Best Western Plus Atrea Airport Inn & Suites - Plainfield

I stayed in this location for a few days during a business trip. When I arrived, I found out that the elevator was broken. This was an inconvenience, but I did get my room switched to a floor below my original location which was helpful. The rooms are very nice, they look new and the beds and bedding are comfortable. My family was super impressed with our stay at the Best Western Atrea. The ONLY complaint I have is that the hot tub was not working - which WAS a big deal to us. When looking for a hotel the most important details were a clean, warm pool and a hot tub, so we were very disappointed about that. The room however is the NICEST room I have ever stayed in. […] I have paid twice as much to stay in "fancy" hotels that were not as nice as this one!! The staff was great. The bar served some awesome drinks at a low price. Breakfast was standard - bisuits and gravy, eggs, breads and cereals. I didn't like it but maybe I am just picky because my family ate there both mornings with no complaints! The shower was wonderful. I cannot stress enough how comfortable the beds were - you kinda melt into them. My husband and daughter used the exercise room and were impressed with the selection and condition of the equipment. This was a 1 day business trip for me and shopping for my wife. Very modern decor and looks like new. Close to everything. Elevators were down and we were told they just went out....thankfully we were only on the 2nd floor. Also was told that hot tube was out. Would stay here again if in area.

It was wonderful.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. The rooms were beautiful, clean and well taken care of. We will stay there again on our next visit. Thank You to all the staff who made our stay a true delight.

This hotel provided excellent value for the rate charged. Modern and sleek, the room, lobby and other service areas were excellent. The lobby area, in particular, had a separate sitting area with fireplace, breakfast buffet area, and a small cocktail/bar area (the latter unusual for chain hotels in this price range. Breakfast was fine, albeit institutional in nature: what do you expect for room rates this good? The only lapse we had was a missed room cleaning on a Saturday, but we aren't messy so there wasn't much to straighten and the front desk did volunteer fresh towels. The front desk service was excellent, friendly and helpful during our five night stay, so we'd discount complaints of bad service--just didn't see it. Highly recommended if staying in the area! The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The pool was awesome. My only complaint was breakfast it was good but had to keep asking for things..pkates, cups, silverware and it was not busy. Overall it was a nice stay. I will definately stay here again!!!

A very clean faciliy. Very comfortable rooms and a friendly staff.

I woke up feeling very refreshed from my stay here. The beds were very comfortable and the shower head is magic. The pool, sauna and workout room were calling my name, but I wasn't able to make it during our stay. The Best Western Atria Airport Inn in Plainfield, IN is a great place to overnight before or after your trip. Very close to Indianapolis International Airport. Friendly, helpful staff make for a very enjoyable stay. First rate accommodations. Looks brand new.

The Best Western Atrea Airport Inn is a great place to stay! The people were extremely nice and the Breakfest was wonderful! We will stay there again when we go back to Indianapolis, Indiana.

I would rank the room, bed, and breakfast with any other more "premium" franchise line of hotels. It was very nice.

Quiet, comfortable, good amenities, excellent staff, convenient. Exactly what I look for in this type of lodging.

The Room: The beds in this hotel are AMAZING! So comfortable. The rooms are great, newly remodeled. Microwave and refrigerator were clean and in great condition. Kureg coffee maker - nice. I would recommend the Best Western Atrea. Everything was great and for the price its a great deal !!

I was in Indy for a football game so we only stayed one night. The staff was friendly and very amicable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicely remodeled. Friendly staff. Lots of food nearby. Quiet.

I was surprised to see that this best western had been completely renovated. The decor was modern and the facility clean. I like that they have a sauna, hot tub and pool. My only complaint is that the hotel is near very little and is a good 25 minute drive from downtown Indy.

What you see what you get, thats exactly what I expected and that's what I got. Clean, feels like brand new hotel.

This was a very nice hotel, nice and clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. I choose this hotel because I needed an airport shuttle and a place I could leave my car overnight. In the information for this hotel it stated they had complimentary shuttle to the airport and car parking. I asked again when I arrived if this was still right and was […] assured by the clerk it was. I flew out on a Friday and came back the next day, and the young lady who picked me up once we got back to the hotel told me I should have paid to park my car - $50.00. I told her I was never told that and the information on hotels.com did not mention that. She said she wouldn't do anything about it this time but to be aware of it the next time. Hotel was great but what i did not like was i was charged for leaving my car , i specified i needed to leaave car and take shuttle and was that included. when i got to the hotel i found out that it was a 50 dollar charge. And when we returned we had to wait for the clerk to find someone to pick us up because we werent on the list( even tho i had told […] him when we left and he wrote it down) we were picked up by a young man many minuets later he wasnt wearing any shoes and did not help us with the luggage. This was our second stay at the Best Western Atrea Airport location while in town to attend an event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The hotels is conveniently located with just a short drive to downtown and has a few restaurants within walking distance. The first morning everything seemed dried out and hard, not good at all. The second day there was a slight improvement but the food still didn't have the same quality as last time. Worth taking advantage of for the do it yourself waffles, yogurt, etc. but the other food including the fruit isn't worth your time. The room can be a little noisy as the doors tend to slam shut easily (I wish they would get better hinges or something to slow that down) and you can sometimes hear your neighbors. we were in room 420 The toilet paper holder was broken and every time you used it it fell off into the metal trash can underneath it and made a huge crashing noise. Otherwise our stay was lovely. Second time we stayed there. Both times were good

This hotel was in a great location. I was near the airport, restaurants and near the metropolis shopping center. Also the hotel is right off the freeway. I had a great time during my stay. We had a great experience with our one night stay. The staff was very friendly and they were accommodating to our need for a late checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was better than expected. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The free breakfast was not gourmet, but did the trick and due to the hotel not being fully booked, my wife and I enjoyed the pool and whirlpool which was also very clean with sufficient chlorine. The only negative about the stay was during check-in, we recieved 2 free […] domestic drink coupons for happy hour and we were told during happy hour that the bar would not open for the night. Don't know if this was due to hotel not being fully staffed but thought it was unprofessional to give out a coupon for something you're not serving that day. After a couple of very UNsatisfactory hotels in Indy...we finally found this one!! The beds are so comfortable! We wish we had found this one first!! Has a decent hot breakfast buffet, nice pool area including hot tub, free WiFi and very clean. The only thing lacking was "pay per view" movies!! This was the first time staying at this hotel and my family and I were very impressed with the size of our room. We will stay again for sure.

We ended up changing hotels during our stay in Indianapolis for several different reasons....wish we had discovered this one FIRST! Rates are good, decent hot breakfast, and the beds are comfortable!! The only things I really missed was pay per view movies...they don't have them. Also, they have "smoker's poles" outside for those who smoke.....only […] problem is, they are located IMMEDIATELY outside the doors, so you are occasionally subjected a lung full of smoke when you pass by the smokers to get in the door.....disgusting!! Overall, very nice place to stay. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. The breakfast bar items were usually low or emptCouRbet would help to have an attendant on duty to keep up with the demand. I would stay there again! Good value!

The Atrea looks pretty ordinary on the outside, but is one of the best hotels for the money I've stayed in. The room was comparable to many much fancier chains, and was extremely clean (and quite new). The pool was small, but nice (with a little waterfall which is a nice touch, my 8-year old son loved it). This is the best motel experience i have had in a long time. Delicious hot breakfast. Rooms are updated and very comfortable. Lobby has 3 big screen TV's that make a happy meeting place. We had a very short nigh, hubby was to have surgery the next morning . Had to leave at 6 A.M. You were close to the hospt. I knew we would have good accomidations with Best Western. Didnt sleep well do to the inconsistant air flow from the a/c. I have , for the most part , been pleased with Best Western anywhere we go.

Everything was great. The breakfast omelet was terrible. It made me very sick to my stomach and unable to accompany my husband to the hospital for his appt. which worried me greatly. The bed also was way to high. I am disabled and cannot stand up completely. My husband had to literally pull me into the bed. Yeah that was fun too. The mattresses were […] way to soft for my liking but I did sleep. The bathroom was nice and sorta large. I cant get into the shower because I cant get my leg wet because of a wound. I have to wash in the sink and I could not get my scooter between the sink and the toilet. The floor and my scooter got very wet trying to clean up with the shower hose thing. Good for a value hotel

This was our second time at the hotel. We had a great time. It was clean and everyone was very nice. The price was a little high but great service. We would stay again if the price was right.

I was traveling on business over the weekend so I wasn't able to take advantage of the complimentary dinners. The breakfast buffet is great. I wish I could have stayed more than one night! I loved the huge wall hangings in the room and the live potted plants - gave a homey feel - staved off the hotel room blahs!
