The hotel was overbooked and our room wasn't available. We had to settle for a smaller room with fewer beds. Hotels.com is compensating us for the error.
"Good Choice"
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the free breakfast was good. The hotel is located in close vacinity to shopping and restuarant. Would highly recommend.

This was our second overnite stay at this Holiday Inn Express. My brother recommended it because it is near his house. The breakfast was awsome, the best that we have had at any hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had a small problem in trying to get the shower to work but finally figured it out. Had not seen one work in this manner. […] The front desk person, Shantae was very courteous and was working with a customer bill dispute when we arrived. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Only problem we encountered was we did not have any bath towels. At 6:00 were told they would be right up, after eating and coming back at 9:00 still did not have any. Front desk just said they had been really busy, but I think by 9:00 towels could have been done. "New and exciting facility"
This is a wonderful facility to stay in and the atmosphere is very customer service oriented. We enjoyed our stay and the continental breakfast was very good. The young lady working the service counter was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this facility and will stay there our next trip to Beaumont.

100% satisfied! The hotel stay was excellent. The location was conveniently located, right around the corner from the event I planned to attend. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great.

Overall, it was a great place to stay but the place offers a pool, exercise room, a guest laundry room for necessary clean items (24/7), and just so much more. The breakfast was great! Awesome! "New, clean, comfortable Hotel in Beaumont."
The hotel is very new, has not been open a year. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous. Beds and linens are very comfy. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot dishes, fruits, cereals, breads, yogurts, and beverages. The only minor complaint is the tap in the shower is difficult to turn on. Brand new hotel, great location excellent staff.
"Outstanding"
This town seems to be lacking in decent hotels judging by the reviews and having stayed at another locally. But this very new hotel is just wonderful, and as a frequent business traveler, is what I always hope for in a hotel. Even the free breakfast was well above average as free breakfasts go. The newness of the hotel ensures a really fresh feel […] about the property, which I hope they continue to maintain. The staff were just great, it was all good. Literally the ONLY thing I might criticize is the cereal on the breakfast bar tasted like some of it was generic and not name brand. But seriously, that is just looking to nit pick. I seriously wish I'd noticed this hotel when I began my stay here, because I spent the rest of the week in a horrible hotel, and only got to enjoy this one for one night. Too bad.
