Pobyt w hotelu korzystny pod względem położenia, krótki spacer na zakupy i bliska odległość atrakcji dla zwiedzających miasto. Dużym minusem była wysoka cena za usługi gastronomiczne, wręcz kosmiczna cena za śniadanie w hotelu (ponad 40 $ za osobę - szwedzki stół) ale po drugiej stronie ulicy świetny lunch bar z dużą ilością breakfast menu. Zjedzenie dobrego śniadania nie było problemem(mnóstwo restauracji)w promieniu kilkuset metrów. Drugim minusem był brak widoku z okna, tylko mury sąsiednich budynków, nawet nie widziałam nieba z 16 piętra mojego pokoju. I jeszcze nie spełnione prośby przy rezerwacji. Byliśmy z dziećmi i wszstkie pokoje były na różnych piętrach a pokoje kupowaliśmy 3 miesiące wcześniej (prośba o wspólny korytarz nie spełniona) więc nie powinno być problemu w tej kategorii hotelu, a jednak był. Pokój jak na USA mały.

Hotel w bardzo dogodniej lokalizacji, blisko Union Square, łatwy dostęp metrem do całego Manhatanu. Sam pokój bardzo malutki, ale wystarczający na krótki pobyt, łóżko trochę skrzypiące. Spory hałas od ulicy spowodowany wbudowanym klimatyzatorem w okno.

your hotel is next to 40 or more garbage trucks. A huge covered dumpster is also there. The rooms way too small for the price. Was expecting to find a nice hot tub, but was a huge shower instead. Dirt and little stones were on the carpet. The temperature in the room was set at 65 degrees, it was like waking into a frezer. I became very hill the next […] day. The dining experience was also very mediocre, we were expecting a way better service. The only good thing was that we were trasported to the JFK on time to get our flight to Milan the next day. "Shaky Area"
Don't go for a walk outside the hotel (Don't go outside the hotel at all) and it should be fine. Although it is definitely not up tto the standards of the many other Sheraton Hotels that I have stayed at, the rooms are fine and the staff tries to be helpful if you ask. "Sheraton at JFK in NY"
The room was small but very clean & neat. I used this as a place to stay (and park the car) for an early AM departure to the Carribean. It served this purpose admirably. If one is going to use the parking, go on line and reserve the parking first as it will be significantly less money. A week's worth of parking was attractive which one really appreciates […] when arriving back in NY after the vacation and the car is right there at the hotel. The neighborhood around the hotel is "airport chic" in other words not attractive but I did not stay at the hotel for night life. I felt the room rather pricy but, hey, it's New York! "Mmmmmm"
Location was fine, I found a bottle below my bead. Accesses to internet was very difficult. I did have to call to end external company and went to a verification process. The hot tub was "extremely hot". Beds and rooms are ok. Personal very friendly.

Older hotel, but staff were nice and accommodating. Free shuttle to and from airport, restaurant downstairs. Free wifi. All the amenities that I appreciate while traveling.

"Sheraton JFK-a brand new hotel with old bathrooms."
Our travel plans dictated that we stay at an airport hotel near JFK. We booked the Sheraton because research showed that it was one of the newer hotels if not the newest in the area. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. However, it was a discomforting surprise to find that the owners chose to build the hotel with bathrooms that looked […] like they were a hundred years old, replete with the old style hexagon tiles. The bathtub was open on two sides, but the shower curtain was only long enough to close off one side. Also, no hair dryer in the bathroom. The hotel is located in an isolated industrial area with no stores or restaurants nearby. The hotel bar lounge/ restaurant is very expensive for the very mediocre menu. The hotel staff that we had encountered at check-in were very gruff and not very helpful. "Nice, easy JFK spot before heading to the city the next day"
Service was excellent. Manager was promp alert and was a perfect host. Definitely stay there again especially when arrivng late before heading to the city.
"Great Hotel - Akward Location"
Great service and food for a hotel striving for four sar status but located in a two star location next to a sanitation or recycling plant. Forget about parking unless you are willing to pay. Great hotel but it wouldnt be my place to head to in the future.

Much better than the JFK Ramada. Only complaint was the $15 parking fee, but there's actually plenty of space to park outside.

This hotel was great. I really didnt have any complaints. The neighborhood outside is not very quaint, but the hotel is quite nice, the staff is very professional, room service was great, and the rooms were really roomy and comfortable. I stayed with one person in a king room, and it was perfect.

I selected this hotel because of the advertised amenities,e.g.,restaurant, lounge, and pool. While those amenities exist they are extremely modest and not worth the price. My particular reservation, for which I had written confirmation from hotels.com was not on file on site and I was forced to pay again for the rooms I had already paid for. This was […] subsequently corrected, but not for some days after a number of conversations, phone calls, and general aggrivation. This was compounded by the staff's indifference to my situation. On my return flight I booked rooms in a hotel that was half the price. It didn't have the amenities of this one, but the staff was extremely helpful, the room comparable and was surrounded by restaurants that suited our needs, it was also closer to the airport. "There are places to eat w/i walking distance"
The staff was extremely helpful.They directed us to a gas station about 3 blocks away for beer, wine, and some food(sandwiches, hotdogs, etc)...Also the hotel next door has an excellent breakfast buffet w/ custom order eggs & omelettes...reasonably priced

I used for bed near the airport. The location is pretty good and they have a shuttle every 30 mins.

오래된호텔, 짐이 많아도 벨보이가 없다. 안에는 비교적 깨끗함. 방안의 사진은 나와있는것하고 똑같음. 아침부페는 허접함. 그러나, 뉴욕에 이정도 가격이면 이정도 호텔이구나라는 생각이 들게하는 것같다. 우리나라 특급호텔정도 될려면 적어도 50만원은 줘야할듯....

Verbrachten eine Nacht hier zwischen den Flügen. Leider diverse technische Mängel, Jacuzzi kaputt, Klimaanlage funktionierte wie sie wollte, haben wir dann selbst komplett ausgesteckt, da Haustechniker nicht erschien. Sonst war das Zimmer ok, Lage ist naturgemäß laut, da neben Flughafen und Highway. Man kann an den Computern (sehr langsam...) seine […] Boarding Passes ausdrucken. Haben im Restaurant auch gegessen, ist ok, Drinks allerdings nicht empfehlenswert, war die schlechteste Margarita meines Lebens. Kaffeestation am frühen Morgen ungepflegt und nicht aufgefüllt.
