Piękny, świetnie utrzymany hotel, czyściutki i bardzo komfortowy. Znajduje się praktycznie w samym centrum, świetne połączenie komunikacyjne. W okolicy same markowe sklepy. Jeśli nie chce się korzystać z restauracji w hotelu, to trzeba odbyć spacer do nieco odległych sklepów czy restauracyjek. Ogólnie okolica bardzo przyjemna.

Hotel jest bardzo wygodnie położony tak dla przesiadek jak i dłuzszych pobytów.Obsługa miła .Czystość bez zastrzeżeń.

nice hotel, friendly, convenient place, good breakfast purchased
All the hotel related conditions were good, however, the hotel was not close to any restaurants or shops . . . even Starbucks was hard to come by.

Apparently my wife cant smoke since she is in a wheelchair ??? They DON'T have wheelchair, smoking rooms, they do have a hearing impaired smoking room though. We were told numerous times that they had the room she requested, but when we got to the hotel they assured us they did not have a room like that. And hotels.com would not help us in the situation. "close but not too close Chicagoland hotel"
The Hilton Garden Inn is and has been very clean every time we stayed there. It is close enough to O'Hare but not so close you have planes buzzing your head. Even being on the interstate, you hear no road noise.
"Stayed for wedding"
A large number of guests from a wedding stayed at this hotel because the reception site was right down the road. The hotel staff was extremely patient with us and ran a shuttle to and from the reception so none of us had to drive. They joked around and had fun with all of us and even found some of our belongings in the shuttle from the end of the night […] and ensured they were returned to us! "Great Hotel Outside Chicago"
The hotel staff were very friendly. They offered cookies at night for the guests. We accidentally locked our room keys inside the room, and the front desk lady did not give us any grief about making another key for us. The only thing that did not work was the comfort setting on the bed, but we still were able to get a good night sleep. They also had […] a pantry were you can buy snacks and drinks and they will charge it to your room (the prices were reasonable). Great place to stay and would definitely stay there again. "Great for after the wedding!"
My cousin had a wedding reception at the Medinah's Shriner ballroom (gorgeous!) which shares a parking lot with this hotel. We were able to get a shuttle bus from the hotel to the ballroom, which was very convenient for the elderly members of our group. The hotel was very obliging to allowing groups of us to gather in the lobby before and after the […] wedding ceremony. They helped us get connecting rooms at very short notice. "Hilton Garden Inn, Addison, IL"
Check-in very long. Hotel was easy to find, clean. I had my credit card number stolen during my stay, had to have card canceled and fraud investigation by card company. Hotel did not screen calls nor seem concerned by the event. Just a warning, watch for people nearby listening for your information.

"Needs improvement"
The room I was assigned was next to the elevator and ice machine and there were 2 wedding receptions taking place at the Hotel. The noise level and late hour hallway disruptions were aweful and even after 2 attempts to inform front desk the problems persisted. As a Hilton Honors member I would have expected a better experience. Thank you

"Fantastic for the price"
The beds could be more comfortable; the hotel is located in a convenient location insofar as it is close to the highway, but there is not much to do around the hotel, certainly not without driving. The best things about the hotel were that breakfast was excellent, the front desk was very helpful, and the price was great for the room/experience.
"Hotel was GREAT Pillows are a little too Big"
The hotel and staff was GREAT, the pillows on the bed were all HUGE. I am a small person and woke up in the middle of the night with a bad pain in my neck with no pillow to fit me, so I did NOT sleep well. I am not used to staying at a hotel and having to pay for breakfast, but other than the pillows and breakfast the hotel was nice.

I eas pleasantly surprised that this hotel offered dinner/drinks in the lobby area, although it was only from 5-9.
