We enjoyed our stay at the Williamstown Motel because they were very welcoming and accommodating. When we arrived they greeted us with a gift and some wine. They were very nice and helpful. Our room was cute and clean. The decorations for Autumn and Halloween, were really nice and showed that they care about there motel. They had a nice little outside […] lighted seating area with an portable fire pit. Upon check out they offered us some coffee or snacks. We were overall satisfied with our stay and feel we made the right choice compared to the other options in that area. We would stay there again. They also have an amazing Indian cuisine restaurant called Spice Root. They really did an excellent job with their dishes. They took the traditional Indian food and put a modern and fresh twist on it. It was very delicious; plus we got 10% off for staying at the motel. We love Indian food and Spice Root was great! Every little thing, from friendly management to signs on every door, bathroom ammenedies were sooooo great! Makes difference between an OK place and a lovely place,. I hardly ever write reviews but these guys were the best for the price range. Good vibe, clean . Very satisfied customers.

The staff was friendly and helpful. You cant beat this place for the money. I would recommend it and will stay again next time Im up there.

Staff was very helpful with reservation mixup caused by Hotels.com. We may have been charged for two reservations. Room was clean and adequate.

If you want a chain motel, this one is not for you, but if you are looking for a quiet, convenient, friendly throw back hotel, I highly recommend this one. This motel is much like the other reviews I have seen. It is an updated, small motel from the 50's. Room is nice, but nothing special. The air conditioning worked well which was good. It had a chair to sit in which most motels don't include any longer. I would say they should upgrade their towels to a larger and heavier brand. Motel is in dire need of an update. Very Retro.

I recentlt stayed at this hotel after returning my daughter to college. very resonable price. the people at the desk were very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. nothing fancy and a liitle small i had a single room. the only complaint I have is I stayed in room #3 and there was a sign in the shower about getting cold water but I tried turning […] the knob all kinds of way and only got scalding water > I was too tried to get dressed and walk back to office so my advise is ask when you check in how to operate the shower. The hotel was very quiet the time period I stayed, which I appreciated. My only quirk about it was that it was a Non-Smoking room, (and being a smoker) it still smelled like smoke. I'm not sure how the smell was there, but it was stale smelling. Though, If I had the opportunity to stay in that area again, I would stay there. Williamstown Motel is very welcoming and very convenient if you want to visit both Williamstown and North Adams. The rooms are clean but small and very homey. You might like the personal touches or you might miss the more commercial finish. There was a refrigerator and a microwave, shower but no bath and full size beds. I highly recommend staying here for a Berkshire trip. Can't say anything bad about my stay. You definitely get your money's worth.

This sweet, family run motel in lovely Williamstown has old fashioned charm without being tacky or expensive. I particularly appreciated the fresh rose in my room and the fresh fruit with the continental breakfast.
