The staff was very nice and the hotel itself was nice and offered a great continental breakfast but the room was a joke, it was very small and the whirlpool tub is in the room! Very very strange and awkward to use if rooming with other quest . it was uncomfortable and small. The mini fridge was beyond to small we were able to put about 4 bottles of […] 10oz water and 2 cokes but as far as bringing food back from a resturant, no happening! The shower was awful the shower head was like using a kinked waterhose and there wasnt much room to move around it took forever to shower! If i were staying longer than I did I would have checked out and gone to a different hotel because there was no comfort in this one and it was not worth the amout money I had to pay Przeczytaj więcej

The hotel itself was great, staff was amazingly friendly, breakfast was good, room was spacious, hot tub in room was fun, 3 HBO channels was a surprise. Overall the hotel was great and would stay there again. The only thing I would change is the location. I gave this hotel an over all 4 because the maid service opened our doors 4 different times from 8:30 until check out to see if we were gone yet. Very disturbing as some were still asleep Our group had 3 rooms and it happened in all 3 rooms. Otherwise thh hotel itself was perfect.

NICE CLEAN ROOMS, WITH FREE WI-FI AND BREAKFAST AS PROMISED.

First, I HATE HIDDEN FEES!! Upon recieving our checkout paperwork found out that they charge you $3+ per night to park in their parking lot. Not that I don't have the $8 but I think that's bull. Second, the beds were not comfortable at all. Third, the TV sound kept going in and out every 10-15 seconds and we were told "sorry"

Awesome room. Had a hot tub in this room which was awesome for no extra charge. The room was immaculate. Nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here for a no hassle stay. Also it was only a few blocks from downtown and all the restaurants and bars if that is what you are looking for.

The staff was wonderful, the room was nicer than expected, the pool was nice and well kept, and the free breakfast was alright. It could have been better, but it was great for free. The location was not walking distance to downtown like I had hoped.

Clean hotel, staff was friendly, free breakfast was great. Short walk to excellent 24 hour diner / rest of downtown.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. This included the room and the bathroom. I would definitely stay here agin. I would recommend it. The staff was great and friendly.

Full breakfast in the morning , coffee n tea all day. Nice workout room, and lounge. Clean laundry facility. Had pool , would have liked a hot tub .... Great place overall, a bit of a Walk down town, but cab fare is cheap so it's is ok. Super friendly place , hope to be back.

Pros: The hotel was very clean, very close to downtown attractions,good breakfast. Cons; the room was noisy from the parking/highway, there wasn't enough places at breakfast to seat, it is not walking distance from downtown attraction so you need to use the car. Recommended with some cons

It is a nice, clean hotel. I was a bit disappointed with its "downtown" location because it is not in a spot where you can just start walking to enjoy the area. It is actually on the other side of the highway from downtown. You'll have to drive a few miles/blocks and use public parking to enjoy downtown. I didn't have a good first impression with the […] guy who checked us in. He was rude and short. The gal who checked us out was very pleasant and I wish she had been the one there when we arrived. Our room was nice, comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. It's location turned me off, as did the guy who greeted us. If location isn't an issue for you, then this hotel is perfect. We stayed here once before and will stay here again. We enjoy the location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is a good size.

Very unhappy with my stay at this hotel. First off the staff here is more interested in socializing than helping customers, had to stand at the counter for almost 20 min and wait on someone help me while I listened to them play in the back. 2nd the beds are very uncomfortable. Would have enjoyed the floor more than the beds. 3rd and this is the kicker, […] watch out for the hidden fees!!!! No staff at the hotel at any time of my stay from check in to the morning of check out advised me of a NIGHTLY PARKING FEE..... The just slid a bill under my door the morning of check out. I would have parked on the street for free if I knew there was a fee. And the building is right across from some kinds of housing project, so I felt my safety was somewhat questioned. The room was expensive and not worth the price. The door would not close. It was obvious it had been that way for some time. The refrigerator did not work, and the light between the beds had a defective switch which could cause a shock or a fire. There was a fire alarm and the management staff had no clue what to do; they were rude during the process and unable to answer questions. We stayed two nights and our room was not properly cleaned. We asked to speak to the General Manager, but he was not available to addresss our concerns.

Every day there was a different type of breakfast and my kids loved the heated pool. The room was clean and the staff was kind.

This hotel is cleaned and had all the ammenities that one might need. On the negative side I must say that the beds were not as comfortable, but I have back problems and it could have been just me, also I noticed the handle of the door was loose and there was some rusty spots in the tub (minor). I loved their breakfast! I thought that of all hotels […] I have been lately this is the first time that the breakfast is decent. Had a great, easy stay. My room also has a beautiful view!

This was a very nice hotel and very clean. The only disadvantage really was it was not within easy walking distance fo the riverfront.

Everyone was so nice. I stayed there twice in 2 months for business. Close to everything downtown including the riverfront.

The rates were lower than other hotels around this side of downtown. We were 7 minutes from the campus and 5 minutes from the river.

Staff very friendly, rooms very clean and updated. I would certainly stay here again and recommend.

Our stay overall went well at this hotel. It was clean. The staff were all nice and accomodating. The location was fine. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Excellent, comfortable hotel. The only thing that bothered me was the use of styrofoam at breakfast.

Hotel staff went overboard to accomodate us. Hotels.com had said we had reserved a room with 2 double beds. When we arrived at hotel, that was not available. The hotel staff offered a rollaway bed and our stay was very pleasant. Close if you are going to the UTC football games.

This was a nice hotel. Location was great. It's within walking distance from the restraunts and attractions but just enough away from the noise. The room was clean and comfortable. I will stay there again.

Beware you door may not lack or lock when you walk out. Be sure you pull it close just like would at home Nice free breakfast and great hostess in the breakfast area.

Our TV did not want to seem to work on digital setting therefore it was very snowy. When I asked about it the young lady at the front desk told me to jiggle the wires and that might help. Upon check out I was asked if all was okay and I told the front desk about the TV situation. I was not angry just wanted to watch football while the girls swam. They […] offered to refund the two nights I stayed for my trouble. This was a gracious gester but to much. The girl insisted on refunding one night. I feel she went above and beyond. Stayed here on business on August 28th. Very nice hotel, neat, clean rooms. My only complaint is that the drain in the tub was completely clogged up which resulted in standing in 6 inches of water while showering. I think housekeeping should have discovered this well before it got that bad. HOWEVER, I was very impressed with EVERYTHING else at this […] hotel. They have a very nice breakfast and lovely indoor pool and fitness center. The area behind the hotel is not ideal, but I always felt safe. The parking lot is well lit. I want to mention specifically the night clerk, Tanner. He was extremely helpful and assisted me with several requests including where to get a great pizza at a great price!! The hotel is nice, clean for the most part. Breakfast was ok. But it is NOT that close to downtown. You would need a cab or drive for the real downtown area. Overall it was fine for the one night we stayed. When we return I would not stay bc we would want to be in walking distance off the downtown area!!!!

Friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood. Quiet hotel. Clean swimming pool. Need more towels poolside. Adequate hot breakfast. Comfortable beds. Good rate. Microwave and refrigerator nice benefit.

This is a great place to stay, if you are just passing through Chattanooga. Friendly staff and very clean. I would stay there again.

The suite was poorly arranged and the fold-out couch was very uncomfortable. They were "out of blankets," four people indicated per room but not enough towels. $3.00 parking was ridiculous since there's a large parking lot. Crappy pool--overpriced for what it is. My husband and I traveled to Chattanooga with our two year old. We had a great stay here at this hotel. Our only complaint was that there was quite a bit of road noise. Other than that it was an excellent stay!
