Piękny, świetnie utrzymany hotel, czyściutki i bardzo komfortowy. Znajduje się praktycznie w samym centrum, świetne połączenie komunikacyjne. W okolicy same markowe sklepy. Jeśli nie chce się korzystać z restauracji w hotelu, to trzeba odbyć spacer do nieco odległych sklepów czy restauracyjek. Ogólnie okolica bardzo przyjemna.

Spędziłem w tym hotelu trzy noce i byłem bardzo zadowolony. Oddalony od centrum, ale oferujący kilkakrotnie w ciągu dnia bezpłatny dojazd własnym busem do głównej ulicy miasta. Niedaleko dostęp do komunikacji publicznej. Położenie tuż przy jeziorze z przyjemnym widokiem na wodę. Czysty pokój (gorzej na korytarzach), dobrze wypozażona łazienka, klimatyzacja, uprzejma obsługa w recepcji, dostatecznie wyposażony pokój biznesowy (komputer, drukarka) ogólny bezpłatny dostęp WiFi do Internetu, basen, w pokojach ekspres do kawy i lodówka, co dzień nowa porcja kawy i herbaty do samodzielnego przyrządzania, telewizor (choć nie najlepszej jakości i z małą liczbą programów, ale to nie było dla mnie najważniejsze), na korytarzu maszyna do lodu i automaty z napojami. Jedno co mi nie odpowiadało to posiłki w restauracji hotelowej, zwłaszcza oferowane podczas śniadań (jajecznica, chyba z proszku, dziwne jakieś mazie, dziwne w smaku kiełbaski itp), ale to zapewne typowo amerykańskie potrawy, a wyczucie smaku to oczywiście rzecz indywidualnego gustu. W każdym razie były dość urozmaicone i zawsze uzupełnione o świeże owoce. Raz w tygodniu w rozsądnej cenie ( 20 dol.) kolacja typu - bufet, z zadziwiająco dużym wyborem dań (część nawet mi smakowała, a jestem przyzwyczajony do dobrej kuchni - zwłaszcza ryby, których oferowano kilka rodzajów w różnej postaci) towarzyszyła temu muzyka na żywo i sprawna obsługa kelnerska. W sumie OK.

Very nice hotel, located just in the midlle of downtown close to the trump Tower. Elegant and cosy at the same time. Friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi internet and breakfests. I strongly recommend after one week stay during business travel.

Place is good and convenient to airport, but just a little odd at times. Room was good and clean. Free shuttle from airport at 1 am was very cool.

Be prepared to pay $13 per day for parking.

"The worst hotel"
It wasn't what I thought it would be like. No dresser , coffee maker didn't work, no microwave. The air conditioner broke.

If you like contemporary design, a friendly staff, and a clean, well-designed hotel, then this is a great place to stay. The complimentary wifi, water, and coffee in the room were all great (and the coffee was actually very good). The social area is fantastic for a drink but a bit noisy if you're looking to do work. "ALoft-Chicago"
Great hotel. We were a short walk to the convention center. Wished there was a Starbucks closer but other than that it was great. Free local and airport shuttle. Very quiet rooms. Very comfortable beds. Smart and stylish. I would stay there again.

"Beautiful Hotel"
Aloft Chicago was a great hotel, especially for the price. The staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. They also offer a free shuttle to the El and airport. Location isn't the greatest but there are some nice restaurants in the area and it is next to the expo.

"Aloft, Chicago O'Hare"
Very nicely appointed rooms. Nothing around the hotel itself within walking distance but the shuttle drivers will drop you near by and pick you back up on their airport runs. Hotel has a Euro flavor with great music playing in the lobby. Easy place to hang around in. I'd recommend to business travelers.

This hotel was an excellent value for our one night stay near Chicago. The room was very nicely done in Euro contemporary style with quality bedding and nice appointments. The room was small by American standards but pretty typical of those in Europe. The room was a bit too cozy for 4 adults but would be perfect for two. "Bang for the buck"
It was great for a weekend in Chicago. Walk-able distance from the blue line station, but they provide shuttle transportation that will take you there or anywhere else in the area every 15 minutes, even late at night. No restaurant/ room service in the hotel, but there are plenty of great options in the area. Parking isn't free, but paying the hotel […] is cheaper than paying the lot. The interior was very clean and modern. The room was very spacious. There are lots of activities like billiards, a pool, corn-hole, etc to do in the hotel if you're bored. We needed a place to stay for an early morning flight. It worked out very well. Lots of good restaurants close by and hotel provides free shuttle to them.
"Rosemont ALOFT"
Close to the airport, Rosemont convention center and the new Des Plaines casino. If you need to be by O'Hare airport this is a very good choice.
"Nice hotel/location"
This hotel was very nice and close to the airport. The only bad thing about it was the having to pay for parking when other hotels in the nearby area let you park for free. For that reason, I would not stay here again I don't think. The hotel is very nice though

me and my wife and my 5 yo daughter stayed at this hotel and i was not expecting much but when we entered the room we instantly fell in love with it this is a must stay hotel if you have to stay over night by o hare airport

Shuttle runs every 1/2 hour, picks up at Bus/Shuttle center, Door #3. Drivers were good to excellent. Had a %:30 AM flight , front desk set up a 4AM shuttle run. No problems, no hassles. Room was very clean, evrything worked. Construction sight next door but no noise at night. No restaurant on site but shuttle is available to get you to and from one […] of the many restaurants in the area. Numerous snack and breakfast options available for purchase in mini-deli area by front desk. Never a worry about waking up at 3AM with only a candy bar machine to get you through the night. Internet seemed to work well. Decor is a cross between "industrial chic""and "refined modern". Bed was excellent. Price was about 50% more than some of theComfort Inns and Super 8'type places in the area b ut MUCH CLEANER and again USER FRIENDLY. Would definitely stay there again, especially on business. "Great airport location"
We stayed here to be close to the aiport for an early morning flight. It was very convenient and relaxing. The lobby has a nice feel and offers free internet and board games to help pass the time. Also appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.
"Nice modern hotel with outdated HVAC system."
The hotel was in good shape, modern, chic, no bathtub, but who wants to use a hotel bathtub anyway! The only downside was that each room has its own HVAC system, and it appeared to be in some disarray. Whenever the A/C compressor would kick in, it sounded louder than the planes landing at nearby O'Hare. Had I do stay there again, I would check that […] as soon as I got into my room and request another one if it was a problem. I don't know if it's any better elsewhere though. Positives are the gym is great, comfy and clean room, and free wifi and coffee to keep you going when your flight gets delayed. Also they gave me a generous late checkout and all staff were courteous and professional. Free shuttle to the area is great, too, since there's not much around there. I'd stay there again for sure, especially if the rates were as good as this, though I'd be sure to check the a/c or heater for its noise level. I had trouble sleeping through that sound. "Aloft Hotel in Chicago (Rosemont)"
Very nice modern hotel. Especially suited to young professional travelers. Provides plenty of ways to meet and mingle after work. Rooms are modern and attractive.

Yes, it's W's teaser brand and designed to the hilt; but it also has the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in this year (and I've slept in over a hundred).
Clean Room and very contemporary look. Close to Ohare and many restaurants.

The Aloft chain is amazing, they did it again at the ohare Aloft Hotel. Was the same experience that I had at another aloft I stayed at in the past. Great hotel, and very hip. Would highly recommend it.

Hair & make-up on sheets - asked for new ones twice, they never came. Shuttle times were inconsistent Room smelled like it was on fire if the temperature was put above 70 degrees. MY STAY WAS GREAT NO BACK PROBLEMS ...VERY COMFORTABLE ..THEY GAVE ME A HARD TIME AT FRONT DESK BC I WASNT INFORMED THEY NEEDED TO HOLD AN ADDITIONAL 50 DOLLARS WHEN I BOOKED IT . FRONT DESK CLERKS WERE A BIT RUDE NOT REALLY CONCERNED . I TRIED TO CANCEL RESERVATIONS BEFORE I CAME AND I WAS TOLD I COULD THEN I GOT THERE AND HAD THE SITUATION ABOUT THE […] 50 THEN THEY TOLD ME I COULD CANCEL. Staff was helpful and friendly room was clean comfortable and very pleasant. There was construction just outside the hotel but that is obviously outside of the hotels control.

"Chic and modern with free internet in Rosemont!"
Staff ranges from average to friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, average accomodations but very modern. We enjoyed our stay. It is not a 3 or 4 star hotel, but for 2 1/2 stars it is tops.
