It was good except we had no international calls.Needs an elevator!

This is a low class hotel. Location great as I needed to be in Golders Green, but otherwise terrible. Phone in room didin't work, thin walls, kids running around until 2 or 3 in the morning screaming and yelling, heating only worked when staff came and turned it on in my room and I had no way of turning it off. Kosher restaurant was only plus.

As soon as i arrived, i had to wait to get booked in as it appeared that only one member of staff is capable of doing this. On going up to my room the stairwell stunk really badly. My room was adjacent to the starwell and all evening up to midnight the doors were banging so loud, i was shouting at people from my room. They could solve this with slow […] door closers. The windows didnt lock as their was no view. Their was no remote for tv, i could just get past the sink to sit on the toilet. Its clearly a 1 star hotel. I didnt bother with breakfast as i was sure it would be rubbish. I would recomend people stay away from this rip off dump. They are clearly doing the minimum to keep the hotel going and its at least a mile walk in either direction to the tube station. We had in this hotel to pass the worst night of our life. What a bad smell is there! Nobody believe the bloody smell if s/he doesn't visit it. Service is very bad. Staff are not helpful. Even I called them several times but I didn't get any reponse. So please don't wast your money.

Good value, but mattresses not so comfortable. Also they were painting and the room smelled from the paint

I stayed there in mid week and I find the hotel very good for the price paid. Hotel is in the market area of Golders Green. The hotel was clean and nice. Bed good enough to sleep. Heating was very good. Buses run right infront of the hotel to connect you to other parts of London (I had my car though). Staff is ok in response. Breakfast is nice although […] not many options. i was not pleased at all with the hotel and would not stop there again as it cost 27 pounds in a taxi as there was problems with the eurostar and when i went to check in i was told to wait and no one was there waiting to check in and when you have 3 tried children with you .You dont need this

Our experience at this hotel was not a good one unfortunately. The bathroom and toliet was of a very poor standard. We did not like the breakfast that was served and in my opinion this hotel does not qualify as a 3* hotel. I will not recommend it.

We arrived 2 hours earlier than check in time and instead of making us come back in an hour, they rerouted the maid to prepare our room and let us check-in early once the room was done. The family double (two double beds) was surprisingly bigger than what we expected. Breakfast was a boutique Israeli experience. Check in was at 2pm, we arrive after 2:30pm the room had been forgotten to be cleaned and the cleaner had gone home and had to be called back!!!! It was a very hot few days during our stay and the windows in our room did not open like the other rooms in the establishment.... The television controls did not respond and when the TV got hot it lost its […] picture. Its a no smoking hotel but there was a strong smell on our landing indicating that someone had been smoking in their room by us. This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the underground station, but from there access to everything London has to offer is quick and easy. Such a quaint and safe neighborhood on the North end of London with everything you need within just a few blocks (restaurants, grocery, pharmacies, shopping, etc.) and really close to one of the best parks in […] the city, Hampstead Heath. you get what you pay for in london, or in this case, even less. breakfast close to inedible, coffee was instant, "juice" was more like tang.

This hotel is terrible. It has no elevator and they put us all the way to the top. And with that we had a roof top room so therefore we were in a slanted room. Because of this the bathroom wall was slanted so we couldn't stand up straight in the shower. Breakfast Buffett was boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, tuna salad, egg salad and cereal. Ya sooo […] no Buffett at all. Our room phone didn't work after we gave the £20 deposit for it. The iron leaked you had to sit on the floor to use the ironing board and the best yet....we asked to borrow a pen and we had to return it as they only had 2 pens for the hotel. the room was tatty. net curtains ripped and dirty. the sink had a block of wood between basin and pedastal. the breakfast was tuna and salad with three varieties of cereal and toast.! we found out too late that it was run by jews. so when it stated buffet breakfast it could have said it was tuna and salad! could do with mega make over. the female receptionist […] was helpful though. We flew in to Heathrow and this hotel was an hour and a half ride on the Tube to get to the nearest stop. From there we had to walk a ways down the street just to reach the hotel. Once we arrived, we were underwhelmed with the hotel. The description online was misleading, making it seem closer to central London than it actually was. It's far away from […] anything close and the condition of the hotel was not good. Even for a budget hotel this place was below average. The room was small and the bathroom smelled terrible. It was depressing to even be in the room so we spent as little time there as possible. I would avoid staying at this place at all costs. You do get what you pay for. Bed was far more comfortable than it looked. Comparable to LSE or other student accommodation. We had a problem with the heating (far too much) which we reported on Friday morning after not being able to sleep the night before. It was a simple fix. Finally the relief people on the Saturday night were able to take the few […] seconds and adjust our radiators. My advice - be persistant and spell it out clearly if you need anything. The location and the service was OK. Breakfast was good. The room itself wasn't good at all, the bed was lumpy and there was a bad smell in the room. The hotel was more like Guest House, not clean and not at the level that this hotel claimed to be. I would expect to get more for what i paid for.

This hotel was about what we expected from a budget hotel - rooms were very clean but not that nice or comfortable, and it was about a 35 minute Tube ride in and out of central London. However, the surrounding neighborhood was quiet, safe, and cute, with lots of great Jewish restaurants, as well as other options. We got a good deal on the room but the beds left a lot to desired. The beds were more akin to cots with metal frames and springs with a thin 4" mattress on top (no box spring). The continental breakfast was good and the rest of the facilities were acceptable.

We were in a room with two double beds. Everything was clean. There were two TV sets: one in the bedroom and one in a mini-hall with a sofa (just big enough to put a sofa) but only one received the satellite channels and the reception was very bad. Not a real English breakfast, no beans, no sausages, no bacon since it is in a Jewish area. Hotelet ligger i god geografisk afstand til London centrum ca. 14km og tæt på undergrunds og busstation. Vi vil dog finde et andet hotel i London næste gang, da vi ikke syntes standarden på hotelet er særlig god. El único punto positivo que le encuentro es su cercanía al metro, un medio importantisimo para poder desplazarse en Londres. La habitación no estaba mal, si no fuera por una entrada de luz que había en el techo y que hacía que a las 8 de la mañana estuviera toda la habitación totalmente iluminada. Jeg er et åbent og meget hjerteligt menneske, hvis jeg selv skal sige det. Jeg prøver at være så imødekommende som overhoved muligt overfor nye mennesker, specielt når jeg er i andre lande. Men dette hotel og bydel af London var under al kritik med hensyn til imødekommenhed, service, pli og kommunikation. På hotellet bliver man mødt af halvsure mennesker […] der hverken orker at sige goddag eller farvel når man kommer og når man rejser hjem. Der er huller i gulvet, rundt på hele hotellet, der lugtede virkelig dårligt på vores værelse da vi tjekkede ind, og i andre rum på hotellet. Helt okej för priset. Men letar du efter ett hotell med frukost så ta inte det här! Det var typ en macka och snabbkaffe man kunde välja på. Hotellet ligger helt okej om man orkar åka buss och tunnelbana för att komma någonstans. Det tog 30 med buss för att komma till Oxfordstreet. När vi kom hem från stan första kvällen så droppade det vatten från taket […] i vårt rum. Men det gick väldigt smidigt att byta rum så vi fick ett lite finare. Trevliga människor som jobbade där också. Området som hotellet ligger i är väldigt influerat av judendomen. Så det finns väldigt många koscher restauranger där. Helt okej hotell för det priset. Vissserligen håller de på att renovera den ena delen av hotellet men placeringen av toalettstolen är inte så genomtänkt. Man sitter in mot väggen och har handfatet i magen. Det gäller att inte vara för stor. När det gäller frukosten var den under all kritik. Endast rostat bröd utom på lördagen för då var både brödrostmannen och brödrosten borta pga […] sabbat. Gästerna är nog kapabla att sköta brödrosten själva. Saknade pålägg på brödet. skivad tomat och skivad gurka var det enda som fanns samt hackad tomat och gurka tillsammans. ...en ostskiva hade inte varit så dumt. Vi saknade engelska pubar i området. L'état des chambres est à revoir dans le sens où la salle de bain était totalement à refaire mais sinon cela restait convenable à condition de n'y passer que deux nuits maximum. Le petit déjeuner à volonté était très apprécié et varié.

en arrivant, les clefs nous ont été donnés sans nous accompagner à la chambre, et cet hôtel est un vrai labyrinthe! les serviettes et draps étaient sales ou même déchirés. La télévision n'a que 5 chaines et pas les plus intéressantes. Les finitions laissent à désirer, tout comme le miroir d'une longueur de 10 cm. l'hôtel est très mal isolé et mal situé, […] dans la zone 3 se qui augmente le prix du billet de métro. Das Hotel entsprach leider nicht den drei Sternen, die wir gebucht haben. Das Dreibettzimmer hatte die Größe eines Einzelzimmers. Frühstück war gut und das Personal hat sich Mühe gegeben.

Et helt OK hotell. Rommet hadde en merkelig lukt, og lå rett ved et vindu så vi hørte all støyen fra gata. Hvis mennesker gitt utenfor og pratet, eller biler kjørte forbi så var det som om det skjedde inne på rommet. I tillegg var det mye støy fra gangene med dører som smalt igjen osv. Sengene var derimot helt ålreite å sove i, rommet virket ellers […] også rent. Dusjen kan vel egentlig klassifiseres som kald, og den som skal holde opp dusjhodet var knekt. Ingen varmekabler på gulvet på badet, så det var iskaldt nå midt på vinteren. Det er en gammel bygning, så forvent forskjell på standarden på rommene, og trange ganger. Rommet til de andre vi reiste med hadde en stor varmeovn på rommet og en varm dusj, men et mye mindre bad. Jeg hadde foretrukket det rommet framfor det vi fikk. Det ligger en kjempefin restaurant/bar ved siden av, men den fikk vi dessverre ikke prøvd ut. Betjeningen var hjelpsomme og hyggelige, og man kan oppbevare bagasjen sin der hvis man har behov for det etter endt opphold. T-banen var 10 minutter unna hotellet, det var også ålreit. Neste gang kommer jeg derimot til å legge i 5-600 kr ekstra og få et hotell nærmere London sentrum forhåpentligvis med noe bedre standard. Hvis du bare skal være i London en natt så er hotellet helt OK, men jeg kan ikke si at jeg ville anbefalt det. Gangene på hotellet var meget beskidte, nedslidte og mørke og kun ca. l m brede. Værelset manglede sengelamper, kroge til håndklæder. Eneste lys på værelset var en sparepære uden skærm i loftet. Gardinerne var ringe og faldt delvis ned, når der skulle trækkes for og fra. Rengøringen var meget ringe, og oven på skabe, tv. mv. var der et tykt og gammeldt […] lag støv. Personalen trevlig och inga problem med det administrativa. Själva hotellet var ganska orustat och det kändes ganska risigt, dock ej smutsigt. Frukostbuffén var bland det värsta jag sett, torra bagels, juice som smaka jag vet inte vad. Tog två ägg, det ena var överkokt, det andra rann ut när jag skulle skala. Såg även att de andra gästerna var missnöjda! […] Det slutade med att vi fick äta frukost ute alla tre dagar! Det enda positiva var väl egentligen priset och närheten till tunnelbanan! Dock så var ju frukosten ingen höjdare så räkna ej med den på plussidan. Jag skulle ej bo här igen då jag tror att man kan hitta bra mycket finare hotell till samma peng, med en bra engelsk frukost! Situé au coeur du quartier juif, cet hôtel est tout simplement le pire hôtel que j'aie vu jusqu'à maintenant. Voici le bilan de la chambre 26 que j'avais : tâches sur les murs, support pour papier toilette qui m'est resté dans les mains, poignée de porte branlante, lavabo bouché, pas de pression dans la douche, TV qui ne capte rien.... Bref je ne recommande […] pas du tout cet hôtel. Pour le petit déjeuner, c'est pareil : pas de lait, jus d'orange qui n'est que de l'eau aromatisée au produit chimique et autres joyeusetés low-cost qui, dans le meilleur des cas n'avaient pas de goût. hôtel agréable pour un séjour de 6nuits

Servicepersonalet var ikke særligt imødekommende overfor spørgsmål vedr. nærområdet. Værelset og særligt badeværelset var meget usoigneret, med svamp i bruseren, og vamt vand i toiletkummen. Vi informerede om dette ved afrejse, men fik at vide at deres vvs-mand var oplyst, og ikke kunne finde ud af problemet. Hotel je nedaleko stanice metra Golders Green, kam se dá dojít za 7 minut. Odtud jezdí i autobusy do centra, např. 13 bus na stanici metra Baker Street. Nedaleko hotelu je i malá prodejna Tesco, bankomat, KFC. Náš pokoj byl skromně ale účelně zařízen. Pro krátkodobý pobyt, kdy toužíte především poznat Londýn a na hotel jdete pouze přespat dostačující. […] Nemohla jsem však připojit bezdrátově na internet a to ani na pokoji ani na recepci. Obsluha mi sice sdělila připojovací kod, ale nenalezla jsem wifi signál.
