Hotel is rated as a two star but should be more like a three or four. Stayed in two double suite and had a full kitchen plenty of glassware and big bathroom. I will absolutely be staying here again for the price I paid!!!!

We have stayed in several hotels over the years and found this one of the best. Excellent staff and room. A hidden gem.

A good value compared with the local competition. Everything was very satisfactory.

The hotel was very quite and nice. Room was perfect for the 2 of us. hotel staff were very friendly. Will stay again next timevi visit that area.

Spent a week at this hotel The room (queen size) was a little small but overall a good level of quality for the price. The hotel is close to several food stores, so stocking the fridge was not a problem. Has a lot of cable channels on the flat screen tv which is a BIG PLUS!!! When the resevation was made, it was booked non-smoking. We ended up having to stay in smoking. Thanks to Fe-breeze we were able to tolerate it. Great hotel though.

I was very satisfied with the room and all the amenities that was received for the price. It is great for a traveling family. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel overall was not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, but not a hotel for someone on vacation in my opinon. I say that because when I travel I am used to certain ammenities such as housekeeping! Went to the beach for the day and was expecting to come back to a room with fresh towels and made bed. Instead i returned to a room in the same […] condition it was left. Turns out housekeeping only comes every 7 Days!!! Secondly the hotel to me is not in a central location 25-30 mintues from both Hilton Head and Savannah. I advise to just stay in Hilton if you are there and the same for Savannah. Plenty of hotels that are closer, and much nicer for a reasonable pricing. Lastly after needing to check out early from a 2 night stay; I was treated very rudely by the asst. manager. As we were told by the evening front desk clerk it would be no problem. In morning when we called the front desk the asst. mgr also said it would not be a problem and then changed her statement and said it would not be possible. I never stayed in a Candlewood Suite so was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, full size refrigerator, dishwater, big closet (with a laundry basket!) I am guessing people must use this type of hotel for an extended stay, and it would work very well with the little kitchen that is fairly stocked. Only stayed one night, but could have seen myself […] stay a few more if needed. The hotel is perfeclty located and it is very comfortable, we had a great time there, the bathroom floor was not very clean but that is the only inconvenience with the room, it was not very dirty either just a little bit of dust. I had never stayed at a Candlewood Suites before so wasnt totally sure of what to expect but after reading the good reviews, I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy I did. Everything about the hotel was comfortable and clean. They show a lot of attention to detail which I love. What you get for the price is amazing. The […] bed was so comfortable I asked about where they buy their mattresses (you can actually purchase them through Candlewood Suites). The pool was very clean and the water a lovely temperature. I will absolutely be returning to this hotel. The area was also very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. My husband left his pillows there by accident and they are special pillows for his sleep apnea. We called them the next day and they held them for us behind the main desk. If you're looking for a good place for a stay of more that a couple of days, this is it.

We like to come down the day before our official week in hilton head starts. Perfect location just off the island New construction, very clean very friendly staff no complaints. Stayed in queen suite with full kitchen. Excellent room.

The hotel is much nicer than the 2 star rating it's been given. It is relatively difficult to find if your looking for a sign, but that's mostly due to the areas policy on limiting sign height and size. The room was much nicer than expected in all honesty, the little amenities made our stay that much nicer. Our only qualm was that when the AC unit was on, we had to crank the television up pretty loud to hear over it, which was probably pretty obnoxious to our neighbors. Great stay,interesting process for cleaning and usage of the "cupboard" for those snacks and morningbreakfast meals. All your needs are met in each room making your stay easy and very accommodating. Will difinitely use the hotel again. Thanks again........

clean lobby and room! Has full size refridge, microwave, pots, utensils, dishwasher! Downstairs has free laundry equipment and a small gym with huge tv. Very comfortable and safe! This is a great place! Loved it!

It was difficult to find. It was so new that GPS wouldn't bring up the address for us. I think they need an ice machine, at least one to service the whole hotel, because the ice maker in the romms are very slow. Laundry facilities were very nice and free. Pool was lovely and big enough to actually swim in.

The hotel was very plesant the people working there were very nice and plesent. The one thing about the hotel was there was not enough signs telling you how to find it need more signs hotel this way. We drove right by it the first time.

Everything was great. Staff, service, cleanliness. IMPECCABLE!!!

You must stay at this hotel because it is great place like home. It has kitchen! Every thing is NEW and staffs are friendly. Location is convience to Walmart, gas station, restuarants, publix, and Food Lions. We love this place. Take advantage and stay at this new hotel for the online price.
