The first night my family and I were on the 1st floor. I was woken up and kept up by noise from people above, sirens to the hospital next door, highway traffic, and lastly the hotel lobby music that was spilling in through the hallway. The second night I had them move us to the top floor away from others. Very well maintained hotel. Platinum status rated property. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. Dry much and will use hotel again next time we are in the area. Customer service is out the roof here! Very nice.

Comfort Inn was convenient to the main street in Hot Springs, as well as highways, but there was no street noise in our room. Great location. Great room. Nice and clean and very spacious. Better get up early if you want breakfast though. And forget about asking the staff if the food runs out... Night clerk, morning clerk, and 3rd floor Housekeeper were very polite and courteous. We always stay there when we visit Hot Springs but bring our own food if we want to sleep in..

I was really surprised at how easy it was to get to the hotel from the road. Clean, comfortable, and a relaxing location. The room was clean and inviting. If you get here, you will be pleasantly pleased with your stay as well.

We were very pleased with our room, location, cost and just the looks of the area. Breakfast was good hard to really say anything bad. We wish the rest of our hotel stays were that good. We tried to stay @ a choice in Branson,Mo but it wasnt as nice so we went to a different chain.

Comfort Suites was the highlight of our stay in Hot Springs. It has been some time since I was there and I was disappointed immensely with the city. But, the hotel was definitely in a good location and clean and new. Only two problems: kinda slow checking in cause the clerk was alone and the fire alarm went off at 12:45 A.M. and did so for at least […] 15 minutes (maybe 30).
