County Inn is close to 101 freeway, but if you don't have car, the closest bus stop is 0.5 mile away. My room was spacious and comfy, had all the necessary equipment and parking space right behind the door. Since it's close to the freeway you can actually hear traffic while you're inside but it's not like if you're on airport runway ;-) Between Inn buildings there's a swimming pool and garden with blooming trees, so window view is rather pleasant. If I'm in Mountain View again it's likely that I'll choose County Inn again.

hotel godny polecenia... czysto, sympatycznie i blisko lotniska oraz US101 choć niestety znajduje to również swoje odzwierciedlenie w poziomie hałasu ;)

"Nice get away"
My husband and I just stayed at this hotel for one night to celebrate his birthday. We live in Silicon Valley so this wasn't a big trip for us, but the location of the Rosewood sort of makes it feel like we were "getting out of town" for a night. The place itself is very nice but not overly pretentious. The layout is a little strange - huge and sprawling. […] I think this place is really popular for weddings and conventions. It's built right next to the highway, so even though it's really not too intrusive you do get that noise while you're outside. We had drinks and the warm chocolate chip cookie with malted milk shot dessert out on the patio the night we were there. The patio was very nice, although chilly despite the heat lamps. I felt bad for the poor waitress who had to run around in a skirt, she looked freezing. Let the girl wear some pants if she wants! The room was nice, with a nice soaking tub and separate shower. Fully stocked mini bar although ridiculously priced as always. They had a full room service menu but everything was very expensive and on top of that they charge another 20% service fee PLUS $5 for delivery. It kind of feels like you're getting nickel and dimed just to get some dinner. For the price of the rooms I feel like that kind of service should be included. The beds are very comfortable which made for a nice nights sleep. In the morning we got breakfast at their restaurant which was excellent. Good service and good fresh tasting food. It was the best hollandaise I've ever had! It wasn't cheap, but we both remarked that for the quality it was worth it. We hope to stay here again soon. Przeczytaj więcej

The hotel was terrific. The property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the decor new and up to date. Great bathroom! The staff was friendly and attentive. We loved the hotel

"Rosewood Sand Hill"
This hotel is only a year and a half old or so, but fits in very well with the area, as if it has always been there. Very helpful staff, extremely comfortable accommodations. Will definitely stay here the next time I am needing a hotel in the area.

The Rosewood Sandhill was a great place to stay. Everyone was not only professional and kind, they exceeded my expectations. The standard rooms are wonderful. The closet space and bathroom were great. The best thing about this property is that each room feels like it's own space. The rooms are organized by cottages, not stacked on top of each other […] at a traditional hotel. A pleasant stay and will make it our regular resort when traveling to Northern California. What a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The location was close to the Horse Park, the staff were very friendly and the setting was peaceful.

the bar prices (including snacks) too expensive for the quality . the swimming pool area whilst clean and staff very friendly, was lacking atmosphere and other amenities ie bar, maybe music, coffee shop....

From the second you check in, to the lemonade you get at the desk, to the golf cart right to your cottage, it's a pleasure. The spa is excellent and the pool is very comfortable. The staff is very polite and very cute. The lounge upstairs had a very cool vibe. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. They hotel is beautiful. We did have to pay $20 per night for self parking that we were not expecting but the overall hotel was great.
