"Very Nice"
The room was reasonably clean, a few dusty spots, but nothing gross. There were no bedspreads. Instead, the blanket had a sheet over it which I really liked. It looked and felt very neat and clean. I will stay there again.

Hotel is perfectly OK, not spectacular, but OK. There is a substantial breakfast available and snacks in the evening. The best aspect was that it was VERY QUIET. I am used in hotel stays to hearing the people above and around me almost all the time. At this hotel it was quiet all the time. What a relief!

We were very pleased with the BW Montezuma Inn iThey were very accomodating and it was a rainy evening when we arrived and the lady made an effort to tell us there would be homemade soup at 5:30pm which we took advantage of. "BW Montezuma-clean, comfortable"
We were hot ,tired and hungry when we arrived . I wasn't looking forward to going out for food. We rolled our luggage in on a cart (no hassle) to a clean, cool room with an invitation to come down to the breakfast room where soup ,crackers and cold lemonade were available for an evening snack for free! "BW PLUS MONTEZUMA INN, Las Vegas, NM"
We had read all of the wonderful reviews about this hotel and we were excited about upcoming our 3 night stay. The areas we value most in staying at a hotel are cleanliness and comfortable bedding. I will say that the bed was very comfortable and I appreciated that very much. Cleanliness was another story. When we walked into our first room it smelled […] heavily of cleaning products so I know it had been cleaned. The beds looked clean and inviting and at first glance things looked average to above average. We had had a long hot travel day so we decided to shower. The shower didn't come on all the way (water was coming out of the spout along with the shower spray) and the tub drain was plugged up. While showering we were also standing in 8 inches of water...not pleasant. We also noticed that the mirrors in the room appeared to have been wiped with a wet cloth but not shined. We were attending a conference in town and had to head out. After we returned about 10 p.m. I headed over to set up my laptop and after trying to get on realized that they had forgotten to give me the access code so I called and got that. I pulled out a chair to set my bag on and honestly, it looked like it had dried vomit all over it. It's unlikely that is what it really had on it, but it was still gross. I had picked up a cardboard piece that was used to advertise something about their wireless access and it was covered with a thick layer of dust which told me that they didn't pay as much attention to detail in their cleaning as previously thought, but the gross chair was the last straw. Our AC also kept shutting off unless we kept it at an unusually low temperature. We realized that we couldn't spend three nights in this room. We called the front desk and they were very apologetic, but the only room available that night was a king room with handicap access and we didn't particularly like the set up of that room either (we prefer 2 queens) so we said we'd wait until a room opened up in the morning Przeczytaj więcej

"above and beyond"
There for a triathlon, bike wheel fell out of back of car as we pulled out. Desk clerk tracked us down by phone before we had gone too far. Saved us a ton of money.
"Nice hotel"
Nice hotel - easy to find - very courteous young woman at front desk - when I made reservation, I asked for a lower floor, and that was not on the request. But, she found me a room on the first floor. Very accommodating.

"new hotel, helpful staff"
this hotel is only 2 years old and it still has the "new" smell. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful. We asked for a recommondation for a non-fast food restaurant. She recommended one, but when I told her I was a vegetarian, she suggested another. That restaurant, El Fidel was great! "don't stay above the pool"
We were put on the second floor above the pool. We had a long, early day and were looking forward to going to bed early. BUT - you can hear the noise from the pool area in your room really well! If you are wanting an early night - request a room far away from the pool. Overall - it is a good place to stay!
"Nice & Clean!"
The hotel is nice, modern and clean! The rooms were spacious and having the in room fridge & microwave was nice. The breakfast in the morning was good also. Only downside - the elevator is SLOW. It was faster to use the stairs. And, like all hotels, they like to book the rooms near each other and we had some folks come in after 11:00pm and they were […] LOUD and woke us all up.
