I would definitely recommend this hotel. A BIG + for very kind staff. Probably best price-quality relation i Moscow :)

The hotel was a very nice place to stay. The free snacks/beverages in the the mini bar is a nice touch. Wifi was fast. The wet and dry saunas in the basement were great to relax in. Would highly recommend hotel, best price in Moscow for the services.

Excellent service. I like that everything is included in room i.e. breakfast, minibar and wi-fi. Staff are helpful and all can speak very good english. Not far from shopping mall and restaurants, about 5-10 minutes walk. It takes about 20-25 minutes by metro to city center.

This was by far the best deal we could find. The staff were friendly and kind and the lobby / rooms were bright and clean. While not close to the things we wanted to see in Moscow, the Katerina Park Hotel was only a couple of blocks from a Metro station--so getting to Red Square and other sights was quite easy.

The hotel is about 15km out of central Moscow but located 500m from a metro station. Travel on the metro is inexpensive and efficient so this was not a problem. Facilities such as a free minibar - soft drinks, water, snacks meant you had these items on hand. The room was comfortable and facilities were good. Staff was very friendly, helpful & accomodating. Location was away from the city center but Metro is walking distance & therefore was not a problem at all. The surroundings are good & stay was very comfortable.

My first trip in Moscow and I think my favorite part of the trip was staying at the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and spoke English which is awesome.. The The Free Mini Bar was a nice surprise. The hotel Lobby has a restaurant that opens 24 hours and the lounge sofas are comfortable. After we checked out, our flight got canceled due to Hurricane Irene, JFK closing, so the airline put us in another hotel which was some what close by and I was so close to say screw this dorm, I'm going back to Katerina.. We booked the room based on photo's and reviews read on several sites. Mostly positive reviews and one extremely negative. We are quite critical aswell, then aircon worked inadequately, the (big) room provided enough space but the carpets were full of stains and furniture and bedding weren't very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very basic but okay, […] quality of dishes without any finess. Noisy hotel, every evening a loud private party was held in the restaurant, construction directly outside the hotel carried on until late night hours and in the wekend. Location of the hotel is near subway stations, it takes at least 30 minutes to get anywhere interesting. Direct surrounding area is despressing, only huge unmaintained flats and an industrial area. The hotel taxi charged per hour is 30% more expensive than the taxi we took at a midtown 5 star hotel. Conclusion: Katrina Park is unworthy of a 4 star classification, 2 would be more accurate, I advise to spend the extra Rubles for a better hotel located near Moscow center. Stayed at the Katerina Park for 10 days and would say the following to future prospective American guest; PROS) Outstanding service by staff! Clean and well stocked mini fridge. Room excellent, Breakfast good, service good. Location is very long (30 min) subway ride from center and a bit of a hike to subway station. Everythig else was fine. Good value for Moscow.

From the tracks if you exit the wrong side you won't get to the hotel without a LOT of walking and a lot of being turned around. I did the first 2 days out of a week stay there. But that's my own confusion not the hotel's problem... just wanted to let people know because I'm sure others will get lost too! Oh and one thing for the hotel to consider. They should pay more attention to the walkway from the hotel to the street. The hotel is set back off the street, and since I stayed in winter it was very icy and slippery. This hotel has a very positive energy. The entire staff is very friendly and courteous. Clean rooms, very quite and private. Does not look as a quality hotel from outside, but quite a surprise once you are on the inside. Highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Check in was fast. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the price was good. There are two metro stations easy to locate. Metro will take you to the center of Moscow in less than 30 min. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. :)

The hotel is just 5 min walk from a metro station as described. The hotel is in a residential area with residential blocks and some commercial buildings nearby. We feel safe in the area. There is a supermarket and local market place nearby, so it's quite convenient while it is not in Moscow city centre. Staff at reception speak fluent English while housekeeping and restaurant staff are very nice as well. There is also security guard at the hotel entrance. As the hotel is recently renovated, the lobby area is not quite ready but I believe it'll be ready with furnitures very soon. the room rate includes hot breakfast, free wireless internet, complimentary mini-bar refill everyday. as the hotel is recently renovated, the hotel room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and are very happy with the service. реально европейский отель. много иностранцев, что хороший показатель

Пожалуй это три звезды, однако бесплатный минибар с напитками и европейский завтрак, включенный в стоимость номера, компенсирует качество номеров и внутреннего пространства. Удобная бесплатная автопарковка. Курение на всей территории отеля зарещено - отдельное спасибо! Обслуживание безупречное.

El hotel esta situado cerca de la boca del metro, y Moscu es obligado la visita al metro, con lo cual "matas dos pajaros de un tiro". El hotel es moderno y la calidad precio es muy buena. El servicio el personal de recepción y cafeteria muy amables y serviciales.

Se estah com dias, pode usufruir do hotel como melhor opçºao. Por um ou dois dias, procure um hotel melhor localizado. Apos 3 dias dah para se acostumar. Menos que isso, procure um mais central !

Ficamos 3 dias, atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã excelente. Frigobar free! Próximo do metrô. Ponto fraco: isolamento acústico e a cortina, que é estreita e não escurece o quarto.
