Hotel jak najbardziej ok z małym mankamentem płatnym parkingiem przy meldowaniu poinformowano że parking jest free po czym przy odjeździe skasowano sporo bo 35 euro. pokój bardzo ładny i czysty córka była zachwycona z wielkiego wygodnego łóżka i wystroju, śniadanie bardzo dobre i do syta. aby dojść do centrum trzeba mieć dobrą kondycje i mapę. Basen z rześką wodą ale jest możliwość rozruszania się. Po opłaceniu kartą nie można otrzymać rachunku to też troche dziwne. ogólnie jestę zadowolona następnym razem sprawdze inny aby mieć porównanie gorąco pozdrawiam

"Great Hotel, Value, and Location"
We found Vienna to be somewhat expensive when looking for hotel rooms, so I didn't expect much from the Steigenberger since it was an average price for the area. However, the hotel was outstanding in almost every facet, including service, hotel location, comfort of room, etc. Based on the other people staying at the hotel, and one other American couple […] we met who told us what they paid, I think we ended up with a much better deal than average for the hotel. "Adored the Steigenberger - loved the location, the service and the design of the place"
I'm so glad we chose this hotel. It was conveniently located right above the Herrengasse Ubahn stop, a 2 minute walk to the Hofburg, 5 minutes to Helgenplatz and Graben, about 7 minutes to the Opera/Kartnerstrasse, the big art museum, and 10 minutes to the big music hall/Karlsplatz, the Museum Quarter, or the Burg Theatre/Rathaus. Cafe Central was 30 […] seconds away. I like that we were on a quiet street (how people can stay on Kartnerstrasse or Ringstrasse, I have no idea), yet the area was well-lit, and never devoid of passersby. I understand the neighborhood houses a lot of diplomats. The room (a superior room) was strikingly laid-out. I enjoyed the decor, especially of the bathroom. Ample storage space and extremely comfortable bed. I also appreciated the free mini-bar and the robe/slippers. "The Steigenberger Herrenhof was s suarprise gem."
Fantastic location, within walking distance of most of the must-see sites. Except for the lack of a bureau and drawers,the room was modern and comfortable and the service was very professional.

Vienna was the second stop on our trip and the Steigenberger Herrenhof Wien Hotel is perfectly located from all the major tourist sites. 5 minute walk to Hofburg Imperial Residence and Palace, 10 minutes from Museum Campus and Stefansdom. "Could not be better!"
I cannot fault this hotel in any way. From the friendly welcome we received when we arrived, to the charming farewell, the staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Our room was very spacious, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The free mini bar was a nice extra! The location was perfect for us, with museums and galleries all within […] walking distance - as were the beautiful parks, restaurants and astonishing architecture. An incredible variety of shops were nearby. All the major designers were represented and our vote for best window design definitely goes to Chanel - amazing! Add to all this, the famous Cafe Central, practically next door, for a breakfast to remember and on the other side, Vapiano, the very inexpensive (but excellent) Italian restaurant. Perfect! "A very nice place"
Outstanding housing. The service was excellent. These folks are pros. I've stayed at the Steigenberger three times now and they've come through for me every time-- even when there was a reservation mix-up (it was my fault, by the way). I highly recommend them.
"Fantastic Hotel in Vienna"
This is a beautiful, classy, and very comfortable hotel in a terrific location in the First District in Vienna. We could walk everywhere and see all the amazing sights of Vienna within 10 - 20 minutes. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating, and very easy to deal with. The room was extremely comfortable, with wonderful duvet blankets and excellent […] mattress. It also was very quiet. The bathroom was sparkling new, with wonderful shampoos and amenties. There was live music in the lounge in the evening, and apples at the reception desk! The only downside is that the breakfast is not included, and at 26 Euros per person, we were not going to pay such an exorbitant price. However, there are so many other wonderful cafes and other choices in the area that it is actually more fun to eat breakfast in a cafe or konditorei in close-by Graben or Kartnerstrasse or on Herrengasse itself. "Excellent location in Vienna"
My daughter and i stayed in the Steigenberger Herrenhof Wien and were very pleased with our accomodation. The room on the first floor was spacious and extremely comfortable. The hotel has an excellent location, central to the shopping areas and many of the main tourist attractions.

"4 NIGHTS IN A SUPERB HOTEL"
The Herrenhof hotel is just 100 metres from the Spanish riding school and in an extremely nice area. I Think the hotel has been only fairly recently been modernized but it certainly shows. I Would say without hesitation that it would be my choice next time I am in Vienna.

Achei que para bandeira 5 estrelas o hotel deixa a desejar, o quarto é bem pequeno, o carpete não tem boa manutenção e o banheiro é cheio de portas em posições nada funcionais, mas a localização do hotel é boa.

"Top lage, aber service nur mittel"
insgesamt gut, weil Hotel auch nur ein Aspekt von vielen ist, und dabei auch viel Gutes dabei (Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit), aber Service der Mitarbeiter, Rezeption, Bar, etc. sehr mittelmäßig und lustlos waren. Daher ein deutlicher Abstrich in diesem Punkt, sonst völlig ok.
"Angenehme, tadellose Oase der Ruhe"
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen: Der Standort könnte nicht besser sein um Wien zu erkunden, mitten drin und doch ruhig, Die Zimmer geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet, der Service aufmerksam und doch diskret. Einzig der Frühstücksraum ist ein wenig ansprechender Raum mit sehr wenig Charme. Ansonsten top!

L'hotel è in posizione super strategica e centrale vicino a musei, ristoranti e negozi; non ultima l'entrata della metropolitana linea 3 a 50 metri! Servizio adeguato, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Attenzione, per chi volesse dormire di più la mattina, a mettere il cartellino fuori dalla porta,altrimenti alle 8 vengono a bussare per rifare […] la camera. "Toplage in einer Topstadt!"
Meine Tochter und ich verbrachten ein geniales und stilvolles Weekend in Wien. Es hat alles gepasst! Das Zimmer hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen und unseren Geschmack getroffen. Die Lage ist einfach nur: Wow! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist wunderbar und absolut empfehlenswert. Top Lage, sehr freundlich, ruhige Zimmer. Einige Punkte die ich persönlich schade fand: Um 23 h gab es keinen Cafe mehr, da die Maschine gereinigt war ???? Keinen Bademantel auf dem Zimmer (habe ich dann im SPA-Bereich gefunden) !

Ich war privat in Wien und mit dem Service und der Lage des Hotels sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Einzig die Klimaanlage ist ein wenig laut in der Nacht und lässt sich im Winter nicht total abschalten. Fazit: Top Hotel an bester Lage!

"Super Hotel!"
Das Steigenberger ist wirklich klasse, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Besonders die Lage ist unschlagbar. Sehr freundliches Personal und schöne Zimmer. Einzig das Frühstück ist meiner Meinung nach zu teuer. Komme gerne wieder!
"Gute Lage, wenig Charm"
Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen nur fehlt an Charm und gemuetlichkeit. Das Service ist funktionnel aber unpersoenlich. Die Bar sieht aus wie ein Nachtlokal in Dubai.

"Maid entered room at 9.45am while we were in bed"
The room maid entered the room at 9.45am immediately after knocking briefly but before we had time to answer. We were in bed intimately , this was a very annoying experience. The same thing happened to a family member next door. Inadequate response of the front desk staff when we reported the event, and similarly inadequate written response of the hotel […] management to our complaint (they did no apologize at all). In addition, very stron smell of tobacco smoke in the room, brought in by the ventilation system. WiFi 14 euros a day, breakfast 20 euros. Better have breakfast at the nearby beautiful Cafe Central. Business Hotel in sehr guter Lage, komfortabel, Interieur ansprechend designed. Zuvorkommender Service, Parkgarage allerdings citybedingt teuer.
