Drury Inn & Suites Middletown - Franklin

Everyone was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast and diner were very tasty and much mire than we expected. A great experience

I selected this hotel because it is "pet friendly" with no additional cost for bringing Fido. At check-in they offered dog treats. I checked in 10 minutes too late for the "kick back" happy hour freebies (which I would have hoped they would offer to me anyway but they didn't) so I was a bit disappointed at their strict adherance to this policy. I actually […] arrived in the parking lot before 7:00 pm and had I known 10 minutes would make a difference, I would have checked-in before walking the dog. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was also very good, with exceptional coffee (not the watered-down stuff most places serve). There were many families staying here so the pool area was busy. Our room was a bit too warm even after turning the thermostat down to 60. The windows would not open so we ended up turning on the air conditioning to cool it down. Problem solved. The overall experience was positive and because it's reasonably priced, pet friendly, good quality, and close to Miami University, I will definitely stay here again. Przeczytaj więcej

We were in town for a family Thanksgiving and had a great time at this hotel. The room was very nice, the amenities were great. We loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

All staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was large and clean. My kids didn't like the breakfast. I thought it was ok. The conditioner supplied by the hotel is not very good.

OUTSTANDING JOB

This was an excellent hotel with more quality and services than many much more expensive locations I have stayed. I did not have to leave the hotel for meals. Drinks and a light meal was available in the evening and a wonderful hot breakfast was offered in the morning. I cannot say enough about this hotel.

Nice, clean hotel. Our room was nice and comfy - we only stayed one night while on a long road trip from TX to NY. We arrived late and checked out early - wish we had more time to relax there and take advantage of their services. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. Free hot breakfast and snack foods from 5:30 to 7:00 for the whole family. Complimentary alcoholic drinks for the adults. With all the extras the room was practically free.

ENJOYED MY ONE NIGHT VERY MUCH

I loved our stay at this hotel. I room was clean and very nice. My daughter LOVED the "indoor" "outdoor" pool. It was the most talked about item from our trip. My husband and I enjoyed the FREE spirits and the FREE breakfast. It was wonderful. Plenty of choices

everything about this hotel was great. The breakfast was great and the happy hour was a nice surprise! We didn't have to go out to eat to feed the kids dinner, they just ate at the hotel. Again, great job!!!

We needed someplace to stay for one night and the hotel was adequate. They provide a number of amenities (a wide array of food for breakfast -- free, a few exercise machines, swimming pool, in-room fridge, and happy hour). The hotel was very busy when we visited, though, so we couldn't find a space to enjoy the happy hour on the evening we were there. […] The breakfast was good, though -- just make sure to get there early if there are a lot of other people staying when you are. The pool is small, but adequate if you can manage to get there before all the kids (we went first thing when it opened in the morning). We stayed here & it is within 20-40 minutes of the Wright-Pattison Air Force Museum, Kings Island & Cincinnati Zoo. The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and clean. Great amenities. The free breakfast & evening food were a nice bonus.

Everything was very night. The breakfast was super. We missed the kick-back, but just looking at what they had, I realized that we should have saved our money and not eated out. There was plenty for a full meal. I'd stay again with out any hestitation.

Great hotel and value for the dollar. Would highly recommend it. Free LD to US and 15 min to Canada, along with very nice hot buffet in the evening and hot breakfast in the a.m. All this along with 3 free alcohol drinks as well as free soda and popcorn until 10 p.m. Staff were great - and they welcomed our little Bichon. The Drury Hotel in Middletown turned out to be a pleasant surprise! My family and I stayed there 1 night. We were in town for my brother's graduation at a nearby university. The hotel was great.....beautiful lobby, clean/comfortable rooms, nice pool (my nephew didn't want to leave), good breakfast and a very cool happy hour! We stayed at this Drury Hotel on our way to Tennessee as it was the half-way point. We were so IMPRESSED that we immediately booked for the following week to stay at this Drury Hotel on the way home. I understand that they were really busy due to the baseball games. But when someone calls the front desk and tell them that they had dog poop in the corner. They said they would send up someone 3 hours later someone came after we cleaned it up. The hot bar for evening was not good. The bartender made comments that everyone was rude. Then in the morning […] the breakfast bar was out by 745 the lady replenshing it said they were not prepared to do this much business and if we wanted more then there was a buffet across the street. When myself and several others went to complain the front desk lady kept saying she would get the manager but never did. Excellent hotel and staff was fantastic but they need to work on the room tempature flucuation in their suites. Thermostat is in the bedroom only so it gets to be a comfortable 70 degrees in the bedroom but it was 78-80 degrees in living room area. If you get the tempature to a comfortable level in the living area it is freezing in the bedroom.

Truly was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel was clean, neat and very nice staff.

The Hotel was very nice. Room was clean and the staff friendly. Having a hot breakfast ready in the morning was a definite plus. The pool was a little small, wish it was bigger.

It's worth a few extra dollars to take this place over the nearby Holiday Inn Express. Not that the HIX is bad, but this is better. Sandwiched between restaurants next to a decaying mall, but certainly convenient. Room air is a little noisy, but all else was fine the room.

Oddly, this hotel is surrounded by a ton of other hotels. Not quite sure what the big draw is, but it was very conveniently located between Dayton and Cincinnati, in case you need to stay near a highway and between those two cities. Each was just 10 minutes in either direction. The pool looked nice (half indoor/half outdoor), but I didn't have time […] to personally check it out. The room was a standard hotel room, though I liked the marble bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. And everything about the place was clean. Honestly, what more do you need. I didn't have the comp breakfast, but I'm sure it was fine. The ladies at the front desk were very nice as I was coming and going. This stay was all arround a very good experience, and a good value compared to other hotels. I stayed in Middletown because there do not have a location on the south side of Dayton. I would stay at Drury hotels more if they had locations on the east and west coast, so my only complaint is that there are not more of them.
