The hotel was only a short drive from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was not fancy but clean and comfortable. Glad to have free wi-fi in the room. Will use this location again for flights out of Maine. The location was easy to find and is close to the shopping and restaurants.

Our stay wasw very enjoyable. Loved the variety of breakfast menu. The folks looking after the breakfast room deserve a roiund of applause for the service they provide. Would kcertainly stay again and recommend to others. Thanks again.

The hotel was conveniently located, the staff friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was adequate. The fresh cookies and coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The room was clean and it was quiet.
It is a clean motel but I felt like I was staying at my grandma's house cause it was so old in there...

This Motel/Hotel rates 5 in every way. I will try to stay here everytime I am in the area. Close to every shopping and dinning source possible.

The hotel is no frills, affordable place to stay while visiting Bangor. The room was clean and the coffee is good. My only complaint is that they did not refill the cookies at the front desk when they ran out.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, however, they were painting adjacent rooms and the fumes were strong so we had to sleep with window open and lots of noise early in the morning. Asked for another roo, but could not be moved due to purchasing our room online.

We give it a big "Thumbs up." Attractive well maintained hotel, staffed with people that were welcoming and helpful. The entrance foyer is rather pleasant and looks like a front room in a nice home. Fireplace and all. Clean and neat room with all the facilities we would expect in a hotel like this. The breakfast area had all sorts of choices (buffet […] style) for the first meal of the day, including cereal, muffins, bagels and sausage with egg. As items were depleted staff would restock them in short order. We got an attractive rate and thought it was great value and is right where you need to be if shopping is your aim as it was for us. Was very impressed - room was clean, spacious, not cluttered up with too much furniture. Within walking distance to many stores & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly, the room clean and comfortable. While it's called a country inn it is right at the Bangor Mall. A little traffic noise during the day, but stops in the evening. Great location.

"Country Inn Bangor Maine"
Great location for shopping. Comfortable room. The only thing not very good was the continental breakfast. The juice was watery. Poor selection of cereal. Just not good.

Maybe it was the location of our room , but we could hear every time someone took a shower in another room.And as far as breakfast goes, well once we got to the food it wasn't bad, but the eating area is way to small to handle the crowd of a booked full hotel.

was a nice hotel over all, was very loud when early in the morning and a bus driver thought it would be smart to park right next to the window and let the bus run, over all nice place, good breakfast.

We have stayed here many many times on shopping trips to Bangor. The Hotel is showing lots of wear and is need of some updating but the continental breakfast,location and price are attractive for our needs. Will stay there again.

For the amazing price I paid, this Inn was great. Breakfast was more than I expected as well. For a continental breakfast... my kids had Egg McMuffins, waffles and cereal! The coffee for Breakfast was also very good. The room was very clean and quiet. The Inn is also very close to all shopping. I will book here again when I return!

"Wonderful staff and hotel. Not a country location."
The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast room had a wide variety of foods that were constantly replenished. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was at a long strip of malls in Bangor, so it took several minutes to get to from off of 95. This probably makes it a great for staying if you are doing a weekend […] of shopping, but I would have preferred a more rural setting. However, we heard no noise and the heavy curtains blocked the lights in our room. A small fridge and microwave would have been nice in the room as we had meals we would have liked to save and warm up, but other than that we had no complaints or suggestions for improvements. "First timers!"
Despite only have been there one evening, my husband and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The location could not have been more perfect. After driving what seemed like all day (only 8 hours actually) it was nice to take a quick walk over to have dinner. There were so many choices within walking distance, not to mention the mall was right there. The lady […] checking us in and the lady checking us out couldn't have been more delightful. Thank you Country Inn at the Mall for a wonderful visit. We will definitely return again. P.S. The hot breakfast in the morning really hit the spot, and the variety was just right. Thanks again!
