beds were to hard and we had some spiders in the room

Overall, my stay was very good. Breakfast was excellent. Two issues: 1) The AC/Heating seemed to have a mind of its own. 2) Noticed hair on the toilet when I checked-in.

The accommodations were fabulous!

Everything about the hotel was perfect.

Check in person was very helpful and kind. Rooms very clean. Breakfast items did not include donuts. One toaster was broken. Would definitely stay there again.

This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The room was very spacious, the hotel was non smoking so I had to go outside to smoke but I didn't care. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast buffet in the morning was incredible. I had a room with a jacuzzi which I totally recommend. There are individual temperature controls […] so each person in their own rooms can control the heat or ac. I enjoyed my stay. the rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful. We enjoy our breakfast and hope to stay there again on our next visit to Wilson NC.

Stopped off here on the way to FL. Rooms were super clean, staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was great. Location was right off the highway. We will definitely stay here again.

My stay was wonderful. The hospitlity of the evening and morning desk clerks were truly customer service at it's best. Considering it was the night before a holiday, these ladies (I apologize for not remembering names) were so hospitable and helpful with the late night check in and next morning check out. I was heading to a conference in greenville and stopped here. The front desk was friendly, the room was super clean and comfy!

We paid our pet friendly fee.. higher than usual, but not the problem, then were paid to sign a pet contract. It was an entire typed page when they wanted us to sign each box indicating we agreed with their requirements and sign the bottom, too. The pet was restricted from any common areas including the lobby and the elevators. Our room was on the 3rd […] floor and being older, steps are not our friend. We were directed to which entrance was for us. How can they say they're pet friendly and treat the owners like we're less than wanted guests. We can't recommend this hotel for pet owners. We had several questions about the area and the staff was very helpful. Room was wonderful!!

The hotel location was the primary reason we selected Country Inn & Suites. The hotel is located between 264/795 and I-95. There are plenty of restaurant options in the immediate vicinity and even more food options (and a Target!) a couple of miles down the road. The hotel was very clean, staff was fast and courteous. The continental breakfast had plenty of options, including fresh fruit, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, cereals and a coffee and juice bar. My only real complaint is not about the hotel itself but the surrounding guests. They were so loud in the morning not being considerate of those that may still be sleeping. After being out all day, we came back to our room to find that the thermostat had been turned from auto at 72 degrees to "on" at 48 degrees. The room was freezing! Our guess is that […] the clean-up crew turned it down for their benefit and forgot to turn it back up. I reported this to the front desk upon checking out. We stayed in Wilson as a mid way point during a road trip in April 2011, so we were mostly looking to find a nice place to rest. This hotel went beyond our expectations - it looked pretty new, was very clean, and included many great amenities (e.g. gym, pool, jacuzzi, breakfast, cookies, cable, free parking, etc.). The room was great. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Microwave and fridge were both great and worked nicely. Breakfast was very good with hot items such as eggs and biscuits with gravy and good healthy options such as fresh fruit. Wireless internet was free and worked wonderfully.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed one night in the hotel on our way traveling from Florida to Connecticut and the hotel was great. The best thing about it was how clean it was. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Welcoming after a long day of travel. Near I-95 yet quiet accommodations. Liked the microwave and refrigerator, which were hidden in the credenza. Nice room. Will select this hotel again on my return trip from Florida.

This property is fairly new and in excellent shape. My only complaint is that I could not open my window. Exercise room offers a bike, treadmill, and weights. Pool and spa looked fine, but I did not use it. Everything was very clean. Staff is professional and very pleasant. The breakfast is nothing over the top, but it is fresh and ready at 0700. I had never stayed at the country in and suites, I was pleasantly suprised. Very clean, organized, nice staff, free cookies, crib was ready to go, excellent hot breakfast..nice decor..no complaints here..I plan my trip around staying at the same location again. Thanks!!

After leaving for the day we came back late in the evening to discover the cleaning staff had left our room unlock and open. Thanks goodness nothing was missing. I immediately called the front desk and informed them - although they appologized I was not offered any compensation.
