"Satisfied, Would Book Again!"
Convenient to my meeting, little tricky finding entrance. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Few issues with heater and fridge, but were quickly resolved. Completely non-smoking hotel and free breakfast (with eggs/bacon/sausage etc), which I certainly appreciated!

The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly; the facilities were nice; the included breakfast was just fine; and the rates were reasonable. It is located in a somewhat awkward area to get to, and one must drive around in a circle to access the lobby, and then again to get to the rear of the building (in our case) to gain access to our room on the […] second level. (It IS possible to go in through the lobby and walk to the rear of the building and up the stairs as well, but creates a longer path, especially if you are moving in a lot of luggage.) Especially the personality of he woman who oversaw the breakfast room and who checked us out was so gracious and welcoming ... that was the most memorable part of out stay.
"Good and Bad"
Good - very excited with the hotel as a whole. Bad - during the night the heating unit started to malfunction. No heat, just a repeating cycle of the unit coming on for about 10 seconds, then turning off and coming back on again for another 10 seconds every 15 minutes. We stayed warm under the covers but took a real quick morning shower in a cold room. […] Only comment from management was that we should have called them. "Very comfortable, especially for the price"
Very reasonable price, so I wasn't expecting the very clean and comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed during the long Thanksgiving holiday break and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was simple but good and Judy was very helpful and hands on with whatever we needed. "Great staff, but no elevator?"
The hotel room was great. The bed was fine, the bathroom was clean and there were a number of nice amenities. I was shocked to find that there was no elevator. Granted I was only on the second floor, but the stairs were NOT fun with my luggage. Would stay there again and the staff was unbelievably nice! Set a standard in my book!
Awesome service! The front desk was very pleasant. Whether we were leave, coming back, or needing something, we were always greeted with a smile and very kind attitude. :] Room was very clean, and decent size. Bed was a little firm, but manageable. TVs are up to date, and not boxy. And the complimentary breakfast was perfect. Great stay overall!

"Would definitely stay again"
Although this is a non-smoking hotel room, the room that we were first given had an overwhelming smell of smoke. I informed the front desk and they promptly assigned me another room. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, donuts, bagels, fruit, cereal, OJ, apple juice, coffee, […] hot chocolate, etc.). The hotel and its staff are nice. One thing that stands out to me is the morning I went to get some of their complimentary breakfast and take back to the room, they offered to help fix it and gave me a tray to easily carry everything back to the room. Also the 24 hr coffee station is a plus.

"Great deal for the $!!"
I'll be traveling to Raleigh on a regular basis. I'll be making this hotel my home away from home.
The overall stay was good, unfortunately the first room we were assigned had problems with the television so we were assigned another room. Where the air conditioning in the first room had the room comfortable, we had to request air in the second room and it took a while to cool that room. The problem with the air being controlled by the desk clerk […] was the air was turned off without being requested. We decided on this hotel based on reviews like this. We weren't disappointed. Service was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Beds were very comfortable. The only negative was door opening and closing and waking me up. I had to sleep with pillows over my ears. "Excellent Value"
Comfortable beds. Staff ensured the AC units were on as it was a 100 degree day when we checked in. We had a block of 12 rooms and everyone was very pleased with the accomodations. Staff was very helpful getting us all checked in.

"Family Visit"
The staff was pleasant and the hotel overall was clean. The only concern I had was a good sized spider that decided to visit me in the bathroom at 2am. Otherwise I was very pleased with this stay.

My only problem was the bath tub looked dirty even after the front desk clerk came and cleaned it. The tub is probably old and could not get any cleaner. That was a little yucky for me. This the reason for any 4s given.If not for the tub, it would have been a 5 all down..
Our stay at the hotel was great. The only issue I had was the hot water didn't work when I got up the next morning to take a shower. However, when I contacted the front desk, they were more than willing to accommodate us by giving us another room without hesitation. Thank you hotel staff.

Hotel & room was very clean. Hotel staff was very nice! Bed was very comfortable & room was extremely spacious, with large separate sitting/desk area. Room was fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, & coffee maker. Bathroom is small with a low ceiling, but very clean. In early morning, shower water was very cold, but after 10 minutes or so, it […] finally warmed up enough to shower. No elevator in 2-floor building, so be prepared to go up stairs. "A nice hotel close to Raleigh"
I was very pleased with this hotel. It's not the Ritz, but the rooms were clean and comfortable, with free wi-fi and nice soap/shampoo. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice selection and seemed fresh. The hotel was about a 5 minute drive to interstate 40, and about 10ish minutes from downtown Raleigh.
