Quality Maitrise Hotel - Londyn

I have now used this hotel several times over the past 6 months on business. Ideally situated to all main London transport links. Excellent hotel service with high quality rooms. A boutique style hotel without the boutique prices. Highly recommended. Will be using again.

I had a great stay and very good hotel sevice and would not heasitete to stay there again next time

The hotel was great, staff, room, service, all great. The location was great. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Tube station right around the corner. And Train station right caddy-corner from the hotel. 24 hour convenience store right around the corner also. Several money exchange stores in the next block. However, ... hotels.com website lists […] the hotel as having Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The hotel website lists the mattresses as being orthopedic mattresses ... the hotel is correct. This is a great place to stay and really convenient for London without being in the centre. Near to the tube, good facilities and very comfortable. For a London hotel in this price range its got a lot of space. My only niggle is that the desk space is very very limited. I ended up with my macbook in a corner of the desk overhanging the edge and with […] nothing comfortable to sit on. excellent hotel in the heart of kilburn

We stayed here for 1 night on boxing day night and it was underwhelming. When we went to check in we approached the desk where the French receptionist didn't look up from his paper work until he was quite finished. When he finally looked up he just said 'Name please'..no hello, no happy christmas..so nice start! We have a 1 year old so needed a travel […] cot. When we got up to the room it was tiny. No room on the floor for the travel cot and luggage. I went back down to the desk to ask if there was a bigger room we could move to - I was prepared to pay for an upgrade, however, I didn't even get that far. Our charming receptionist simply shrugged and said all the rooms were the same size and there was no point in moving. So no point in arguing. Of course, when I asked the man who came with the travel cot if all the rooms were this small he said no of course not, we were in one of the smallest... The room over looked a back year covered in graffiti and we overlooked a box covered in bird droppings - NICE! On the positive side, the room was spotless and the shower was excellent.. Arriving at the Quality Maitrise, we received a beautiful room - which, however, reeked of mold and due to that we couldn't even put the the heating on (the smell would've been even worse). We stayed there overnight but the next day asked to get another room. The other room was just as nice as the first one but without the musty smell. The breakfast […] was very good - a combination of Continental and English breakfast. The tube and the railway was very close to the hotel, so even though we didn't live close to the city center, we could easily use the tube on the off-peak hours. The hotel restaurant served the best food of the whole visit, try especially the risotto! :) Despite the first room, we'd highly recommend this hotel, the service was excellent and the rooms very beautifully decorated. Despite being there at the end of season, it was a comfortable quiet stay where the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Taxi's very easy to get and head into town. I would stay again even in the high season. Just a warning there are lots of stray cats while you eat when outside by the beach.

Clean, comfortable hotel with good service and quiet rooms. My particular room was very small with no work desk but I had the sense this wasn't the case in other rooms.

I am not sure who the genius was who decided that it was wise to seal all of the room windows shut. Talk about a fire danger. It felt like I was sleeping in a coffin and no wonder the place smells off. There is no fresh air! On a positive note, the staff were great.

This hotel was a combination of so many things that giving it one single ratig is tough. Staff is nice. Rooms are TINY but modern. Free wifi is wonderful. Location is by kilburn park on the tube which is nice but the nighborhood seemed somewhat dangerous. We did not go out at night. Price is really good and there are some really good restruants near […] by. If you stay the italian place up the street named Dulce VIta is a must! The only downfall to this hotel is I think I was robbed on the last day of my stay. I have a feeling it was an inside job but I cannot prove it. I came to my room, dropped some postcards off to the front desk, went to the store, than came back and went to the bed. Nice looking hotel near Euston train station. Kilburn High Rd Overground train service and Kilburn Park tube station very close to the hotel. The room was nice although quite hot on a sunny day. We enjoyed the stay at this hotel as the location and surrounding really suites tourist.

We stayed here for two nights in June. 20 min ride on the underground 2 main sights. Rooms were nice but small. Very quiet at night and the staff were extremely helpful.Tesco Boots and Primark stores across the road. If you are comfortable using the underground then this hotel is ideal

While the rooms were small, the service was outstanding and no request, no matter how small, was not immediately taken of. Easy access to the tube and train as well.

Nicely stylish hotel. Room was large, bathroom big enough and shower gave unlimited hot water (which, if you've been in number of hotels in London is not always the case). It also had the fastest internet of any hotel in London so far. Neighborhood was not the prettiest but underground was just 2mins walk away.

My husband and I needed a place to stay for one night until we got out apartment, so I booked a room for us at QMH. Coming from the USA, I was surprised at how tiny the bed was, but the room was modern and clean. The bathroom was well done and the shower was excellent. lovely modern hotel, room small but well planned and didnt feel too small. Bed very comfortable.Ipod charger great idea. I felt the bar area was too bright, would have a better ambiance if lights dimmed ! I would have no problem recommending it. Only one problem with all the engineering works on the underground, but not hotels fault

The Tube Station was out of service, so this made it a bit more difficult to get into London. But, we used the bus system, which worked well. There is a laundry near the hotel. This is a nice clean hotel with (very important for me) free wifi! It isn't central but is within 150m of two tube stations (Kilburn Park & Kilburn High St), so you are well connected. "Ipod dock" - No "orthopedic mattress" No This is just a few things the hotel advertised that was simply not true. It's a new renovation and still in good shape, the room furnishing are low quality and tacky. The drawers fell apart on me when I tried to use. The carpet had lots of bleach stains and I found a newspaper in the closet that was dated 3 months ago. Hotel convenient for tube. Very good local facilities in the immediate area. NIce modern decor. Room, small but clean, let down by poor finish (I am a property renovator, so this sort of thing catches my eye). No bathroom plug but shower very good. Extra tea/coffee for room was no problem. Reception staff fine. TV infuriatingly slow for channel hopping! […] Terrible view from the room - a pile of rubbish and graffiti-covered walls in an area that was part of the hotel premises - no excuse for this really. The staff was wonderful...so friendly and helpful. Location was close to the underground, grocery stores, and a great Pub. Hotel was clean, quiet, and modern. Only bad thing was the room was too hot and I couldn't control the temp. Continental breakfast was decent. Otherwise, everything else was great. Again, the staff was the highlight!

I spent ages looking for a reasonably priced hotel with easy access to London attractions, and I chose this one mostly based on it's positive reviews. The hotel is located on Kilburn High Street and a stones throw from the Bakerloo Line. The hotel is newly decorated and the staff were friendly. The room was nicely decorated, with a tft tv and free wifi. […] The bathroom had the best hotel shower that I've experienced in a long while, and fog-free mirrors. The included continental breakfast consisted of toast, fruit, pastries, cereal, juice and coffee. The coffee was pretty bad, but everything else was great. There is no parking at this hotel, and this was our biggest concern. We were only here for a weekend, and the metered parking in the surrounding streets is free until 8.30am on Monday morning. After that it's £4 for 2 hours. I didn't particularly like having to park outside someones house all weekend, and left early on Monday to avoid parking charges, but it was possible to find a parking space without much difficulty. Very comfortable and clean hotel. However, the staff wasn't the friendliest. Rooms were well appointed with modern amenities. The neighborhood where hotel is located was not the friendliest either. You feel safe, just not welcome.

we booked an executive room and we got a very small room with no window no working tv a bathroom that was in dire need or tlc broken tiles wobbly taps and the breakfast was poor very little choice and what was there is poor quality very cheap and nasty wont stay again please dont book there are many many better hotels in london

Had to wait until 2 pm check-in. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpfull. Auto Wake up system faulty, 20 minutes out of timing. 110volt bathroom outlet inoperative. Electronic door key failed twice. Had to sign a $50. security deposit. Had to ask for the key to mini-bar. Asked & received a converter for my electric shaver and burned up the shaver. […] Modern design facilities inside. 2 minutes walk to underground. Room was acceptable and clean. Continental Breakfast was enough and included in my stay. All in All I would recommend this hotel considering I am really a difficult customer. I traveled alone to attend a conference in London. Clean, modern remodel of an older building on Kilburn High Road. Short walk from Kilburn Park station on the Bakerloo line makes for easy access to London attractions. Smallish room, but well appointed with outlets for charging, free Wi-Fi. And continental breakfast. Bed was very comfy.

Attractive hotel; despite location on Kilburn High Rd it was very convenient for access to Central London, bus, tube and overground on the doorstep. The room was small, absence of window took a bit of getting used to, but furnished to high quality and bed very comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would definitely use it again.

Great place to stay. On the high road and across the road from overground - we were in Leicester Square in 20 minutes. Rooms lovely - not huge - but decorated beautifully. Very new - still a bit of building work going on but this did not spoil anything. Fusion restaurant looked lovely - would have tried it if we'd stayed longer.
