Hotel Senator - Vienna

Główny problem polegał na braku organizacji pracy pokojówek: miałam pokój na końcu korytarza, pokojówka przychodziła sprzątać ok. godz. 16:00, prosiłam kilka razy o to,aby sprzątnęła wcześniej pokój, niestety nie udało się. Na śniadaniu m.in francuskie rogaliki, które przy tego typu rarytasach chyba tylko leżały:) Kawa też pozostawia wiele do życzenia. […] No i incydent z torebką, która zostawiłam na sofie w recepcji: zginłęła, na szczęście poprosiłam o możliwość zobaczenia obrazu z monitoringu wizyjnego i o rozmowę z managerem hotelu po czym torebka cudem się odnalazła. Hotel umiejscowiony jest niedaleko Centrum z dobrym dojazdem (tramwaj, do metra daleko). Poza tym parking płatny 15 EUR za dobę. Położony jest w dzielnicy zamieszkanej przez społeczność muzumańską. This hotel is located a bit outside of the city center, but a tram will take you downtown in just 10 minutes, so that is not really an issue. The hotel is clean and efficient, and a small breakfast is served. A good hotel considering the 3 stars and the price.

Good location, reasonable price, clean and comfortable room, but no services available. I wanted to swim, workout or get a massage, but nothing was open or available when I visited the spa. The staff were not helpful. Perhaps business travelers are treated better.

Clean and completely renewed hotel. Good breakfast, city centre is reachable with 10-15 minutes tram ride. To Schönnbrunn it takes about 15 minutes by bus. Bit hard to reach from the airport with public transport, since airport is on the southeast side of the city and the hotel is on the west side of the city. The neighbourhood is not the nicest but […] still ok. The room was quiet, we had a window to the yard. The room was quite small but nicely designed. Few small details should have been done better: there was no bidet in the toilet and the toilet sink was not exactly straight so the soap kept dropping to the sink. The shower cabinet was large enough for a bigger man like me, but the shower hande was bit too low. Overall good value for the money. Nice breakfast, friendly staff and good and clean modern hotel. The hotel is bright and colorful. All the furniture and toilets were new and in excellent condition. Theere is free continental breakfast and Macs with free internet and printers in the lobby. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is coneveniently located off two tram lines. However, no subway staions nearby. There are a few grocery stores […] and kebap joints next to the hotel but these close around 9. A small fridge in the room and coffee machine would have been helpful. This was an overall good hotel that suited our purposes well. It was clean and had an attractive look. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, though ordinary. Best thing was that it was cheaper than the places in the center but it took only 10-15 minutes to get downtown due to a great public transit system and the tram stop right outside the  […] hotel. Price and quality is ok for the service, breakfast good even if there wasn't a wide selection. Hotel is set near by the center and there is a tram stop that takes directly to the center.

My cuz n I reached Senator at 8pm and had only the next day for sight seeing in Austria. There were only 2 receptionist in the lobby serving the drinks as well as attending to check in/check out. There was a long queue besides they werent helpful at all in booking a sight seeing package. Both receptionists didnt really understand English too well and […] was a huge communication barrier. The details online state the hotel offers day tours etc or assists but we had a terrible experience trying to seek any help from the hotel staff (receptionist). No duty manager, lack of staff and staff that seemed too stressed with the long list of guests waiting to be attended to. In short we had to go through the website for tour packages and sort something ourselves. The only interesting factor was the buffet served and the staff there were very sweet and friendly. Great hotel with a good breakfast and convenient location. Employees are nice and fix things fast.

This hotel was a 15 min tram ride from the center. Very clean and modern, and breakfast was fabulous. The bathroom was a little small, but other than that things were awesome. I'd definitely stay here again.

Pluses: - right on the tram stop - 3 stops to U-Bahn, 7 stops to the center of Vienna. - free wifi (basic only, no video or chat) - good breakfast - modern and clean - 2 free computers in the lobby area Minuses: - Not in the central district - Small rooms

When we arrived (by taxi), we were initially a little sceptical as the hotel seemed to be quite a way from the centre. However, this feeling was short-lived: there is a tram stop outside, trams are very frequent and the journey to the city centre takes only 10 - 15 minutes. Although the surrounding area is nothing to write home about, the hotel itself […] is excellent: the staff in particular are very friendly, courteous, helpful and welcoming. I would mention especially the restaurant staff, who are marvellous - as is the breakfast! Rooms and public areas are kept spotless and the whole place is in very good condition. Our TV Film Crew of 14 People stayed at the Hotel Senator, all being from the United States. They Raved at how nice the Hotel Senator was when they arrived back in the US. Thanks Hotels.Com!!!

Good Hotel, with modern standard. Underground car park for an additional fee. Easy to find. Hotel very near tram to the city centre, approx 15mins. Room was great (suite - free upgrade), room very clean and modern. Comfortable, would expect the hotel to be better than 3 stars as the room and overall stay was very good. A great hotel for the price. It was close to the tram that took right to the old part of the city. Also close to the bus which took us to Shonbraun. Staff was very efficient and breakfast was great.

Fantastic 3 star hotel! beds were comfy, hotel was quiet, staff were excellent! Right beside a tram stop where it goes direct into town. Couldn't ask for more for the price!

Good clean hotel about a 30 minute walk from the Ring, or a 6 stop tram ride. Only glitch was the internet access, if you have your own computer (free access in the lobby on their computers) as you needed to get a new code every time you signed on. I find this Hotel very clean and neat.Moreover we do have a free access to internet and a printer unlike most other hotels where you need to pay for it. Even though its a bit far from the city centre, it is located near a very conveninet Public transport ( Trams ) which do run very frequenlty to the city centre and to the train station. Hospital staff […] are very kind, courteous and helpfull. I was worried whether i would be able to communicate with them as most austrians speak german.But contrary to my expectation they speak fairy good english and i didnt have any problem what so ever. However the only downside i can think of is breakfast section.It would have been more complete if they could have included baked beans, mushroooms and scrambled egg in their menu Otherwise i am pleased and happy to recommend this hotel for any one who wishes to stay in vienna. Et kjempebra og rimelig hotel, rent og pent og nydelig frokost! Trikk nr. 43 tok oss til sentrum, enkelt og greit.

Bodde där i tre nätter, frukosten var mycket spartansk. En dag / natt var rummet inte städat, fick ingen som helst kompensation för detta bara förvånande kommentarer, ingen tog på sig ansvaret. Mycket dåligt bemötande !!! tror inte jag återvänder dit i första taget.

Jobb lett volna, ha keményebb a matrac. A tusfürdőjük teljesen kiszárította a bőröm. Mindemellett merem ajánlani és vissza is mennék.

O Hotel é maravilhoso e até bem barato para o que oferece. Quartos limpos, novos e sem cheiro. O Café da manhã podia ter algumas variedades a mais, mas é muito bom. Ele não fica no centro de Vienna, mas 5 minutos de caminhada se pega o trem de superfície e se tem acesso rápido a qualquer local de Vienna. Ich war angenehm überrascht: Personal in der Rezeption sehr freundlich; Frühstück sehr reichhaltig; Preisleistungsverhältnis ist einfach top; Anbindung Straßenbahn nur 100 m; kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen;

Un Hotel davvero ottimo, il personale molto efficiente ed educato. L'unica pecca è che si trova un pò lontano dal centro ma è piacevole fare una passeggiata o prendere la metro.La zona è molto tranquilla, accanto c'è il supermercato LIDL e vari ristorantini dove andare a cena. Qualità prezzo formidabile..lo consiglio vivamente!!!!

Davvero un ottimo hotel come anticipato da tutte le recensioni che avevo letto. Un tre stelle che vale come un quattro stelle. Costa poco (rispetto molti altri hotel di Vienna) ma ha una qualità eccezionale. In poche parole: consigliatissimo!

Prettig hotel, schoon, goed verzorgd ontbijt. Verbinding met de oude stad is goed. Kamers worden veel te warm opgestookt naar onze mening. Als je dan het raam opent heb je veel last van het verkeer op straat.

Wir hatten eine Nacht im Senator gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Straßenbahn-Haltestelle und mit der Linie 43 ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt (Endstation Schottentor - Universität) und mit der Linie 9 kommt man zum Westbahnhof. Für das Auto gibt es eine Tiefgarage. Das Hotel kann mit Komfort […] und einem guten Frühstück punkten. Die Zimmer hatten eine optimale Größe und waren sauber. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war nicht sehr freundlich. Hotel ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer (war bereits 2x im Hotel, also kenne ich 2 Zimmer) waren sauber, bis auf eine Stelle unter dem Zustellbett. Es gibt keine Minibar dafür aber einen Getränkeautomaten am Gang. Super Hotel! Sauber freundlich Top Frühstücksbuffet Lage für mich optimal! War für Konzert in der Stadthalle in Wien! 10 min mit Der Straßenbahn!!

Hotel è in ottime condizioni, soprattutto pulito, il che a me interessa più di tutto. I prezzi ragionevolissimi(guardate i prezzi degli altri alberghi). Colazione buona, personale disponibile. Dista qualche 7,8 fermate del tram 43 dal centro, ma il tram passa ogni 4 min e ci si può salire tranquillamente con il passeggino. Chi ha bimbi piccoli può richiedere […] pa culla, è gratis. L'unica " pecca" secondo me è il quartiere, non mi è piaciuto molto, ma questo non cambia la mia opinione che se dovessi tornare a Vienna tornerei in questo albergo. Przeczytaj więcej

Excelente hotel. Quarto amplo e confortável. Ambiente moderno. Café da manha variado, com variedade de paes, frios, iogurtes, cereais, frutas e ovos . Localizaçao conveniente, com fácil acesso ao centro da cidade. Ao lado de supermercado e próximo a variados restaurantes.

Un hotel bastante nuevo, habitaciones cómodas y amplias. El personal es muy atento y agradable. Cuenta con dos ordenadores e impresora de acceso libre y gratuito. El desayuno está bastante bien.

Ottimo Hotel, non centralissimo ma con fermata del tram di fronte all'hotel. Il tram n. 43, porta nei pressi del centro e passa ogni 3 min. ( di notte ogni 10/15). Stanze non enormi ma dotate di tutti i comfort e soprattutto molto pulite. Favolosa la colazione a buffet, quella salata è però di gran lunga migliore rispetto a quella dolce.
