"many construction views surrounding hotel"
Excellent hotel however several amenities were faulty or missing. No chair/desk was in room, no where to sit and do work/computor, also internet was sporadic at best and very slow when working.

The hotel was very nice. The valet was excellent. The one bedroom was too small. I felt like I was staying at a Hampton Inn with the Waldorf price.

The hotel was beautiful, I just wishes we would have gotten what we paid for. Was put in a handicapped room, which was not what I chose. Had to argue about the breakfast for 2 that was paid for, and didn't get the hotel credits that were paid for. Overall, I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again.
"What you expect from a Waldorf"
Everything was perfect. The rooms are very nice with great amenities. Only one small thing went wrong when we received our wake up call 20 mins late. Good thing we had set our own alarm! The concierge apologized and refunded our service fee, so that was kinda nice. However, I feel like a late wake up call may cost other tenants more than a $25 refund […] can fix. "Better than the St. Regis!"
We normally stay at the St. Regis, Deer Valley at this time of year but for some reason their rates have increased. We had never stayed at the Waldorf, but it looked nice and the rates were closer to what we were used to so we decided to try it. We were very pleasantly surprised! We love the location; between the outlets and Red Stone Mall and Main […] Street as well as to the Canyons resort. The service was amazing...never lacked! They even brought us freshly baked cookies and a personalized card after we checked into our room. We had a King Suite room that was very nice...again we felt it was a step above the St. Regis which we love. "Wonderful faciltiy, great service"
My wife and I were looking for a great retreat and some time together. This hotel was wonderful. The service was fantastic and the employees were very helpful and friendly. The rate was well worth the experience. The swimming pool was very warm even on the cool night that we swam.

From the moment we arrived, the service we received from every hotel employee was excellent. At every turn each staff member was very attentive, professional and friendly. "Waldorf Astoria Park City OVERRATED"
We stayed overnight at the Waldorf for our anniversary and we were quite disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. The floor had food crumbs on the floor, the microwave was disgusting and tub didn't drain very well. It gave the room the feeling that they don't clean very well. The turn down service came after 9:00 and kept knocking […] on our door until we answered and the maid came first thing in the morning before we were even dressed to clean the room. I would think a 4+ star hotel would take better care and interest in their guests to knowing if we wanted turn down service or if we had checked out yet (we only stayed one night!) "great summer getaway"
We stayed at this hotel with our three sons. The concierge was fantastic. We hiked daily, went white water rafting and relaxed by the pool. The amenities at the hotel were wonderful. I would highly recommed this hotel.

We decided to overnight at the WA in Park City rather than down in Salt Lake City at the airport. The rate on Hotels.com was so low, it was a no-brainer! My wife & I only spent one night at the Park City Waldorf Astoria... I wish it could've been several more. The Hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff is very friendly, polite & professional. Just got back from spending 2 nights at this beautiful hotel. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a full (beautiful) kitchen. This room easily accommodated 2 adults and 3 children. Staff is friendly, from the front door greetings to the front desk staff, concierge, housekeeping, dining and bar staff! Golden Door Spa staff always helpful and attentive. Couldn't ask for more.

Room was excellent, food was as before, delicious with good variety. Porters and housekeeping staff quick, courteous and happy to help. Always ask if I need directions to locate places I wish to see. I use to stay in Salt Lake City for my medical trips. Since staying at the Dakota Waldorf in Park City, I will not be going back to SLC! Twice the Hotel […] for almost as much per room. The off skiing season, is the best price and staff are greatful to help you. And they have lots to do biking, ski lifts to the top of the mountain, local scenery is outstanding and local caves for spelunking, Sundance (Town developed by Robert Redford) great for its beauty, hiking and entertainment. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Close to everything there is to see in Park City. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and had lots of amenities. We definitely recommend this hotel and will go back again for sure.

"the worst waldorf astoria"
The overall hotel was great the room was another story. We had several issues with the room from small moths flying around all night to the tv not working they fixed it the first time but gave up when we had to call again. We also had issues with the jetted bath tub which they told us to make sure we filled it to the top before turning on the jets. […] I think anyone who has stayed at a waldorf astoria has probably used a jetted tub before. Nothing wrong per se. Just not worth what they charge. The neighboring lots were not attractive. The hotel was just not that nice.

This was the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. The customer service was amazing and the atmosphere was spectacular. The next time I visit Park City, this is the place I will stay. They have a customer for life.

We stayed at the Waldorf-Astoria right when the view from the balcony was at its best with the colorful fall foliage. The staff at check in was really nice and even showed us around the main lobby. The concierge was friendly and helpful for dinner recommendations. Our room was impeccable and comfortable, had a balcony, a full-HD TV and even a small […] TV in the bathroom. We appreciated the small details such as the good quality hairdryer, chocolates on the pillow, bathrobes, slippers, etc.! The gym is clean and modern and there is an outside swimming pool with 2 hot tubs. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from Park City's Main Street and there is a shuttle service between the hotel and Main Street which is nice because parking there is hard to find. "AMAZING hotel"
My husband and I made a quick getaway for our anniversary, and we were not disappointed in our stay. The hotel is probably the nicest we have ever stayed at in terms of quality and service. The heated pool is warm, the fireplace was cozy and the bed was comfortable. We will be going back soon.

"FABULOUS ROOM & EXPERIENCE!"
Granted, we arrived in Park City in early September as the leaves are just turning orange and yellowish as fall approaches, and the place was pretty well empty, but we received everything you would expect from a Waldorf Astoria: Attentive service from the moment we pulled up, transcendent ambiance & western decor in the lobby, firepits outside, mountain […] vistas inside, relaxing whirlpool in-room with bath salts and gel, turndown service, plush bed and down pillows, fireplace in room, nature theme video playing on the LCD TV with ambiant music that set a great tone, cup of herbal tea. Not a bad word can be spoken about the experience. I'm really glad we arrived when we did and give the highest recommendation to anyone looking for top line service and accomodations. Being from Miami, I visualize this wonderful getaway as pretty bozo come ski season when all the pink-cheeked, well-heeled parka clad snow clans come to town, freezing, hungry, wet, clacking their skis and boots and bringing the place to life. "Park City's Waldorf Astoria is truly AMAZING!"
As we were planning a trip to Salt Lake City, UT to visit family, we decided to stay in Park City for one night to visit all the unique little shops and of course the Outlets. We booked one night at the Waldorf Astoria based on the pictures on the website, and of course the great price for the season. Check-in time was 4pm, but we called ahead to let […] them know we were going to be late and to my surprise when we showed up going on 6pm, the hotel staff actually remembered talking to us earlier. We were provided with top-notch service, from dropping our car off with valet to being helped to our room. A shuttle runs to and from Main Street until 11pm, which was a nice chance to take a break from driving our car all around town. After an evening on the town, we returned to our room where we enjoyed after hours room service by the beautifully lit fireplace. At 1am, we found ourselves sitting on the balcony with blankets around us admiring the stars. Now, I've said many times before that I've had the best sleep of my life, but nothing, and I mean NOTHING compares to the sleep I had after sleeping in the more than roomy and comfortable king size bed in our room. The bedding was all 5 star and literally the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I could have slept for days! The bathroom... what can I say, other than spectacular! The jetted tub, the adjustable TV, the lighting... it was beautiful and made our time in Park City as relaxing as we ever could have imagined! Check-out was just as easy as checking in. The staff was so kind and the hotel really is worth a special stop if one is looking to visit Park City, UT. LOVED this hotel. My husband and I go to Park City for a getaway at least once a year. We now know where we will stay moving forward. The pool area was so nice! It was a little chilly out, so they have a nice fire you could hang around as well! Loved the massive TV, and personal touches like slippers, chocolates, etc. The Waldorf is in a very nice location […] right next to The Canyons ski resort and a good mid distance between Main Street and the Kimball Junction exit. Room reserved not room recieved. Food well below average. No communication from management when asked. Wood work and carpeting well worn. Poorly run hotel with to many specifics to list. Pros: Nice bed nice pool nice employees You can find a nicer hotel with little effort, look some where else to stay.

We took advantage of the summer prices in PC this week for a little one-night getaway at the Waldorf Astoria and it was just GREAT!!! The staff was very nice and helpful, the grounds and room were fantastic and we had just great service. Everything was top-notch, from the furnishings in the room, to the beautiful bathrooms with wonderful amenities, […] to the pools, hot tubs, fire pits... everything! We came back from dinner to find we had a turndown service, complete with slippers laid out and chocolates on the bed. We also got a free voucher for access to the Golden Door Spa, which was also wonderful. It is no Qua Spa, but it is still a wonderful place with a nice steam room, tea lounge, fire lounge and great showers! I loved our stay there and will most definitely be staying there again.
