Bardzo przyzwoity hotel w rozsadnej cenie, schludny i czysty. Pani z obslugi - przemila. Sniadanie skromne - chleb tostowy z dzemem i platki z mlekiem oraz kawa. Ale w tej cenie nie ma co narzekac. Lokalizacja przy metrze linii czerwonej (bezposredni dojazd do Akropolu). Okolica na pierwszy rzut oka przygnebiajaca z uwagi na opuszczone i odrapane budynki, ale bezpiecznie. Mialem pokoj z fantastycznym tarasem na ktorym mozna bylo pic piwko do poznej nocy.

Ateny (Syggrou) - Athenaeum InterContinental Athens znajduje się w pobliżu takich wartych uwagi miejsc, jak Pomnik Filopapposa, Akropol i Partenon. W pobliżu znajdują się również: Muzeum Benaki i Nowe Muzeum Akropolu.

"Intercontinental Athens - beautiful & welcoming"
Our stay at the Intercontinental in Athens was a complete pleasure. The welcoming staff and comfortable rooms were well appreciated after a long voyage. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary as was the morning servers/staff. Our family will remember and return to this elegant hotel on our next travel to Athens. The hotel is not located in a good neighborhood and there's nothing around where to have breakfast or eat, so you got stuck with the hotel's high rates on food.

This out of the way hotel is not centrally located. A 15 minute walk along a main road from the center of town. With the taxis being on strike, this hotel was not the most convenient choice. Breakfast was not included and hotel rooftop restaurant food was mediocre for the inflated prices. The view from the rooftop restaurant was spectacular however. "Phenomenal hotel"
This hotel is phenomenal! It is actually one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is fantastic! The hotel is marvelous, and I definitely would stay here the next time I return to Athens. The rooms were incredible, we stayed here twice in a span of a week before going to the islands and after we came back, and each time the rooms were great and […] spacious. The staff at the hotel is beyond words amazing. So helpful, attentive and so warm, always eager to fulfill your every needs. The location of the hotel is pretty good too. For its size it's located a bit away from the center, but walking to Syndagma square takes about 30 minutes or so, since its literally on the same avenue just many blocks up and the Acropolis Museum is about a 20 minute walk so not bad at all. There is a great,free shuttle bus to the square however, during the evenings it's very full coming back to the hotel so you have to make sure you're one of the first to get on. The restaurants in the hotel are amazing, especially Premiere on the top floor with outstanding views of the Acropolis. To top it all off, the price was fantastic, we couldn't believe it was so cheap for such a magnificent hotel. I recommend this hotel without a doubt, made my stay in Athens great! Incredible.... "Beautiful, Comfortable, Had everything we needed!!"
This hotel was chosen because I was travelling with my children, ages 10, 14, 18 and 20. I knew they would want a swimming pool to refresh in after seeing the sites and shopping all day. This hotel was perfect!!!! The pool was beautiful - a nice place to lie in the sun for the sunbathers, and the pool was one of the nicest to swim in that I've seen […] in a very long time. The deep end was about 7 feet deep, so plenty of area for my younger two to play around in. The water temperature was perfect - nice and refreshing after a day spent trudging around in 100F heat. The room was very well appointed and one of the few hotels that would accomodate my family all in one room without charging me extras. The bed was very comfortable! My only negative would be that not all of the outlets worked and so it was a bit dark since one of the lamps wasn't able to light up. In their hotel's defense, I did not bother to bring it to their attention. My cost was around very reasonable for a family of 5 (I'm a single mom)- and this hotel was exquisite. Something that I would have never imagined that I could afford. Equivalent to a price that I would generally pay for a roadside Hampton Inn in a small city. The shuttle to Syntagma square was very easy to use and the times were excellent for us. The hotel we had stayed at previously in the week quit running at 7:30 pm - the Intercontinental's shuttle continued running till 10:30 or so. It was very easy to use. If you needed a cab, that was easy, as well, and was only about $10 to get a ride to Plaka or Syntagma. If I ever go to Athens again, I will definitely stay at the Intercontinental!!!! "Great view, expensive beer.."
Not as central as some, but the view of the illuminated Acropolis from the roof bar was fab. The drinks and breakfast were pricey but in all other respects the hotel was great: comfortable, spacious, clean, and in good working order. Go for it!

"Standard good hotel"
Very clean, typical 5 star hotel. Not very near too much. Room was very comfortable.
"Fantastic Hotel great value but don't dine in"
We had a family suite for a 2 night stopover. The room was wonderful and the staff very helpful. I highly recommend the hotel, with one caveat: food and drink is very expensive. If you're on a budget you may want to eat out in one of Athen's many cafes.

Rent og pent, veldig bra service, sentral beliggenhet men veldig usjarmerende nabolag. Et mer business hotell enn turist hotell. Passer fora for dem som har møter mange ulike steder som Athen, Piraeus, Kifissia, Glyfada etc.
Ειναι ενα κλασσικο πενταστερο ξενοδοχειο,με πολυτελεια που οφειλει να εχει,με τιμες ομως υπηρεσιων εντος του, φαγητου-ποτου-internet-spa......αλλων εποχων και περιοδων της Ελληνικης οικονομιας......Ενας καφες cappussino στα 8,5 ευρω!!, η ενα ποτο στα 15 ευρω.... θεωρειται και για New York ληστεια!!!Το αδειο απο κοσμο εστιατοριο πολυτελειας που ειχα […] την ατυχια να το επισκεπτω ειχε κακη ποιοτητα φαγητου,οσο για την ποσοτητα....γελασα!!......Το καθε πιατο κοστιζε 40 ευρω!! Da vi ankom hotellet måtte vi vente lenge i resepsjonen for å bli ekspidert. Det ble mye telefoner som respesjonisten tok samt en som snek seg i køen med checkout. Dette gav et dålig førsteinntrykk. Hotellrommet var veldig 90-talls preget og følte oss lurt i forhold til bildene på nettet. Utenom dette var det et veldig dyrt hotell å spise og drikke […] på. En sanwich og juice kostet 160 nok kr. Dette er for dyrt. Beliggenheten var heller ikke bra. Synes de ansatte på hotellet var sure. Jeg har ikke høye forventninger til hoteller, men det er ikke verd pengene og der finnes flere andre 5 stjerners hotell i Athen som er mye bedre og billigere enn dette. Przeczytaj więcej

We had a pleasant stay at Athenaeum InterContinental in Athens. The hotel was nice and the service was good. The surroundings was not so nice but you could easily get to the city center with the suttle bus (free of charge) provided by the hotel. The breakfast was good but expensive. A suggestion is to have family prices.

"Fikk flott suite!!"
Svært fornøyd med hotellet. Fikk stor suite med diger veranda. Anbefaler å bestille måltid i 8 etg.

Hotellet var flott og hadde en utrolig god service. Gratis busser til sentrum fra morgen til kveld var veldig praktisk. Eneste negative var en dyr frokost.

Lite tråkiga omgivningar men trygga. Taxi till Plaka för några få Euro. Vi fick ett väldigt stort och bekvämt rum. Ursköna sängar. Jättetrevligt poolområde. Håll er borta från minibar och frukost på hotellet bara för det är ett rån. Men annars var allt väldigt bra.

Alt er veldig dyrt på hotellet, så anbefaler og kjøpe noe drikke- snaks, selv og ha med til basenget el på rommet. Hvis du vil prøve resturanten i toppetasjen må du ta med dress, ellers får du ikke adgang. Servicen er ubeklagelig, men […] alle forventer tips.Basenget var helt topp med hyggelig betjening. sentral beliggenhet, høy standard i forhold til pris. Mulighet til å kjøle seg ned i basseng og flott utsikt mot akropolis fra baren på taket trekker opp. Shuttlebuss kjører deg til og fra sentrum.

Nem indcheckning, rent og meget stort værelse - perfekt til en børnefamilie. Lækre badeværelsesprodukter. Gratis pool, der har åbent til kl. 20.00. Dog meget dyr morgenmad. Området er godt og trygt.

Hvis du egentlig ikke synes det er så sjarmerende med gresk standard, velger du Hilton eller det andre amerikanske storhotellet.

Vi gik efter et top hotel - og det er selve hotellet også - men vi var ærligt talt noget skuffede over værelset - et fire-sengs familie værelse som virkede noget gammelt og slidt i indretning. Poolen er ok, men der mangler en bar / restaurant hvor man evt. kan sidde - eneste mulighed er liggestole. Poolen ligger på 1.sal - dvs. ingen udsigt - andre […] hoteller i Athen har poolen på toppen så der er storslået udsigt over byen og Akropolis.
