"From Bad To Worse"
This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The whirlpool (hot tub) was out of order. There were multiple bugs (both dead and alive) in our hotel room. The sheets looked dirty. The electrical outlet didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone. The curtains didn't close in our room so we woke up at the crack of dawn even though this was supposed […] to be a birthday trip/vacation for me and my friends. Also, there were only a few guests in the entire hotel but for some reason hotel staff placed us all next to each other. Because of this, the noise level was annoying (to put it lightly). On top of all of this, my friend was not allowed to toast her bagel in the morning because breakfast "ended 15 minutes ago." Really? We can't plug in a toaster for a few seconds? Jeez. What a horrible place. If you're considering staying here, do yourself a favor and stay at The Baymont Inn instead. It's next door and has a working hot tub. Hotel and furnishings were very nice as were the Front Desk staff. The only waffle maker was out of service both mornings we were there and this was a real disappointment to our family.
