"Great Albany Option"
First time using Hotel.com and was a little skeptical about this location because it was only rated a 3/5. But this turned out to be a really nice place. Large rooms, very friendly staff, and not a bad drive to U-Albany (~20 mins). Would definitely stay again - and I'm sure we will as we will soon have a Great Dane in the family!

I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel; not only were the rooms large but the staff couldn't have been friendlier. I'm a bit of a germ phone and found the room to be quite clean as well.

They bend over backwards here to make you happy, manager let me stay an extra hour event though I only asked at 8 am. Comfy beds, clean everthing.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 night stay here.The room was so comfortable! It had a separate sitting area with a great sectional sofa, a desk and bar area with small fridge. "Hyatt Place Always Nice"
Other than having a location a bit closer to Saratoga Springs (It's about 10 minutes away from the downtown area by car), this is a great little local hotel. Staff was courteous and great. Rooms were clean but the air was a bit stale. The queen room had a microwave and a tub. The King surprisingly didn't. Would have liked both.

Very close to Saratoga, great restaurants around, nice service and good free breakfast, reasonable price, good extra large rooms with good sturdy beds and huge TV, quiet area, we travel a lot and have a lot of experience with hotels, I hightly recomend this place.

Very friendly staff. Very easy check in/out. Most courteous. Just about perfect. Thanks. One problem, do not leave the hotel to the right when trying to find your way in, as you'll end up back on I 87 South!!!

Very nice hotel conveniently located next to the I-87 highway. Very nice and clean lobby, corridors and rooms. The bathroom was small and cramped with flaws in its design but the room was spacious and comfortable.

Effortless online booking right from my smart phone. Called for directions once in the area desk clerk stayed on phone till I found hotel thru his direction. Check in was very easy.. clerk came out and halfway escorted us to room. Very polite. Ammenities were spotless and room was everything I excpected. Clean sheets! What a beautiful room, pleasant lobby area and wonderful staff. But the best was the Continental Breakfast! Fresh fruit, pastries, juice selection, delicious coffee and much more. I wish we were staying longer so I could use the indoor pool. Great place to stay!

The location is convenient (With the exception of the "round-abouts" to travel through) and the landscape/structure is inviting, before entering the hotel lobby. I was extremely happy with both the service . and the room we reserved. We spoke to the people prior to arival and got nothing but great svc from both Barb and carmen. "Generous rooms right off the highway"
Room included a sitting area with an L-shaped couch, a small refrigerator, and a king bed. Clean and modernly furnished. Breakfast was ok, but the biscuits were dry, the fruit not flavorful, and the yogurt was at room temperature. I had seen reviews about a made-to-order breakfast, but did not see anywhere this was provided.

I expected a basic hotel where I could rest and use a base camp. I was overwelmed by the you amazing staff you huge rooms and beautiful hotel. Great size room! Two queen beds plus another good size section of the room with a large sofa that had a pull out plus a desk area. Great for a family of 5. Room was very clean, modern, and comfy beds. Would definitely stay there again!
