Dosyć niewielkie pokoje, ale sam hotel i wyposażenie na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Wszystko czyste, nowe i świeże. Przeciętny bufet śniadaniowy - no ale to tylko 2 gwiazdki.

In general I am satisfied. The room was extremely small but I only needed it for sleeping. The bathroom idea was inventive, if not odd, but it was not private. There is lots of construction around but that's temporary.

Spent 3 nights in Wakeup Copenhagen in June 2013. I spent 6 nights at this hotel due to a conference in central Copenhagen. I got really disappointed with the quality-price ratio. I've stayed in the 8th floor. The curtains are not good enough to block the sunlight in the early morning (very strange for a scandinavian hotel), I could hear the trains (the hotel is by the railroad) and guests in the corridor […] during the night (talking at normal sound level), so, isolation was not very good (but not terrible as well). The room has a strange layout so it's very difficult (I mean it, very difficult) to reach the window. Toiletries were very basic (only soap) and they missed to replace it 1 day. The front desk bar is very basic and you only find a poor selection of snacks, sweets, and drinks. One night they had sandwiches, another muffins... bear in mind that the hotel is about 15min walking from the central train station, there is nothing around. I liked that the hotel has a modern and clean style/architecture, Internet worked well, and one can hire bikes. Talking with conference colleagues, they found better hotels at the same or upper standards (including cheaper and more well located). I do not recommend this hotel at this range of price. When we booked this hotel, the price is included "Breakfast". But when we check in, the hotel manager said our room price is not included Breakfast. That is one reason disappointed with the hotel.

By the side of the railway, too noisy. Breakfast is 70 DKK extra paid but is totally rubbish. The room has no closet for clothes, I will never stay here again!

I got a kick out of staying here. No frills, but that's what you come here for. Nevertheless, quite comfortable, though there was some odor in the room, coming I think from the shower drain. It wasn't overpowering though. We stayed there to be close to the start line of the Copenhagen marathon, so its not right in the thick of things and there isnt any convenience stores nearby. This is a great hotel if you like modern, clean, crisp and efficient accommodation. The rooms are all the same style and I think the whole capsule bathroom is a great idea. The location is nice, 5-10 minuts walk to city square, but don't expect to just walk outside and find nice bars, restaurants ect. You'll need a little walking. BUT the big plus is that parking is easy (and not too expensive) instead of trying to find parking in the center. I stay here a lot, good value for money.

The only thing I can comment on is hotel is little walk from train station and city center. In winter it always feels further. But overall I had no problems with the hotel.

Nice hotel, really good location and enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the bike hire - which seemed the bikes were in need of some maintenance. After returning inside to explain the the front brakes did not work was swapped to another however my husbands bike gears were then not working :(

Simple, clean and modern. We wanted to be central and found this hotel. While it is clean and simple, it is on the outskirts on the city proper.

This hotel was exactly as described, a modern and trendy low budget hotel. It was clean, comfortable and not too far from everything. The rooms are small but perfectly formed with comfortable beds, good showers and a good size tv. Unfortunately even though the heating in the bedroom didn't seem to be on, it was unbearably hot so on the 1st night we […] had to open the window, which made it very noisy and the second night we reluctantly put the air con on ( in December!) This seemed to do the trick and after having a brilliant New Years Eve we eventually got to bed and fell asleep to then be woken up at 5am by people shouting and setting off fireworks right outside our window, some of which were so close I feared they would come right through. This went on for an hour and no staff seemed to think this was a problem as they were just left to get on with it and were not moved on. Modern clean warm. Rooms not very big but great for a couple of nights. Fairly close to central station and Tivoli gardens but could do with a bar. Reception area large and comfortable could provide tea and coffee in room would have made our stay a bit easier as iDenmark is expensive

Room is quite small, but very clean and most importantly warm! (We traveled in December). Everything in Copenhagen is walkable and the hotel is approx 5 minutes walk from the train station, which is about a 15/20 minute journey to the airport. Breakfast was a good selection and a good price (60 Krone).

Wake Up Copenhagen was a very comfortable hotel. Rooms were compact and modern. Facilties provided where very good there was a self service breakfast room, lockers for luggage, wifi and computer work stations, bike hire etc . Excellent location only 5 mins walk from the central station means that within half an hour of arrival at the airport you can be in your room. All of the major city centre sights are within 10mins walk including Tivoli park which is magical in Christmas time. The Little Mermaid is approx 30mins walk along the river and is slightly underwhelming but […] a necessary sight all the same. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel although the costs a reasonable 60DKK per person. Great hotel, great location, can walk here from the central station in 5-7 minutes. In fact on the train to the city centre from the airport, I saw the hotel with the big 'Wake up Copenhagen' logo on the side so it was easy to find coming out of the station.
