Ponad 1,5 godziny trwalo check-in ! Pomimo pokazania e-mail z rezerwacja ( i opłaceniem z gory !) za pobyt, recepcja nie mogla znalezc tej rezerwacji . Po 1,5 godzinie udalo im sie ustalic, ze rezerwacje umiescili w ramach hotels.com i tam dopiero znalezli moje nazwisko. Recepcjonistki nie bardzo znaja angielskiego ! Sam hotel jest OK.

Hotel is conveniently located, near to metro station and quite close to city center. Hotel service is very good and helpful. The only problem in my rooom was power network, that was not functioning properly. It has been services several times.

From the moment I arrived at 2am nothing was too much trouble for the staff. My suite was spacious, modern and beautifully designed. Both Western and Chinese breakfasts were available.The grounds of the hotel were glorious, I loved going back there at the end of the day to unwind. Taxi drivers struggled to find the place, it was easier to walk down […] the end of the street to catch a cab rather than call one to the hotel. We spent 6 nights in a suite with a king size bed in one bedroom and one twin bed in another, there was a sitting room in between and a bathroom as big as the main bedroom all covered in marble of different colors. My 10 year old watched tv while soaking in the tub. In the morning the birds wake you up and the at night you fall asleep with the sound […] of the crickets, but One block away from all the fun. The room had a balcony facing a private patio (one of the 5 in the hotel) with a marble table and chairs to play chess. High speed wifi, excellent service , polite and with very decent English, wonderful Western/Chinese breakfast. "Beautiful luxury courtyard hotel"
This was our favorite hotel in Beijing - we also stayed at the penisula which was really excellent but if you are looking for something really special definitely concider staying here. It is a beautifully restored courtyard mansion in a traditional Chinese style located in the Hutong district just north of the Forbidden City.
