Website indicates sofa beds are in all rooms. We needed a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. When we arrived to our room, there were only 2 queen beds. I went to the front desk and was told only the king suite has a sofa bed. It was late so we couldnt leave and find another hotel. We were given extra pillows, blankets and sheets. The sign on the front of this hotel says, "NOW OPEN", so you would assume that they are new.....NOT AT ALL. The spa water was not quite luke warm...it should be hot. The pool water was freezing. We had stayed at other indoor pools on our vacation and this one was by far unbearable. I realize that the pools are not heated, but they are usually warm enough […] to swim. The spa and pool area were in desperate need of renovation...paint peeling and overall dirty. The rooms were not cleaned well. There was hair and what looked like dirty marks on the walls. We spent three nights on our way to Florida and three nights back in different hotels. This was by far the nicest. The bedding was very plush and the room was very clean. You are met with hot cookies at the desk and the desk clerk was very accommodating. For what I received it was very overpriced. The towels were old and dingy, room was dirty in the corners of bathroom. The hotel is already looking old and the elevator doors discusting.I should have stayed at Best Western next door it was cleaner and a lot less money.

This hotel rocked. I highly recommend it. Great for families...Clean, nice staff, great breakfast. Everything a hotel should be.

Loved the hotel, breakfast was good. Seems to need more staff members, Beautiful suite with a pool and spa that stays open until midnight.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was great served later than most hotels I've stayed at. Right off the interstate no problem getting to, and walking distance to fine resturants. We were minutes away from top shopping places such as Belks,Yankee Candle, Victoria Secrets and etc. I will go back and stay again at this hotel.

Excellent place to stay! Walk to restaurants and all were good. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was okay.

This hotel is fairly new and it was a great value for small luxury. The rooms and lobby were decorated beautifully and it had a quaint feel. The front desk staff was friendly and fast. The breakfast was great and free. Overall a wonderful one night stay on business.

For the money paid absolutely excellent accommodation. Total hotel spotlessly clean. Hotel staff helpful and courteous. Good parking. Only negative was on the hotel.com website directions to hotel not good.

The internet connection in the room was spotty. The desk suggested I use the business center. That was not appropriate or efficient for me at the time.

I couldn't find a negative about this hotel. RECOMMENDED!!

The motel was a good place. Every thing was nice the only problem was the bed was hard as a brick made it hard to get a good nights rest.

Sorry we can't give this particular hotel chain a better review, but between the trains, and there were many during the night, and the noisy HVAC system going on and off all night long, we didn't sleep that well. It was a constant noise fest, to say the least. The earplugs that were left for our "Comfort" left a lot to be desired, for sure! Other than […] that, we were glad to be on our way in the morning. We didn't stay for breakfast, but it did smell good when walking through the lobby. Unfortunately, it would be very hard for us to recommend this hotel to people we love and care about. We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the service was great. Recently stayed here for a tennis tournament. Hotel is very convenient to the tennis sites and near many places to eat. All seemed very clean, beds were comfortable, and room was spacious and quiet. Not at all like some hotels where other toilets, showers and door slamming can be heard. Breakfast is typical free breakfast fare.

clean, nice indoor heated pool, rooms clean, fairly up to date decor, well maintained. Good continental breakfast, felt safe within the hotel. At surrounding gas station grocery store later in eve saw some rough looking customers, but hotel served the pupose I needed,

The front desk staff and the breakfast bar staff were very polite and helpful. Beautiful hotel - well designed and maintained. Very clean and new looking. Comfortable beds and pillows. Would stay there again.

This hotel had a warm, elegant lobby with friendly staff and yummy cookies and coffee to have throughout the day. The inside pool was large and cleaned with salt water purifier which is nice for ones like me who are allergic to the chlorine pools. There are several good restaurants and gas stations right next door. When we entered our 4th floor room, it was like a SAUNA. We immediatley turned the air on. Took forever to cool down. AC was Very loud. The blinds did not close at all - thank goodness we were on the 4th floor. With the air on it blew up the curtains for all too see we had to put a shirt down to hold down the curtains. We asked for directions that night […] and the girl behind the counter said I have no idea where you are going, why don't you use a GPS. The next am - woken by the BRIGHT sunshine, b/c the blinds did not close, got a shower and when the shower steamed up the bathroom - to my surprise there were not so nice words written on the mirror, if they had CLEANED the mirrors we would not have seen it. Makes me wonder what else was not clean. The words on the mirror we very offensive. The fridge in the room rattled all night and kept us up. Went down for breakfast and it was packed. Juice was out, and little to pick from. Finally after getting a seat and some food, we started eating and the kitchen woman, came out to clean the tables, she came over to clean the table next to us, and sprayed the cleaner out of the bottle, and it went across the table, right into my food! No apology, she just walked away. I went to the front desk and wanted to tspeak to the manager, who I was told was not avaliable. A new property, so would expect everything in working order. We were staying nearly a week, but the hot tub was broke the entire time. Likewise the shower in the pool area was also broke. The first night, we asked for additional pillows, but the front desk stated there were none. However, I asked housekeeping the next day, and it wasn't a problem?!?!? […] Mini-fridge in room loud while running. The beds were extra soft matresses, feather pillows and down comforters. Perhaps a one-night stay it would have been okay, but all four adults seem to suffer with sore backs on day-2 (perhaps too soft and not enough support). This hotel is close to a railroad line. The trains run periodically all day and night. We were awakened five times overnight due to trains. The hotel ran out of shampoo and would not get any out of the many vacant rooms they had this weekend. The pool makes you smell like you just got done swimming in a pond. We could not wash the smell out of our hair […] because of no shampoo. The hot tub was drained and empty, as it was the previous weekend. I called the front desk to ask for two more towels, and they said sure. An hour later, I called back to see where the towels were. The employee said I had to come down and get them per hotel practice; they would not bring them to my room. Would've been nice to know when I called! When I brought this up to the manager the next day, she said the hotel always brings the towels to the guest's room. The front desk person was probably mad because I left negative feedback the previous weekend. The manager played it off, saying that the employee was new and just didn't know. The manager also never got my feedback from the previous weekend. When told about the sewage smell coming from the pool, she denied that there were any problems with the pool. I sent an email to the hotel's web email address, and was told I'd hear back from them within 48 hours. I haven't heard back. The Country Inn and Suites was a great stay! The staff members were very helpful. Fitness center was clean and new. Our room was large and clean. Great stay!

My room did not have any towels in the bathroom and the desk clerk said they were'nt ready yet. What ever that means? To top it off she told me I could come and get them when they were ready. Then when I came back, in about fifteen minutes I only got towels and no wash cloths. Again she told me to come back. I did and finally got a shower. The King studio was great. It gave enough room to spread out which was what the kids and grandkids needed. The pool was warm for the kids to go swimming. Close to a great place to eat dinner. The morning breakfast had variety.

One of the nicest places we have stayed. The breafest was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The lady working the breakfast area Saturday 3/19/2011, was great! Didn't use the ear plugs but missed the train.

The room was comfortable and the hotel looked nice. However, the front desk staff lied about their pool being open before I made the reservations. I showed up with three young sons ready to swim, just to find that the pool had been closed all day for cleaning. The lady at the front told me that she did tell me the pool was open when it wasn't, but that […] there was a chance that by the time we arrived, it would be open. We were able to quickly check-in, which was a perk after travelling late into the night. The room was clean and comfortable and met all of our expectations. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The rooms were simple and clean. They smelled and felt fine. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The place felt very safe. We were looking for something not too pricey-yet not sketchy. We stayed at the country Inn in October on our way to Florida and had such a good reception that we made reservations to repeat and go again with family. The front counter clerk was very pleasant.

The morning of check out the maid decides she wants to barge in and pick up towels at 0900am. I really think she was being nosey. My fiancee had to tell her to yell at her hold on bc he was coming from breakfast and I was still sleeping. Then the maids knocks at the door again at 1100 am wanting to know have we left ye tot clean up the room. I thought […] check out was 12 noon.I felt like the were trying to rush us out the hotel. If she needed to know that bad she should have called the front desk instead of harassing us all morning. Also, upon checking out, they had some crackhead looking woman in the lobby aggravating me and my fiance about michael vick from the time we got to the lobby until we walked out the door. The staff(3of them) thought that it was amusing but it wasnt to use. To me, it made it seem like we were in the hood. Im from the country but I cant stand no hood when Im out enjoying myself. I stayed for one night to do some Christmas Shopping and it is very convenient to the shopping mall. The staff made me feel welcome. This hotel was very clean and very new. It was excellent. I would recommend it to everyone. It is a 5 rating all the way.

We would have been completely satisfied with this stay if it had not been for one thing...trains. I should have known something was amiss when I saw sitting on the nightstand a complimentary set of earplugs. And it is an active train track.
