The hotel was fine, the room was comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. The service was not good. When I called to confirm my online reservation, the lady was rude and seemed like she had no idea what I was talking about. We had questions about the room rates and she did not explain it very thoroughly. When we checked out, there was a […] mess of confusion about my payment and I ended up getting charged twice. It was on a Sunday, so I didn't get refunded the pretty sizeable amount I was owed until Tuesday....VERY annoying. But we did enjoy the time we didn't have to deal with the employees.
