Było bardzo miło i romantycznie. Miejsce w którym położony jest hotel jest co prawda trudnodostępne ale jest urocze. Miła obsługa w restauracji i dbałość gospodarzy o wystrój dostarczyły nam niezapomnianych wrażeń. Polecam na romantyczne wypady dla dwojga. Okolica pełna atrakcji w postaci przepięknych krajobrazów, ciekawych ludzi i miejsc. Świetna baza wypadowa na Amalfi Coast i do Sorrento, a stamtąd na Capri. Kierując się samochodem lub motorem (polecam szczególnie motorem) proszę absolutnie nie używać jakiejkolwiek nawigacji, chyba że jako cel ustawimy Sant'Agata. Wjeżdżając do miasta, łatwo odnajdziemy dobrze oznakowaną drogę do hotelu.

Comfortable and cozy apartment. Beautiful, picturesque view from the windows of the bedroom and living room on the Napoli bay and the city of Napoli. Pretty nice care of the host. A delicious breakfast which was eaten while admiring the view on awakening Napoli… We love to be back there one day! Ewa and Tomasz from Poland.

"Very Disappointed"
The room was clean. The man on reception spoke about 2 words of English, which was a bit of a challenge. The cleaner was the best thing about my stay as he was really friendly and kind and spoke English. There was a really toxic funky smell in the bathroom that took my breath away (Like a cross between mould and a gas leak?). The shower was Very small, […] which was fine for me, but someone taller/larger would have struggled in the confined cubicle. I was grateful to be able to check in at 12, instead of the 3pm checkin time listed on the hotel site I booked it through. However, on the final day I was in Naples I wanted to take a day-trip to Sorrento but couldn't do that as the man on reception would'nt let me leave my bags at the hotel to come and collect later. There was no restaurant that I could see. no breakfast facilities or inclusions. No WIFI, as advertised. The heater didn't work in my room and there was Never anyone on reception in the evenings to assist me so I was thankful for the extra blanket in the room. The TV had no english channels, and no option to change the dubbed language into English or get English subtitles. Only music channels had some english songs playing. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. For the price- with no heating, or wifi, or breakfast, or option to leave my bag = not good enough! Przeczytaj więcej
The standard room we had booked had neither an ensuite shower nor access to a communal shower so we upgraded to a superior room which had ensuite shower etc
The hotel is in a nerve wracking area at night, but then I get the impression it is the same over most of Naples. The hotel itself is lovely.
"Hotel Regina in Napoli"
We staied 2 nights at hotel Regina - Napoli. When we have to choose a hotel in Napoli, we were led by the location - to be close to the railway station. Although its a 3 star hotel, I think it doesnt deserve them, compared to the international standards. The only good thing there was that the room was clean and the towels were changed every day. We […] had a "superior"room for wich we paid extra, but there was nothing "superior" - even we should pay 3 Euro/per day if we needed the fridge...It was written at the webpage of the hotel that the check out is at 11 am, but at the room it was written that we should leave the hotel at 10 am. At least the staff was kind to keep our luggage till 11! Dont want to talk about the location of the hotel - its at the 3 floor of an old building, where suspicious persons from different minorities rush often. The reception works only from 3 till 10 pm so they gave us keys which were opening very difficult the 4doors which we had to pass in order to reach our room. I should say that all area around Garibaldi railway station seems terrible ... So, if you need a safe place in Napels, its not this one! Przeczytaj więcej
Hotel Regina is a very good budget hotel in Naples. The hotel is cheap, clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and nice. The best value for your money! The hotel is situated near the central railway station. The neigbourhood is not the best in the evenings, but in the same time it's a good location to reach other destinations near Naples.
"Regina Napoli - Centralt mysigt och fräscht!"
Jag och sambon checkade in på detta hotell över en weekend. Det var kanon! Vi fick allt vi behövde. Personalen var trevlig men främst var det fint och fräscht! Synd bara att användning av kylskåpet kostade.
