Great location especially if you plan to take rail trips to the South of France through Gare Montparnasse. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Across the street from the Metro and an easy walk to the Montparnasse train station. Centrally located. Enjoyed it very much and would stay there again.

The Innova hotel is a good value for what you receive. Nothing fancy. The room and bathroom are small like all Paris hotels but it is clean and located right next to a metro station so the location is very convenient. The staff spoke English. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. Room is simple and basic, but bigger than other city hotels. You can get free Wi-Fi for unlimited number of mobile devises. It's right in front of a metro station conveniently located.

Great basic hotel which was very close to the metro. Decor a little dated and tv tiny, and my mother would have liked a walk-in shower rather than one in a bath tub, but still for the price and location this was great. A neat and efficient breakfast room.

The hotel is ideally located for sightseeing, with the eiffel tower located just 20min walk. It also has restaurants and coffee shops near by. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was an issue--the hotel clerk needs more than one map. Also the legibility of the only map to the parking garage was very poor. Remember, people wanting to have this map at night need to be able to see it better!

Hi, Innova is a well situated hotel being near the metro and easy to access from the airport (CDG) by train which is far more inexpensive than using a taxi. From the walking point of view, its near enough for the most of the main attractions and if you find yourshelf tired walking, take the easy-to-use metro. There are plenty of stations all around […] Paris. The hotel personnel is helpful and kind with adequate english. The pricey breakfast, which do not go with the room, is worth the money. Paris is expensive. If the room, as in our case, is in the first floor and on the traffic side, it is very noisy 24/7. Better be tired as hell, as we were, when getting to bed. So if you are thin-skinned in that respect ask a room from the nontraffic side. Shower, WiFi, TV (BBC, CNN), heating and cleaning worked as they should, though some sings of usage sticked out at first. It was close to the train station, the front desk staff were helpful. However, the cleaning staff in the morning were very noisy as well as the rooms not being sound proof. It just depends on what kind of guests are there, but some were really noisy and I was up several nights.

They claim to have blow dryers...NO nothing more then a 70;s version of one. Hardly more then a puff of air that comes out and that is if you can hold the hose long enough to not scald your hands holding it. My shower at home is bigger then their WHOLE bathroom. I found this hotel to be almost exactly for what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was ok- right near the Pasteur stop on the metro. The front desk staff recommended a restaurant that was amazing- Le Baribal. I highly recommend that as well.

Though the room is very clean, but there's no air- conditioning. It is very warm especially in the afternoon. Though I could open the window to cool down the room, the noise from the traffic is bad, and there's a constant clock bell from a nearby church. I only stayed in the hotel for a very short evening. On arrival at around 11pm the evening security was helpful, had no trouble finding my booking ior confirming it was already paid.
