Bardzo przyzwoity hotel w rozsadnej cenie, schludny i czysty. Pani z obslugi - przemila. Sniadanie skromne - chleb tostowy z dzemem i platki z mlekiem oraz kawa. Ale w tej cenie nie ma co narzekac. Lokalizacja przy metrze linii czerwonej (bezposredni dojazd do Akropolu). Okolica na pierwszy rzut oka przygnebiajaca z uwagi na opuszczone i odrapane budynki, ale bezpiecznie. Mialem pokoj z fantastycznym tarasem na ktorym mozna bylo pic piwko do poznej nocy.

Once an area of leather tanning workshops, Psirri was transformed a few years back to make it Athens’ prime nightspot. Packed with an ever-growing range of bars, tavernas, and dance clubs, it offers mainstream entertainment. Several Latin and Oriental-themed bars add the spice. Psirri lives after dark, though the nearby Central Market is worth a look in by day.

"Cheap, cosy and cental"
After staying in a business hotel in the city, we moved to spend the weekend in center of Athens. It is within walking distance to "everything", and the quality of the hotel surprised us all in a postive way. The roof terrace was tremmendous, and in summertime it must be a very nice place to start of the social evening! The breakfast was good, the rooms […] modern and quiet surriondings in the night. The bar is standard, cheap, and employees friendly! Also there is a free WIFI on the room! For a weekend strole in the town, I really want to reccomend this hotel, both for coulpes, friends and even business related stay. I will return to this hotel next time I am visiting Athens! the location of the hotel is a consideration, there is a market in front of the hotel, which we find a little bit of scary during the night. there is no hair dryer in the room. the breakfast is very good, lots of selections.

"A real find"
After many years of trying I think I've finally found the perfect budget hotel in Athens. There's almost nothing not to like about this one. If you love the real Athens this is a perfect location. I can't think of anything better than walking straight out into the fruit and vegetable market in the morning. A clean modern hotel with excellent service, […] very clean and comfortable rooms, a good breakfast and free wifi. My room was on the market side, but there was no problem with noise. Minus points were tiny. (There was some slight noise from nearby rooms and I wasn't overwhelmed by the 'Easyjet orange' colour scheme.) Finally, one of the great pluses of this hotel is that I could go all the way from my room to the airport (via the metro from Monastiraki) without once having to pick up my suitcase. And speaking as one of those mythical 'single older women' I can confidently say that there's nothing scary about this area. Everything was good, nice and neat hotel, cheap price, lovely and helping personnel, rich breakfast, everything You need was near, BEAUTIFUL view to Acropolis from the hotel roof. Metro station was near. We enjoyed our short visit and certainly visit the hotel again.

The hotel staffs were nice and free wi-fi was fast. Also the bathroom was nice, and the wardrobe was super (there was a light in the closet)!!!! Plus, I didn't hear any noise at night or in the morning, even it's close to the central markets. I was very satisfied with the hotel, except the buffet breakfast (bacon tastes like rubber band), and the cereal […] wasn't edible at all. Btw, the hotel does't have a restaurant/room service for food, the only option you got is Domino's. I know it sounds odd, but the delivery is really fast, no more than 30 mins, and the price is cheap. At first the hotel was hard to find because the location shown on google map was wrong, it was another hotel, not Athens Centre Square. Later I found out they advertised on Kiosks, but it was really hard to see at night. The surrounding neighborhood seems doggy, but I had no problems with walking to hotel at night (2 girls). We took the metro from the airport to the hotel. Very easy. Escalators rather than steps, so easy to take luggage (would be terrible is escalators not running, because the metro is deep in the ground). Then we walked a few blocks to the hotel. Staff very friendly. Room was ready and they let us check in early, so we took a nap before touring the city. Overall we stayed at 7 different hotels in Greece and this was by far the best.The bed was so comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the view of the Acropolis was amazing. We were unfortunately tied up with one of the strikes so there was no public transport or taxis running when we arrived but I called the hotel earlier in the day and they very kindly arranged a private transfer for us. "We really enjoyed Athens Center Square"
We stayed at Athens Center Square in August, 2011, and totally enjoyed our stay. The room was pretty and very clean and the hotel has a wonderful rooftop bar that offers an amazing view of Athens and the Acropolis. The location is very good too: 5-minute walk to Monastiraki Metro Station (direct when you come from the airport) and walking distance to […] all the archeological sites. Other reviews have commented on the location of the hotel - we didn't ever feel threatened or vulnerable. The street leading to the hotel is well lit with lots of people around. If you're a light sleeping you might want to ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the fruit and veg market to the front of the hotel is a bit noisy in the morning but […] not much worse than any city centre hotel. The roof top bar has a great view of the Acropolis and is an ideal place from which to watch sunset. The rooms are clean and although they are compact, they are perfectly sufficient and well designed to make a short break comfortable. Clean, modern hotel with a nice bathroom (most bathrooms in Greece left something to be desired). Make sure to ask for a double bed if you don't want two twins pushed together, which is pretty typical for Europe. Cool rooftop patio with a small bar that overlooks the Parthenon. Stayed in the hotel before and after we visited the islands. Arrived Athens very early in the morning and the surrounding of the hotel really shocked me. It is located right next to a fruit market (wet market) and when you walked out of the hotel, the stench and the debris on the ground are not very pleasant. The neighbourhood is not so good at night as there is rubbish from the Meat, Fruit and Vegetable Market, but don't let it put you off. The hotel is VERY good. Excellent comfort and service levels. Great views from the 8th Floor Roof Bar. Within easy walking distance of Monistiraki and Plaka.

For the low price this was a brilliant hotel 15mins from the sights. Good breakfast. If you stick to the main streets (Athenas) neighborhood good - cut through to Pisiri at night not so good. The hotel was very well maintained for its vintage (approximately 1960). It was a pet free and smoke free hotel, as advertised. The night hotel staff was very helpful and cheerful (especially Olga, who seemed genuinely glad to welcome us back each evening). The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Loistava hinta/laatusuhde: Kivasti sisutettu hotelli, varsinkin kylppärit ovat vakuuuttavia. 24 h auki olevalta kattoterassilta mahtavat näkymät Akropolikselle. Ainut miinus on alue: täynnä ränsistyneitä ghettobetoniblokkitaloja, grafittia ja kerjäläisiä. Tämä vaikka matkaa akropolikselle on noin kilometro. Tosin näyttää siltä, että koko ateena (pl. "Sentralt, hyggelig personell"
Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet vårt. Det er gå-avstand til alle fasiliteter, fine tavernaer og markedsplass. Personellet er spesielt hyggelig, de hjelper deg med alt du måtte spørre om. Rengjøringen er også topp. Eneste negative er at rommene er litt små (men hvem skal vel oppholde seg på rommet når man er i Athen?), og at hotellet er plassert mitt […] i et stort marked med endel støy om dagen, som blir et litt lugubert sted på kveldstid. El hotel esta situado en el triángulo Omonia, Sintagma y Monastiraki, y junto al mercado de la fruta, carne y pescado. Mejor situación no se puede pedir, sin embargo el personal es correcto, aunque no simpático, y no tiene conocimiento alguno de español. Las habitaciones son preciosas, aunque algo pequeñas y el acceso gratuito a Wifi hay que pedirlo […] a diario, porque la contraseña caduca. Hay que reseñar que las toallas las cambian a diario (la de manos parece de bidé), aunque en seis días, las sábanas solo se cambiaron una vez y, los botes de gel y champu de un uso solo se repusieron dos. Situado en una oscura calle en un barrio marginal a pesar de ser muy céntrico, por la noche está llena de prostitutas, drogadictos e inmigrantes. No llegamos a bajar del taxi debido a que nos rodeaban decenas de prostitutas y a pesar de tener pagada la habitación nos marchamos a otro hotel. O hotel está próximo a 2 estações de metrô, o quarto é pequeno mas bem confortável, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e o café da manhã é bom. Fica em um calçadão que de dia é uma feira de frutas, mas nada que incomode. "Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip!!!"
Das Hotel liegt ungefähr 5 Gehminuten von der Metro-Station Monastiraki entfernt und ist somit vom Flughafen aus sehr unproblematisch zu erreichen. Die wichtigstens Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man alle gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und hatten alles was man braucht. Von der Roof-top-Bar hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Akropolis und […] Athen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Lediglich die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht ganz so gut aber wenn man Nachts wachsam ist, dann passiert auch nichts. Und es gibt weitaus schlimmere Gegenden in Athen. Rigtigt fint hotel, der har en meget central beliggenhed. Vi havde en overnatning der, og vi gik rundt til det vi ville se. Tæt på akropolis og parlementet, ligger lige ved det centrale marked, og der er et lille frugt/grønt marked uden for hotellet. Hotellet har en moderne design og meget funktionelt. Vi ville bo der igen.

På grund av sitt läge på (för alla utan rulator) bekvämt avstånd till/från de "värsta" turistkvarteren och därmed lägre priser är detta hotell absolut värt att rekommendera. Trevligt, rent, bra frukost och levande/verklig stad med marknad i entrén så att säga. Som så mycket annat i 30 grader + så finns det givetvis dofter utanför hotellet som är mindre […] angenäma, men vad skulle en stad som Aten vara utan detta? Close to the acropolis (5-10 mins walk) and the main shopping street, Ermou, is only 200 metres away. Good receptionists, proficient in at least english and french. We were there when the strikes broke out and they fixed everything perfectly, from checking flights to ordering transportation. Complimentary wine was waiting for us in the room.
