Great place to stay. Placed in quite district but also very close to most important place to visit. Good equipment, clean. Elevator is very helpful if you have heavy luggage. In near neighbourhood car parking.

Very clean modern apartment. Great value for money. My 2 complaints: 1) I never received any info from the hotel informing me how I could get in and get my key. An email with a code and detail about how I could get in would have been very useful. 2) TV in the living room is tiny

Pros: - Perfect location in the Bairo Alto district. Very original and picturesque. - Bus and tram stop is just meters away. - Cais do Sodré train and metro station is just a few a steps away. - Located on a plane street, not on hill slopes, just like the majority of other Lisbon streets are :) We were very glad that we had not booked an apartment somewhere […] on a steep street as you should have a spare pair of feet to come back home in the night after a full-day stroll around the Lisbon's hills:) Unless you are ready to take taxi every day, of course. - Rooms 313 and 312 (and I suppose rooms on other floors ending with 12 and 13) face very quiet back yard with a "mixed" view: the beautiful Tejo river, abandoned warehouses and modern office building. All together - a strange but as far as I got it - a really Lisbonish mix :) Other rooms might face Largo do Conde-Barão street which could be noisy especially in the summer. - Wi-Fi signal was not too strong but at it was and the connection was fast. - Balcony Cons: - The neighbourhood is not too safe. - We were not given a hair-dryer despite our multiple requests and their original promise. - The apart is automated so in case your access card stopped working in the late evening or there's some issue with electricity or plumbing, there's not too much chance you get helped promptly. - Maybe this is not a con for an apartment, but linen and towels are changed once per week. - The rooms are poorly soundproofed. fantastic spec, excellent location, can't ask for more.

We had a very enjoyable stay in an apartment, which we found to be spacious, clean and recently refurbished. All facilities were available, with no issues, right down to the clean glasses in the kitchen. Fully recommended, with a central location and balcony views, we felt the apartment catered for all our needs and was very good value for money.

When reaching the apartment we were not even sure we had gotten to the right place, since there was no sign with the name on it. Some guy working at the café next door saw us and gave us the door code to get in. Once we got in, we realized we were supposed to have gotten a code by e-mail to be able to get to our key that was in a safe. We didn't get […] an e-mail, so started to try calling Feel Good Apartments. It took about 30 minutes to get through to them, but when we did there was no problem and we got the code over the phone. The apartment was newly renovated and spacious for three people. The cleaning was not up to standard, the bathroom sink was blocked and there was a whole in the wall behind the toilet that they had tried to cover with a metal plate duck taped to the wall! The apartment is located in a quiet street within walking distance to the city center and Bairro Alto, where there are lots of bars and restaurants. So good location and nice apartment, but if they don't do better with the cleaning and maintenance this place is going to be completely ran down within a year! Przeczytaj więcej

nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude durant deux jours et impossible de joindre qui que ce soit.

Appartement spacieux, plus sympa qu’une chambre d’hôtel. Cuisine a disposition, presqu’une location de vacances. Pas très loin (à pied) des quartiers historiques. Les meubles et la salle de bain légèrement vétustes mais c’est très propre avec beaucoup d’espace ! Falta mais um sofa(maple) na sala e deveria ter um pouco mais material para cozinhar .....(chavenas pequenas, panela.....e máquina de café)

Pas mal situé, appartement très bien équipé, lumineux et spacieux pour 2pers. Seul bémol, nous n'avons eu le code d'accès que quelques minutes avant malgré nos demandes régulières. Demander une chambre autre que côté rue car il y a de temps en temps de l'animation dans la rue. Manque cruellement de parking. Stationnement payant 5 euros la demi journée […] et max 4 heures. Es handelt sich in der Tat aüßerlich um ein normales Wohnhaus, nach einem Schild wird man vergeblich suchen, man braucht schon die Adresse. Aus anderen Bewertungen hatte ich die Informationen über die Schlüsselbeschaffung herausgelesen, diese hatte mir Hotels.com, auch auf Nachfrage, nicht geben können. Es läuft so: 1) Normal buchen. 2) Nach Erhalt […] der Buchungsbestätigung email an das Hotel, in Englisch, mit der bitte um die Zugangsdaten. 3) Man erhält einen 4-stelligen Code für die Tür, und einen Code für ein kleines Schließfach im Treppenhaus in dem sich die Schlüsselkarte befindet. 4) Der Schlüssel funktioniert erst ab 14Uhr, auch wenn er schon drinliegt und das Zimmer offensichtlich schon fertig ist. Es bibt keine Rezeption! Es gibt nur eine Telefonnummer, diese allerdings war erreichbar und man konnte sich auf Englisch leidlich verständigen. Das Apartment war o.k., die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck, die Lage fanden wir insbesonders wegen der unmittelbaren Nähe zu mehreren Strassenbahnlinien prima. Mit dem Auto ist die Parkplatzsituation allerdings etwas schwierig, man findet zwar durchaus in den umliegenden Sträßchen freie Parkplätze, hier gilt aber Anwohnerparken, als Nicht-Anwohner muss man sich einen Parkschein ziehen, max. Parkdauer dann 4 Std. Insgesamt empfehlenswert, insbes. für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern, wer selbst schon mal als 5er-Gruppe verreisen wollte kennt die Probleme. Pelo hotel não possuir recepção e não termos recebido previamente informação de como proceder no check in, tivemos dificuldade para entrar, mas o apartamento é muito bom, amplo, bem equipado. O unico inconviniente foi a vizinhança (bares) muito barulhenta de madrugada.

The apartment was great. The city center was within walking distance. There is no reception at the place but the employees was very helpful. When you arrive call their number and they will help you get access to the apartment. Only negative thing I have was the promised balcony. Da vi ankom hotellet og så det fra gateplan, ble vi veldig skeptiske. Og overrasket over at det ikke var noen resepsjon, kun et nummer å ringe. Men da vi kom inn i leilighetemn, ble vi veldig positivt overrasket. Det var en deilig og lys leilighet. Tror vi ble lovet havutsikt, men vi hadde mot gata, så litt bråk i helga ble det.

No me facilitaron el codigo ni el nº del cofre con antelación, perdí 2 horas esperando un chico a que viniese resolver el problema. Las almohadadas estaban amarillas del sudor.Lo demas estaba limpio.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete Apartments, sehr zentral gelegen. Es funktioniert ohne Rezeption, man braucht für Außentür und die Entnahme der Zimmerkarte die entsprechenden Code-nummern. Hatten wir nicht auf der Buchungsbestätigung. Mit Hilfe des freundlichen Personals aus dem benachbarten Café war das Problem zu lösen.

Ved reservationen var der ikke gjort opmærksom på at der ikke var en reception på stedet. Da vi ankom kunne vi ikke komme ind ad gadedøren. Vi kom efter et stykke tid i kontakt med andre gæster på stedet der spurgte om vi ikke havde fået en mail med koder til at komme ind på stedet. god beliggenhed tæt på centrum. i gå afstand til de fleste seværdigheder - sporvogn lige uden for døren. selve lejligheden var meget sparsomt indrettet - bl.a. var der 4 stole og vi var 5. Servicen også mangelfuld. MEGET larm og støj i gaderne om natten. Også larm fra andre i huset nogle nætter. men man bor virkelig i Lisabon i denne lejlighed.

It is impossible to get sleep in this place, even with earplugs on. There are no reception or any staff, so THERE ARE NO RULES! People are partying every night, shouting and screaming at the hallways, banging on doors etc. At the groundfloor people got their own gettoblaster at the backyard, so you had to listen that also if you wanted to keep your […] windows open. Wij verbleven in een tweepersoons appartement met twee volwassenen en twee kinderen, en dat ging prima. Veel ruimte, het is netjes, goede ligging in de stad, met een gezin wel handig dat je er ook kan koken, en niet telkens hoeft uit te gaan eten, ook terrasje met tafel en stoelen om buiten te eten. Vrij goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Nadelen: slechts […] 1 sleutel en er is geen reception desk waar je een tweede sleutel kan vragen, geen roomservice (je krijgt wel verse handdoeken op vraag, maar je moet dan wel de kamermeisjes ergens zien te vinden), bedden worden niet ververst of opgemaakt (of slechts 1 keer per week), keukenmateriaal heel minimaal en van slechte kwaliteit, goedkoop sanitair (WC-bril zat los, ophangsysteem voor douche zat los), kamer niet voorzien van shampoo ed., geen haardroger, weinig ruimte in de badkamer om je spullen neer te zetten, nogal lawaaierig 's nachts (het maakt bijvoorbeeld veel lawaai als de buren een douche nemen, maar ook straatlawaai, muziek). Når først man er inde er det fint. Men vær forberedt på, at der ingen service er. Området trænger også til en kærlig hånd - til gengæld er lejligheden rigtig fin!

Leuke appartementjes/studio's.. trendy, Ikea materiaal. Vrij nieuw maar kon iets netter. Er moet dringend iets gedaan worden aan de schimmel aan de rand tussen het bad en de muur.

Vaikka emme koko viikon aikana tavanneet yhtä ainoaa hotellin henkilökunnan edustajaa, asiat sujuivat moitteettomasti. Useampi kuin yksi avain per huone olisi tosin ollut hyvä. Sijainti mainio ja lyhyt kävelymatka keskustaan sekä keskeisille iltaelämän alueelle. Hotellihuoneet tilavat ja uudet, vasta remontoidut ja erittäin siistit. Kylmälaitteet […] ja mikroaaltouuni siistit ja tuliterät. Niukka mutta tarpeisiimme hyvin riittänyt keittiövarustus. Parvekkeelta mainio näkymä Tejo-joelle saakka. Huoneiston ulko-oven äärieristys heikko, mutta eipä tuo haitannut. Yhden huoneiston kylpyhuoneen lattian vieräröinti oli heikosti järjestetty, ja vesi kertyi lattialle. Toisen huoneiston suihkun kuumavesihana oli irti ja suihku muutenkin hieman hankala käsitellä. Koska huoneiston roskiksia ei tyhjennetty, ne toki täyttyivät useampaan kertaan viikon aikana; jätteiden vientipaikasta ei ollut infoa. Asukkaat veivät pusseja pinoon pohjakerrokseen, mikä ei ehkä ollut tarkoituksenmukainen järjestely. Suosittelen lämpimästi etenkin kaupunkiseikkailumatkailijoille. Hinta-laatusuhde oikein kohdallaan. The check out procedure was unclear (the cleaning, trashes etc.). Otherwise this was an really good experience.

Fin ny indrettet lejlighed og let tilgængelig med bus/sporvogn ca. 1,5 km fra centrum. Nabolaget er noget forfalden, og i weekenden er der en del støj fra natteliv. Fin service fra kontoret, der dog ikke er let at træffe uden for åbningstider.

Når undtages den manglende procedure for indcheckningsproblemer (det er virkelig kritisabelt!) er det gode og velfungerende værelser med mulighed for udsigt over Tejo. Nabolaget er noget præget af forfald, men alt i alt alligevel hyggeligt. Gode trafikforbindelser. Godt tilsendt materiale om lokale forhold.

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen ja helppo löytää. Ympäristö rauhallinen. Huone todella siisti ja viihtyisä. Suosittelen.

Lejligheden lå på 3. sal, hvortil man kunne komme med elevator. Lejligheden var lys, stor og velindrettet, og kunne sagtens rumme 6 personer. Der var lille altan med udsigt over havet. Det hele er nyt og enkelt - med Ikea-præg og det fungerer jo ;o)

입실 시 굉장히 불편하였다. 일단 안내 데스크가 존재하지 않으며, 내가 입실해야할 방 번호와 비밀번호 등에 대한 정보가 전혀 주어지지 않았다. 다른 방 사람들은 메일을 통해 전달받았다고 하나, 우리는 전혀 메일이 도착하지 않았으며, 현지에 도착하고 난 후, 전화 통화를 통해 그제야 입실해야하는 방에 대한 정보를 얻을 수 있었다.

Sehr gut restauriertes Altstadt-Haus, aufgeteilt in Apartments. Ausstattung des Apartments top, nur die angegebenen Toilettenartikel erschöpften sich in einem Seifenspender. Sogar Waschmaschine vorhanden, außerdem Geschirrspüler, Bügelbrett, Heißwasserbereiter. Kleine Supermärkte zum Einkaufen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, ebenso Cafes für den "echten" […] portugisischen "Italiener". Helle, schlichte, moderne Optik mit liebevollen Details. Sauberkeit des Zimmers mit kleiner Mängeln (eine halbleere Bierflasche blockierte die Auszugsmechanik der Couch, leere K.-Schachtel unter dem Bett). Insgesamt sollten die großen Möbel wohl deutlich öfter mal verrutscht werden vor dem Putzen. Süßer Innenhofteil zur alleinigen Benutzung durch uns mit Teakholzmöbeln. Lage im Stadtteil Lapa zentral genug und zudem preiswert. Taxifahren ist in Lissabon ein Schnäppchen (zum Hotel vom Flughafen um 11 Euro) und ein Vergnügen (rasante Fahrten durch enge bergige Gassen)! Eine echte Hotel-Alternative für alle, die nicht zu zweit reisen (wir: 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) Kurzum: zu empfehlen! Przeczytaj więcej

Tudo estava óptimo, a decoração, os utensílios de cozinha,a localização, só faltou que a água quente chegasse para todos. Éramos 4 e o 2º a tomar banho já não tinha água quente até ao fim do banho.

Hartstikke mooie, ruime appartementen, voorzien van air conditioning, praktische keuken en goede bedden. Leuk concept, zelf je sleutel afhalen dmv een kluisje, waarna je zo je appartement kan betrekken. Zeer praktisch en stijlvol ingerichte kamers, echt een heel erg goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
