Very poor standards in this hotel
"Hotel is close main rail network, very noisy!"
Hello, Very Noisy, Main train/rail network located at back of hotel, goods trains going all day & night This hotel has very/ very poor e/mail / internet /phone connection and our room had a damp/ musky/bad smell during our stay . My Business Contacts could not connect to me by telephone as the incorrect tel number is on hotel leaflet and all they got […] was the hotel answering machine?. No soap/or shampoo in bathroom, our room was not cleaned, tidied or wet towels replaced during our stay, no porter in attendance, we could not contact hotel reception from our our room, you have go and stand in line for to ask a simple question The Lady at reception was very very rude and bad mannered to my husband when asked a question about making a telephone call. "Good for a night"
Good hotel for a night... Breakfast was good and it was easy to get a few pizzas at a nearby pizza place for a yummy dinner in (always good with kids!). Free and convenient parking was a bonus!

"Good Value"
The hotel is a good value. Breakfast was reasonable and good. The in-room possibilties with hot plates , refrig. , dishes, silverware and pots made staying longer a more affordable possibility. Access to the train station and local transportation was very good. We enjoyed our stay in Lyon with the Residhotel as a base.

Bien situé proche de la gare Part-Dieu, frigo et plaques dans la chambre et supermarché pas loin. Le couloir était en travaux avec ne forte odeur, mais rien dans la chambre. Pas de bruit non plus, la chambre donnait sur la voie de chemin de fer mais bonne insonorisation
Excellent rapport qualité prix à quelques pas de la gare Lyon Part de Dieu. Studio très bien équipé. Le personnel de la réception était très réceptive, très courtois agréable et serviable. Nous étions coté boulevard et nous n'entendions rien fenêtre fermé. très bonne isolation. En revanche le sol du couloir es surprenant car nous somme en contact direct […] avec le béton... Excellent rapport qualité prix
lit très confortable mais il manque une petite lampe de chevet ainsi que des oreillers plus épais. D'autre part, les serviettes de toilette restent insuffisantes. Sinon bon rapport qualité-prix.

dommage pour le double vitrage franchement abimé . Étant au bord du boulevard ,le bruit passait sur les bordures de la fenêtre qui a grand besoin d être changée .pour le reste ,il n y a rien à redire

Très bien pour famille, chambre propre et pratique, niveau de confort juste adapté, bien insonorisé.
"Close to TGV railway station"
This pretty new hotel was very well located to the TGV-train station. The room included a small kitchen which we did not use other than cooking coffee.
Muy buena ubicación, a 500 m de la estación de ferrocarril y del metro. A 50 m parada de autobus. Tambien muy cercano al centro si te gusta caminar

Climatisation-chauffage très bruyant, vibration et système un peu vetuste Manque de couverture pour un 05 janvier avec -2°C dehors. On entends bien les trains mais n'empêche pas de dormir.

Hôtel qui a mal vielli : Moquette de la chambre encrassée et maculée de taches Vaisselle inadaptée (énormes casseroles) et déparaillée Code Wifi communiqué le soir, erronné (d'où impossibilté de travailler) et pas un mot d'excuse le lendemain matin Niveau de confort inacceptable pour un 3 étoiles (la propreté étant un minimum ...)

la chambre côté rails est plus bruyante. Parking à 8 euros la nuit, très correct et non loin de la gare.

"Pratique"
à 5min de la gare et du centre commercial Part Dieu, très pratique car tout le confort : four, plaque... Les chambres sur la rue sont bruyantes(avenue très passante)
