The hotel is clean and well kept. rooms are perfect and comfortable. The staff is friendly and personable, amazing service. Best deal around, but call the hotel directly, hotels.com does not give them the information they need to give you their best service, and you don't save any money.

Tiny rooms but well appointed and comfortable. The pool was closed for maintenance which was disappointing as there was no notification during the booking.

The microhotel is close to several eating places and they give a 10% duscount if you are staying at the hotel. Small room but very clean and free wiifi. Easy on and off the highway and signs are posted so it is very easy to find and a great price.

The pillows were a bit stiff and less than cuddly.We were wakened early morning by foot steps above i.e.soundproofing is not total. Room enjoyment would be enhanced with a simple coffee making apparatus. Breakfast was short on yogurt and waffles and hard boiled eggs would be a great addition. Beds were not very comfotable for new and we couldnt use the pool as there were kids hockey teams in there . I was expecting a noise problem but it was very quiet .Overall it was a good stay Breakfast was adequate too

Our room was small, but sufficient enough for two people. Fridge is missing, unless you pay for upgraded room; however, staff is helpful to solve the problem with fridge on the main floor. Overall: new hotel, well kept and staff is great; and location was very convenient for us.

Hotel and rooms were minimal but very clean. On the 2nd night, my 11-year old daughter was trying to hang up her jacket and ended up dumping a bunch of wooden hangers on her head. This is the only explanation for the phone call we received from the front desk notifying us of a noise complaint. Responding to a noise complaint is excellent, but given […] this was the only possible explanation for the noise (and lasted a minute, if that long) the front desk has a bit of a hairtrigger. We were very happy with our stay. We loved the price! We appreciated the warmth and pleasantness of the staff. The only thing we would have appreciated was a greater variety in non-wheat items for breakfast ... eggs, cheese etc as well as the apples and bananas.

Room was small but clean.... adequate for our needs...My wife found the mattress too firm, had trouble sleeping. A coffee maker in the room would be nice.

The young woman at the front desk was very pleasant, extremely helpful and truly enjoyed her job. What a great experience!! The woman stocking and cleaning during the continental breakfast was efficient and very cheery.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time! The staff was so kind and helpful! It was quiet and close to lots of store and restaurants! The room was really nice and gave us tons of space! Had a wonderful time there. I would love to go back to stay again!

The room I stayed in is too small. Air conditioning was rather loud. The iron is attached to the iron borard and it was rather awkward to fold it after I finished. The wall is so thin that I could hear conversation. I would rather pay more money to stay in another hotel with spacious room.

From the time we arrived and up until the time we left, the staff at the hotel were excellent and most obliging. The only problem that we encountered was that the rooms are not very sound proof. In fact we were kept awake the first night from people out in the hallway running up and down the hall and slamming doors from 4 a.m. through to 6 a.m. when […] we finally asked them to give consideration to other people staying at the hotel. Great location, new facilities. I loved that the site is just back from the main road, close to the 401 and main strip but removed enough to not hear the traffic. Tim's and other fast food restaurants were less than 3 minutes away. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

With the exception of the final night of my stay I have no major complaints. The only inconvenience was having to evacuate the hotel twice within 30 minutes due to a fire alarm. According to hotel staff the reason for the alarm sounding was apparently the installation of a sensor that was installed to close to the hot tub, and this happened everytime […] the steam reached the sensor. The hotel delivered wonderful service AND a beautiful room. I was wary about the low price of the nightly rates...but was I ever thrilled! The linens are pristine. Very, very clean rooms and amenities. There is a guest laundry room that is not mentioned in the amenities provided by the hotel. I will definitely come back!

They put our room next to an exit door, so the next morning all we heard was the outside door banging shut. Shower handle came off in my hand when I went to take a shower in the morning,thankfully I was able to put it back on, but told the front desk on our departure.

Though the hotel is brand new, it was build quite cheaply. The room is comfortable but the lighting is terrible. No coffee maker in the room. No extras. Terrible breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet location and comfortable bed. Location just of main highway 401 and many amenities only a short drive from the hotel. Staff were all pleasant and accommodating. Simple but very nice continental breakfast in the morning as we checked out. Will defiantly recommend to travelling friends and family members

I have recently learned that tips for the maid staff should be left on the pillow each day. Firstly because the staff will know the tip is for them and not be accused of taking loose change left on a table or desk top. Secondly if you wait until the end of your stay the maid who cleans the room the last day gets it all and that may not be the same person […] who cleaned your room all the other times. I left my tip on the pillow for the first night and I received a lovely note from the maid who was very grateful to receive it. That was a nice touch. I have never received a thank you before. First time using Morco-tel. Smaller rooms but everything needed is in room. Wi-Fi did not work but desk gave me a cable to use and it worked fine. Clean and convient to needed area.
