough that no one from outside could see in. Still, it's a good hotel for a short stay with your kids if you're planning to do sightseeing in the area. They had a free shuttle service to local businesses and to Sea World (saves you $15 per day on parking!). Just sign up early because seating is limited on weekends when the hotel is busy. We stayed at StayBridge Suites SeaWorld for 4 nights recently (07/30/11 - 08/03/11). It was the perfect place to stay for our visit. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 children. We had 2 rooms, a one-bedroom and a studio. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The "kitchen" in the studio was rather small, but generally […] when we cooked anything, it was in the one-bedroom. The kitchen in the one-bedroom was fine. There are a couple of gas grills down by the pool area and we used those a couple times. The grills were very nice and the hotel even provided grilling utensils! The pool was clean, but rather small and got crowded. The 2 kids (age 3 and 8) only swam in the pool once, but that was more a function of being worn out from the long days at SeaWorld or Schlitterbahn. All the hotel staff members we interacted with were helpful and courteous. There was breakfast in the dining area near the lobby every morning - waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, juice, fresh fruit, etc. The breakfast food was generally good and the main dish offerings changed a little each day so that kept things from getting too boring. We ate breakfast there every morning. There was also a manager's reception a few evenings during the week where beer, wine, snacks and dinner was served. It was very good as well. We went to SeaWorld 2 of the 3 full days we stayed there and the free shuttle from the hotel to SeaWorld was great! Out of six trips back and forth to SeaWorld, we only had to wait longer than 10 minutes once. We drove our vehicle out to New Braunfels for the Schlitterbaun day, but it only took about 45 minutes to get there from the hotel. My family and I stayed for a week and were treated wonderful. Free shuttle to sea world and also pet friendly! The breakfast was delicious ! The only thing I would change would be a bigger and deeper pool......other than that it was great.

Pros: proximity to Sea World; Tues - Thurs-> free breakfast, free dinner and free beer on tap (I'm not kidding) ; newer hotel; great barbeque restaurants (Rudy's, Jim Miller(?), plus one other) right across the street Cons: proximity to downtown San Antonio; swimming pool is too small (was jammed with families - think Caddyshack movie caddy day scene); […] water was slowly dripping/leaking in from the above bathroom into our bathroom shower Hotels.com said we would be guaranteed a cot upon check in. This hotel does not have cots. Luckily the manager upgraded us to a room with an extra bed. I booked the suite for my family in our recent trip to Seaworld in San Antonio. It was perfect for us! The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean. We had a great free breakfast each morning with enough variety for all my picky eaters. We had free shuttle service to and from Seaworld daily. This made it easy to go play for a few hours […] and easily bring our toddlers back for naptime. We were there over Tuesday through Thursday and we were greeted with free dinner and happy hour each night. The pool was clean and our oldest enjoyed playing on the putting green. I loved that there were clean laundry facilities on site- always a bonus to return home from vacation with clean laundry! loved the staff, easy check in and out. free prompt rides to/from sea world saved parking fees and long walks to hot car in the heat. the room was smaller than expected. kitchen was perhaps a 3x3 foot area, so only one of us could prepare meals at a time, but full refrigerator, dishes, dish washing liquid, even dishwasher with detergent. there is free […] laundry downstairs, just bring or buy your soap. breakfast included, but seating limited and there is only one waffle maker. (There was a 10-30 minute wait for the one waffle maker each day if that is an issue for you/child be prepared.) high price was offset by time and money saved on breakfast, free rides/sea world parking, being able to make dinner and do laundry. Very pleased with hotel stay. Hotel was very neat and clean. We were here for a visit to Sea World, the park was not far from the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Awesomehotel, BBQ grill next to pool, comfy and just my cable was fuzzy on tv but great place and breakfast was sooo good!

Everything was easy and great! They have a shuttle that will take you to Sea World and pick you up FREE of charge! They were very accommodating and willing to serve in any way.

Pros: Very nice staff. Free Shuttle to Sea World. Nice room that had everything you need. Free WiFi. Laundry room! Lot's of Pool Towels Good breakfast! Cons: Weekends they do not clean rooms unless you ask - they will replace room towels on request. Overall 5 stars! They really took care of my family! We will stay there next time!

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect if you are visiting Sea World. The rooms were clean and the service was adequate. The only gripe we had was that they did not inform us that the breakfast times where different for weekdays and weekends. We missed the breakfast on a weekday. The breakfast is great by the way.
