Ginza is the place to stay when in Tokyo - elegant, packed with shops, restaurants, cafes and all other amenities. And in Ginza nothing can surpass the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier. Price/value is excellent, staff is extremely helpful and friendly, breakfasts are great, location is perfect for all Tokyo attractions. Add superb views on either Ginza or the Sumida river and the Tokyo Bay and you know why you want to stay in this hotel. The hotel boasts great design and has great atmosphere. How about a dinner in their restaurant overlooking Tokyo? Rooms are smallish, but this is Tokyo, and their rates there is no reason to complain. Our next stay in Tokyo will be in this hotel. Perfect!

Nice hotel, nice room, enough for 2 people, we stayed there 3 nights. Clean, tidy, and the staff was nice. Opposite the street is Lawson 100 - you can buy there products for 100 yen.

Bardzo dobre położenie. Cena nieco większa niż innych w ofercie, jednak hotel warty wydania większych pieniędzy. Bardzo blisko położony do trzech kluczowych stacji metra, również spacerem można iść i zwiedzać okolice Pałacu Cesarskiego. Obsługa słabo znająca angielski ale starająca się być pomocna w każdej sytuacji. Serdecznie polecam.

TRAFFIC:Oak hotel have a perfect location,10-13 mins to JR-Ueno,Keisei-Ueno station,4 mins to Tokyo Metro-Inaricho station and 30mins to 淺草 by walk.10 mins to Tokyo unervisty by taxi.It's not as crowded as Tokyo or shinjuku station in the morningXD but Oak might not a perfect hostel for person who wanna visit yokohama橫濱, kamakura鎌倉 Karuizawa輕井澤. around 10 min walk away from JR Ueno, acceptable. The most nice part for me is the price, when even a bed in hostel cost around 3300 yen, pay a bit more can get a standard (may call tidy - in case not in Japan) room is fantastic ^_^

It was a strones throw away from the train station. Many convenience stores and restaurants nearby so you will not go hungry.You can also get many brochures and information on tours, places of interest and transportation at the lobby. Very useful for first time travellers like me.

Hotel is fine, but nothing fancy. Rooms are small and bathroom is cramped. Location is excellent, though. 10 minute walk from Ueno station (on the Keisei Narita Express) and a 10-15 minute walk to the old Japanese neighborhoods. Not easy to find the hotel itself, but they put out an electronic sign pointing you where to turn.

Posizionato a 500mt dalla stazione JR di Ueno, lungo la strada per Asakusa. Il personale è gentilissimo e parla un ottimo inglese. Le camere sono minuscole. In reception moltissime info su cosa vedere, orari dei treni, collegamenti con l'aeroporto e possibilità di stampare documenti. Lo consiglio.
