"Good but it looks better on the website that what"
Overall the hotel is good, the service is excellent, they would do anything to make you feel good. I was a little disappointed because on the website it looks like a new hotel but when you enter the rooms you feel like you went to the past many years. The bathroom was very clean and cute. There is very limited parking in the surroundings and they charge […] 20 euros per night of parking which seems excesive to me. The location is in fromt of the port and when they mentioned on the website that you can have the optiion of ocean view they were right but it's not what you imagine. The view is not that nice, just old, deteriorated buildings and the port. I always give good reviews but this time I have to say that the hotel was everything except what I imagined from the website. I even left Rome earlier in order to enjoy the hotel but I was stuck in my room one long afternoon. The hotel is good, service excellent but for the price and description I thought it was super nice. "Impossible to find"
Went straight from the airport and would stay only one night on the way to Florence, GPS drove us to midel of no way and several telfon conversation with the receptionist was not very helpful either. After being driven round in approx. one hour finally found hotels that had a completely different naming an All Ways Garden and Leisure lying a few kilometers […] from where the GPS took us first but because the name we drove past all the time ...... Got our room went out again about 10 km have to buy food at McDonald's and driven back. "No Mans Land!"
Do not stay at this hotel unless you are driving through late at night and just need a bed to crash! This is at least 20km outside of Rome and there is nothing around. The hotel isn't really a hotel. It is a long hallway with rooms off both sides. There "reception" is nothing but a long desk at the start of this hallway and there is absolutely NOTHING […] to be found. There is no cafe/restaurant open other than breakfast, no vending machines, no business center, no tourist information (all this was listed in the review as being available). The staff was not at all helpful and internet/wifi was ridiculously expensive (not free as mentioned when I booked the hotel). There is a bus that runs from outside the hotel to a metro station (20 min ride) and then you take the metro into the city which was another 20 minutes or so to Rome Termini station. The bus stops running at 10:55pm so don't get caught late or you'll have to dish out over 50 Euro for a taxi to the hotel. There is a gas station next door to the hotel, which actually has slot machines and a cooler for beer. There was a small selection of potato chips and twinkies type snacks, plus water. "Great value hotel if you have a Car"
Really nice hotel if you have a car. You get your own parking space outside your room, you can drive to Laurentina Tube (Line B South) in less than 10 mins. You can park there for 1.5 Euro per day. If car park is full you can park on surrounding roads like everyone else OK. Good value prices, good quality rooms.

"da ripetere"
Spesso mi trovo a Roma sia per lavoro che per vacanza, e questo hotel è un ottimo compromesso qualità prezzo, personale cordialecolazione ottima ed abbondante camere pulite, occorre solo avere l'auto perchè è posizionato fuori dal centro cittadino

Dall ingresso fino all uscita niente da criticare,anzi da consigliare,,, se ricapita torno li a soggiornare....
Per chi sta a Roma con l'auto è ottimo. Vicinissimo al GRA, poco distante della prima stazione M (Laurentina). La camera è bella e funzionale. Lo consiglio vivamente!

L'hotel est vraiment excellent, en revanche ils est noté que c'est accessible aux handicapés mais ce n'est pas le cas, moi même en fauteuil, je me suis retrouvée mal lorsque je suis arrivée devant la chambre car il y a une marche, ensuite la douche pourrait etre accessible puisque c'est une douche italienne mais la porte de douche ne s'ouvre pas assez […] pour passer avec un fauteuil et pour le petit dejeuner il faut descendre des marches... Donc pour les personne en fauteuil ... Non!! Sinon j'y suis quand même restée vu que mon mari pouvait m'aider et je le conseil pour son calme pour le personnel et la propreté... Pour aller jusqu'à Rome ca va c'est faisable,il faut juste etre patient pour la circulation. Lorsque vous partez definitivemenjt de l'hotel, vous payez une taxe de sejour de 6euro par jour. Rigtig fint hotel til vores formål: at overnatte tæt på lufthavnen, For folk som tror at det er et Rom hotel - det er det ikke! Ude midt i ingenting, så kræver bil uanset hvad. Nyt hotel, gode værelser og parkering foran disse.

Отель супер,номера не большие но очень стильные,особенно душ)очень понравилась парковка у каждого номера.вото только далековато от центра.

L'hotel ha sperato le mie aspettative. E' un hotel strutturato come un residence: ogni camera ha il doppio accesso, sia dal corridoio che dall'esterno. Le camere sono molto pulite e si presentano con uno styling moderno; c'è molta pietra e legno wengè. Le camere sono dotate di una cella freezer capiente con cibi precotti/congelati che si possono […] riscaldare con il microonde (presente in ogni camera). "En auto seulement..."
Bien qu'un peu éloigné du "centro" ( 20 minutes en auto ) ce môtel est propre, confortable, vraiment climatisé !!!, Le stationnement devant la porte. Petit déjeuner ordinaire mais correct, Pour personnes qui cherchent un logis calme et confortable.

La dimensione delle camere, la loro organizzazione, ecc. è apprezzabile ma non certamente da quattro stelle. Mancano i fondamentali di un quattro stelle: dimensioni camere, spazi comuni (manca la Hall), ecc. certo la qualità è più che adeguata al prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia più che buona. Parcheggio auto gratuito.

Forferdelig service. Damen i resepsjonen satt bare i telefon, trådløse nettet fungerte ikke. Hotellet ligger meget usentralt. Anbefales ikke.

Hotel accessible par voiture que l'on garer juste à la porte de la chambre. Déco moderne très sympa. Le petit déjeuné est très copieux et de bonne qualité. Seul hic la chambre est légèrement bruyante à cause des tuyaux d'eau. "davvero interessante"
Albergo molto carino,posizione nel verde,camere belle moderne arredate con cura ottimo frigo bar posto auto avanti la camera colazione buona davvero grazie anche alla gentilezza della cameriera e al vero cappuccino(sono stato in hotel a4 stelle con la macchinetta..)Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuro.
"Letti in fuga"
I letti non sono fissati, se ci si appoggia di spalle alla parete, i letti si spostano in avanti. Pessima insonorizzazione. Bagno piccolissimo e senza accessori per gli asciugamani. E' stata chiesta, in aggiunta al prezzo, la tassa di soggiorno di 6 euro a testa. Il costo totale della camera è stato dunque più alto di quello pubblicizzato.

"Gutes Business Hotel"
Liegt verkehrsgünstig in unbebautem Gebiet. Direkt nebenan eine Tankstelle mit Bar, sonst nichts. Schalldämmung sehr gut, keine störenden Geräusche von aussen. Auto-Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Hoher Zaun schützt for Eindringlinge. Etwas Probleme mit Ameisen, die von aussen eindringen. Wurden vom Personal "vergiftet".

Vous garez votre véhicule devant votre chambre. Il est possible de baisser un volet devant votre voiture pour être vraiment chez vous. La chambre est bien agencée. Amusant […] pour les couples, la douche en verre qui donne sur la chambre. Très bonne literie, très propre. "Eccellente, ma solo per chi è in auto."
Hotel eccellente, riservato e molto ben tenuto. Unico problema è che è di difficile accesso per chi non possiede un auto, essendo ubicato in piena campagna.

un posto carino (per chi viaggia con la machina) dove si parcheggia la machina al fronte del vostro camera. pero ci vuole abbastanza attenzione a trovarlo - albergo a nascosto dalla strada. la colazione e' discretamente troppo "povero".
