"Great Stay at the April Inn"
We had a fantastic stay at the April Inn. Check-in at the Caledonian was a breeze and the front desk staff was very accommodating. The town lift to Park City Ski Resort was a short walk from the April Inn which couldn't have been more perfect for us. The April Inn is smack dab in the middle of Main St. making meals and apres ski cocktails so easy, not […] to mention picturesque. Our room had a small kitchen area that even had a small oven and range. Fridge for beers was great, even though we had a tough time finding a place that sold a cold 6 pack. Thank you Wasatch Brewery giftshop! Also a plus was the generous sized bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. It's important people. "No one is in charge"
This place has no management. No one could tell me where to park overnight. I tiny bar of soap for three days. Great location but a terrible place. Shame because it has potential.
"Disappointing Rooms with Construction going on"
We gave this a try, the location is great, but the rooms are not. Small, dingy and dark. Beds are not comfortable, not enough sheets, pillows or towels. Worst of all daily construction behind the hotel on the neighboring building makes for a noisey day starting at 7:00am. I am so sorry for the construction noise you had to deal with during your stay. The noise ordinance for Park City is 10p to 7a and besides offering you a different property, there was no way of controlling when the construction guys start in the morning. Our housekeeping crew do an excellent job cleaning and we also have supervisors that do a final inspection before we allow any guests into any of our condos. The room should be spotless, but if it is not then I implore you to contact the front desk so we can remedy the situation. We also have extra sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels that we are more than happy to bring any of our guests upon request. Each condo at the April Inn has standing lamps, track lighting, and bedside lamps to brighten it up. I will further assess the need for more lighting while doing our annual room reviews and will add more lamps and lighting as needed. Thank you for staying at the April Inn, we pride ourselves on making the guest experience as perfect and flawless as possible, and we will do anything to keep it that way.

The room was nice and cozy and had a separate living room, you usually don’t get those in a single room hotel, oh yeah and a mini kitchen. Reception is not at the hotel, but 200yds away at an unmanned desk at another hotel which had a telephone number on a notice.That number was not answered. Fortunately, the barman at the on site bar knew the number of someone who worked at the hotel and was able to get in touch with them so i could register. "Great location but no A/C"
Right on main street and the center of activity, great if your not spending much time in the room it was very small and no living area, If you just need a place to sleep it was good there is no a/c and it had no way to get any natural draft, would not recomend for a mid summer stay.

The main street location was nice but there was no parking close to the hotel for overnight. Plus we had to check in at another hotel and then take our luggage to the room and then pay to park overnight. There was NO AC so it was miserable in the room. "Best location for the price"
This place was great. Location, halfway up main street, 2 blocks from the town lift and adjacent to main street free shuttle station. Walls were a little thin, but apart from that just perfect. We'll be back!

This place is bomb. Rooms are comfortable and they have little kitchenettes, but the coolest thing is the location: smack dab in the middle of Park City, two blocks from the town lift! Good location in downtown Park City, but the bedroom faced Main Street and was loud late into the night. Layout was good with a bedroom, bathroom, and living room/kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Plates and silverware were provided. "April Inn in Park City - downtown and comfortable"
Got in late so I missed the hotel receptionist where I was to pick up the key - it was at a different hotel. Phone numbers were provided, though, and after a bit of running around I found the after-hours guy and got the room key. It was good I had a mobile phone and rental car. Room was stuffy when I arrived but cooled down quickly when I got the back […] door to the balcony open and shut off the heat. My room was back from Main Street so noise wasn't a problem. If you want a room off Main Street, ask for an odd numbered one. It was only noisy on weekend nights, though. I also had a beautiful view of the mountain out the back door, which I left open at night to bring in the cool fall mountain air. Kitchenette was complete, but I didn't use it much. Lots of nice restaurants and bars right outside the entrance. I loved walking up main street for breakfast in the mornings. Lots of nice little deli's and coffee houses. Bed was a queen and quite comfortable. I had a bit of work to do, so a chair and desk would have been nice to work at. Instead, I sat at the edge of the couch in the lounge and worked on my laptop on the coffee table. I liked to Main Street location much more than if I'd stayed at one of the other more peripheral hotels. Parking was at a free city parking complex about 5 minutes walk. There is metred parking outside the door for loading and short term. Free internet was fast and easy. Stayed all of about two weeks to handle some family business in town and enjoyed it. The room was beautiful but we could not enjoy it because of the heat. The was in the loft so cit was VERY hot. Not properly equipped for a summer rental. There was one rickety box fan available. Could not leave the balcony door open because there was no screen door to keep bugs out. Great downtown location, some noise at night due to proximity to nightlife, not a problem personally but others might have one, windows had to be open for air since there was no a/c.

A little cramped but the perfect location. We were in town for the Slamdance film festival. Room was a little crowded for three. But perfect for two. Small kitchen was a nice bonus.

Nice room and deck and location except the hide-away bed was horrible and the parking is a 30 minute walk away where no public transportation was running and this was not expressed in the online advertisement. That being said park city in the fall is beautiful and low key.

We stayed over a weekend when temps were a high of 80-85 and lows were 55-60.(Quite Cozy) The location was right in the heart of Park City with plenty of night life near by. The biggest surprise was the peacefulness in the morning and how beautiful the buildings are in the morning light. There was a Great breakfast cafe a few doors down and by 10am […] Sunday the lower part of Main Street was lined with tents of local businesses. The Farmers Market was such a treat on our last day! The April Inn on Main has the best location in Park City that you could ask for. Right next to all of the bars, restuarants, shops, etc. Very fun. Great price for the location and the room was in excellent condition. The room was very nice becuase it had a mini kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom.
