"Short Stay in Liverpool"
We had 2 nights in this hotel. Staff very pleasant & efficient, room comfy & clean. Breakfast is complimentary and has a very good choice of hot & cold food. Would recommend this hotel definately.

"football trip"
took grandson to watch liverpool stopped overnight all facilities very good the staff were excellent treated me like an old friend made me feel very welcome.the only down side was the breakfast good choice but the cooked breakfast was cold.despite that i would use this hotel again.

Stayed for one night at this hotel on 20th August and found everything to our satisfaction. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

Couldn't really fault anything about the hotel except one thing....breakfast was chaos. No cutlery, no cups, no plates no hot food unless you waited for it!!
the hotel was brilliant but it was a wee bit out of city center had a wee bit problem getting into town with the bus service everyone gave different information but really enjoyed it when got there and easy enough to get back
Apart from receptionist seemed to have miss placed our booking, the hotel was clean comfortable and with a good breakfast. Staff were helpful. It was Good value for money for a room for 2 adults and 2 children
"Great stay but far from town"
Four of us stayed in one room and we were comfortable. Everything was good about the hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful, there were several recommendations on places to eat. There was even a catalogue with pictures, menus, directions and price information on restaurants all over Liverpool. The breakfast was very good indeed. It was full breakfast […] with all the usual items and more. The only drawback was that it's far from town. You have to get a cab into town and back. Make sure you call a cab or have one called for you by the front desk. If you hail a cab in town, you will get ripped off. If you have a car of your own, it's perfect. Pricewise, it costs about half what you would pay closer to the city center but if you factor in cab costs, it's more like a quarter if that. All in all, a great place to stay for a fantastic price. Hotel ok, pretty standard fare. Food was available, but the choice & quality was poor, (I'm sure the pizza that I ordered was a frozen one straight from a major brand Supermarket, for which I was charged £9.95). Lovley hotel, good rates, very clean, lovley staff would definately recommend staying, & we would defiantely stay again. Only drawback, did not like the back road it is cited on, and you would need to have a car based upon the location of hotel.
Myself husband and our 2 sons stayed at this hotel , we were very happy with accomdation , the breakfast was good , a little far from town ! We went to liverpool to tour tour the stadium / museum , which I would recommend doin . We would stay at this hotel again good value for money .

A easy hotel with comfortale bedrooms. The lighting, not so good, using only desk lamps apart from entrance lights. There was one heater in the room, by the window, which wasnt working, but it doesnt matter because it wasn't old inside. Breakfast was average looking like it was left overs from about two weeks ago, stale pain au chocolate and dried […] out scrambled eggs. However, the yogurt selection was satisfatory as was the breads available. But you cant complain the breakfast was free. Booked this a but last minute so stayed a few miles from Liverpool to keep costs down. Easy drive to and from city centre. Great hotel for the price. Modern, clean, well priced, friendly staff etc etc.

Used this hotel for our trip to watch Liverpool at Anfield. Convenient location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Basic facilities and represents good value for money.
"Express hotel Liverpool good location for games"
Away from city centre but free parking and only £8 to game and same to city and back. Room was ok clean and tv but bed on smaller size and you roll together! Good black out blinds. Thin Walls and heard everyone coming back from late night out but may be cos room very close to lifts.
Clean, comfortable, easy parking etc. Everything that's to be expected of a chain hotel of this type. Friendly staff. The takeaway menus in the bar were a nice touch. Would stay there again
"Good place for short stay"
Hotel is very good for a short stay in Liverpool. The hotel is a bit out of the city area and in a bit of an industrial area but not far off the expressways as you drive around England. The area is quiet with no shops or restuarants within walking distance but for an overnight stay in a quite and safe area is very good. The hotel facilities are ecelllent […] for the price, big sized room and very comfortable with a hotel bar area and TV's for social or families to sit and chat together. Also a big-sized carpark which is necessary as you can only really drive to this hotel anyway. Great for access to drive into the city areas, or further into the country. "Not impressed"
I booked a non smoking room through Hotels.com On arrival, they allocated me a smoking room. Due to the hotel being fully booked, I had no option but to accept. Evening menu is very limited and we had to eat at another hotel across the road. Very basic.

"Un peu loin de tout"
L'hôtel est correct, propre, les chambres confortables mais éloigné de tout. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié. On a eu une chambre fumeur alors qu'on souhaitait une chambre non-fumeur !

Dette var et hyggelig hotell med store rom. Meget fornøyd med pris og oppholdet. Gav bort to poeng til Manu denne helga i årets ran men ellers bra. Litt utaforr sentrum og frokosten var ikke all verden.
Hotelets personal o ledning hade inga som helst kontroll över människor som var högljuda mitt i natten och var berusade, knackade på dörrar utan att veta vem bor var.. Vi hade 2 små barn som väcktes mitt i natten av ungdommar som bokstavligen skräck o härjades i korridorren. Inga trevliga upplevelser.

Hôtel avec très bon rapport qualité-prix situé en dehors de Liverpool (15min env.) mais très bien desservis par les taxis et transports publics et au calme. Personnel très aimable mais ne parlant pas du tout le français (comme mentionné sur leur site). "Bra hotell utenfor sentrum"
Generelt bra, men det blir langt fra sentrum, ca 10 km. Skuffende var det at når vi hadde bestilt 2 rom med 2 enkelt senger, var det ikke det som ventet oss, men 2 dobbeltsenger, det ene rommet ble byttet, det andre rommet ble tilbud en pullmannsseng.
"Slechte service"
Holiday express Liverpool- Knowsley is een mooi en gezellig hotel met prima propere kamers. De service die wij kregen was echter beneden alle peil. Enkele voorbeelden: 's Avonds bestelde ik een Cognac. Ik kreeg deze geserveerd in een limonadeglas... Gezien het beperkte ontbijt vroeg ik of ik wat spek kon krijgen. Dat ging niet maar de dag voordien had […] ik gezien dat een klant dat wel kreeg.... Bij het uitchecken vroeg ik een uitdruk van mijn rekening doch dat ging niet omdat de printer stuk was. Na aandringen werkte deze plots wel... Deze laatste 2 opmerkingen zijn wel terug te wijzen naar één man (ik weet zijn naam niet maar hij is klein van gestalte) die duidelijk geen kennis heeft ivm klantvriendelijkheid. Zo antwoordde hij mij op mijn opmerking dat hij niet erg klantvriendelijk was, dat dit NIET ZIJN PROBLEEM WAS !!!! Conclusie: goed, proper en mooi dat met het juiste personeel zéér goed zou kunnen zijn ondanks de minder goede ligging. Przeczytaj więcej
Für uns war wichtig, dass ein drittes Bett mit dem Doppelzimmer problemlos zusammen buchbar war. Das war der Grund, warum wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben. Die Lage ist sehr weit außerhalb - fast 30 min. bis zur Innenstadt, insofern für uns als Touristen sehr ungünstig gelegen..

Hotel davvero bello, rapporto qualità/prezzo fantstico, quando ho prenotato a quel prezzo non mi aspettavo davvero un servizio del genere. Camere pulite, bella struttura, sembra tutto nuovo. Colazione non tanto abbondante ma discreta.
