"Infested"
I was expecting 2 queen beds and got two full beds. One of my children had to sleep on the floor. The room was dirty and infested with roaches and flies. The overall look of the room suggested that the hotel is not maintained sufficiantly. The pool was nice but I can't brag about the price I paid for a roach motel!
"Housekeeping staff doesn't stock rooms completely"
Our stay would have been fine. We booked two king rooms, one for my sister and her husband and one for myself and my husband. Her room was missing bath towels and our room had a coffeemaker with no supplies. The rooms were not as clean as they should be. When the staff is that poor at taking care of your needs prior to your stop, you have a real problem […] believing that other things, that are not apparent, are not done properly either. "Bad all around!"
This was probably the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in. We travel a lot and stay in hotels quite often. I waited for 15-20 minutes upon walking into the hotel for someone to even come to the desk and wait on me. (He was polite when he did arrive). "Nothing Went Right! Horrible Experience"
We are not picky - we just like things to be clean, and to work. Our non-smoking room that we payed extra for wreaked of smoke. The hallway was filthy with stained carpets and trash littering it. Our room had no smoke detector. The phone was broken. We asked 5 times (had to go down to front desk since the phone was broken) for towels, since there were […] none in the room, and they finally gave me 3 towels for the four of us (we payed extra for our children!!) The electricity in our room went off when my wife used the hairdryer, and it took quite a while for them to get to the fuse and fix it. There was a brown substance splashed down our walls, and roaches in the bathroom. There were no fitted sheets on either bed, so we ended up sleeping on bare mattresses because they didn't stay tucked. There was constant noise (yelling/running) in the hallways until about 5:00a.m. If we had just had one or two problems, we would have been able to forgive, but it seemed like NOTHING was how it should be. The room was clean but that's the only good thing I can say. The remote was missing, the shower would not shut off, the toilet didn't flush properly, the beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets would not stay on the beds. I've always enjoyed my stay at Days Inn until now.

"u have to remember its cheap"
U get what u pay for. It was clean, the staff were nice, the breakfast was ur typically bagels & cereal. The neighborhood is not in the nicest area but the whole area of Chattanooga is like that in the city. Its cheap and they allow pets. I would stay there again if I had my dog with me its also right off the expressway.
"Good overall"
Good value and clean but if you need quiet at night look elsewhere, lots of train or truck noise for an extended time ( it didn't bother me). I was happy with room & heated pool. Note: If you're on the first floor you have to walk outside to get to the pool. Good spot for MI - FL drive stop-over.

"Bad night in Chattanooga, Tennasee"
I arrived in Chattanooga about 1:45 and got my room about 2:30 and when I found the bed had been slept in and the floor was filthy I ask for another room and there was none. I then asked to at least change the sheets so I could go to sleep. After getting up I noticed that the floors were old dirty and stained . In all is said I would not ever go back and if I could of got anouther room at anouther hotel I would of but the where booked. This Day Inn is out dated and dirty. I will never stay there again . The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room,that said, that's not a complement.

they were average hotel. they advertised free wifi which never worked for me. I would not go back or recommend this place

"stay away"
Worst hotel stay ever. Room smelled bad. Lamps missing bulbs or bulbs not working. No hooks in bathroom. Toilet tank would not fill. Poor TV reception. Fitted sheet did not fit bed. Staff more concerned about talking to friends than taking care of checking me in. Not in very good part of town.

the guess all around us were smoking and the smoke was coming into our room. that would have been ok except the rooms were no smoking rooms. when i complained about the strong smells of weed in my room the lady at the desk said she could not do any thing about it.

When I was on my way there I got really freaked out because my mom told me to look for "bed bugs" so the first thing I did when I got there was look for them and I found that the room was really clean and well put together. The tv was not working properly but everything else in the room was nice. The bathroom was kind of small and it not really meant […] to work for more than one person. The bed was AMAZING because it was very comfy and I did not want to leave it. However, the fitted sheet would not stay on so I had to fix it multiple times but again the comfness was so worth it. The employees were some what nice but they were not really helpful. They rushed to clean up breakfast and did not give enough time to actually get food. The pool was clean and warm. It seemed to be well taken care of but it was in an awarkd location. The hotel its self is not to far from everythig.
