It was hard to find room numbers from the outside. No close places to eat or shop. We had to go down into town. But the room itself was great and the hotel receptionist was great .It was kind of dirty over by the hot tubs hotel entrance, cigarette butts all over.
We loved it - our room seemed brand new! We stayed in the studio room and we quite enjoyed it. Seemed Luxurious. We were concerned about the Murphey bed but we enjoyed the mattress pad and it was comfortable. We will be back!
"Great Spring Time Stop"
I loved the hotel! My family stayed for two nights and the setup was great and we had plenty of room. Because of the ski season being over the place was quiet and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I would go back again!

The Murphy bed to my surprise was quite comfortable. I took the room in order to provide the family a place to gather. It worked wonderfully. Staff were incredible.

great service, the rental shop was great on site, parking is amazing, location is almost as good as ski in ski out. great alternative option to st. regis and montage, much better price.

"Great Value at Deer Valley"
The staff was extremely helpful. Clean comfortable room, great pool & hot tub area. About 5 minutes from Main street. Will stay again.

Very much enjoyed out 4 day stay at the Chateaux at Silver Lake. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and spacious. We booked the hotel room. Had a fireplace, large bathroom with a jetted tub and heated towel rack . Can't wait to return!!

"Cozy stay"
We stayed in one of the standard rooms, which is on the small side but still very comfortable. The place was pretty much deserted this time of year, which was great! The room was mostly clean and cozy, with a very comfortable bed. The only thing that I noticed that needed improvement was the comforter as it was dirty with what looked like kool-aid stains...yuck! "Wonderful!"
This was the best place we have stayed in a long time. Service was wonderful. Were given an upgrade because of renovations in lobby. Very helpful staff. Great location just around the corner from main street. Beautiful view. Also gave us a discount card for the Stein Erikson Lodge Sunday brunch, one of the best meals we had the whole trip.

"Incredible Value"
For what we paid the accomodations were terrific. Clean, comfortable, huge room with full size kitchen and dining area, accessible. Free parking in underground garage. The only negatives were the tv and the murphy bed. However, the size of room and luxury of it more than made up for plainness of the bed and tv.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday with a Friday night stay at the Chateaux in October. The staff was friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite which was awesome in furnishings and decor. My wife loved the big pillows, and we enjoyed the fireplace in the bedroom. The staff was very accomodating as we had to move our stay a week […] later due to a funeral in the family. There were not many people in the facility during our stay so we had the place pretty much to ourselves. Carpet in the lobby was being replaced but the work did not dampen our enthusiasm. "Chateaux in Park City"
Excellent! We went for an anniversary trip. The only bad this is the time of year. Oct is too cold to do hiking and to early to go skiing. The hotel spa and restaurant are closed this time too, but they did give us vouchers for 20% off at their sister hotel across the street. We will stay here again for sure!
Secluded and quiet. I liked the spa and pool.. The shuttle service was a nice feature.

"The Chateaux"
great hotel. Loved the room. It blew us away. The only draw back was, our room was over the parking garage so we could hear the garage door opening all night and moring. Besides that i will stay there again. The room and the value were the best thing. I would have paid more for the room.
"Very Nice stay"
This was one of the most quietest rooms I have every stayed in. Very nice, way to expensive breakfast accros the road. I would stay here again.

We were pleasantly suprised with the accomodations. Very luxurious and comforable. We had a studio condo which was well equipped with the only negative being the Murphy bed mattress was a little too much like a futon.

Firstly, let me say that in terms of service this hotel is unbeatable. The young staff were beyond helpful, prompt and cheerful and I was impressed. This is not a normal hotel, I believe that most of the units are owned and then rented out. I was told that the studio apartments are preferable to the one bedrooms, although they have a murphy bed, which […] is why I didn't choose one. That was probably a mistake. When I first walked into the room I was disappointed because I was expecting a higher class of room. The carpet was fraying and that turned me off, but in reality the room was ok in terms of cleanliness and newness. It had a view of some kind of electrical unit and felt cramped and claustrophobic. The decor was boring French style and the pillows and blankets were not good quality and uncomfortable. For a little extra money I would have preferred to have stayed in the hotel across the street, which seemed to be a lot nicer. "Chateaux Deluxe"
Very friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable bed...very quiet. Deer Valley is a walk across the street to the lifts (if it had been ski season). Close to Main Street, bout 5 minute drive. Plus we got a buy one get one free night when we checked in. We will be back again!

"Great Off-season Retreat"
Got a little lost getting there...apparently it is in Upper Deer Valley, not lower. GREAT place to stay. Dax was our friend at the front desk and he did a great job helping us out. Stein Erickson lodge right across the street. Pulled a voucher from the local paper and enjoyed an expensive meal for a cheaper price. Loved it. Everything was clean. My husband and I had a very positive experience at The Chateaux at Silver Lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted in making dinner reservations as well as snowmobiling reservations. The free shuttle was much appreciated especially during The Sundance Festival when Main Street was crowded. Our hotel room was beautiful, quiet […] and very clean. The Chateaux is only 5 minutes from Main Street (where all the action is). This resort is fantastic.right in the heart of Deer Vally and close to Park City Main Street.This is a must stay if you are in the area. 5 star with views that are amazing.

"Chateaux is nice"
Nice front desk people, wouldnt give me a better view, i had poolside room. no pay per view.. the stay was quiet.There was a few dollar resort fee., Nice soft bedding and bed. NO MICROWAVE.This was one room. fireplace was nice . Chair and table was good height for us.

The customer service at the Chateaux was outstanding. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and the room was great. Very cozy and romantic!

Amazing property! On the very top of a mountain just outside of Park City in the Deer Valley ski area. Nicely finished clean rooms with all the perks a quality resort should have. Not for the person wanting to stay right in the heart of Park City but we found it well worth the 5-10 min drive in and out of town. "The Chateux - Wonderful Hotel in Park City"
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with them. I've stayed at Stein Erikson a few times and always thought they were the place to stay but Chateux really showed me that they can hold their own against the big 5 diamond. I will say that only one problem happened while staying overnight with them. About 12:30 at night, the ac went out in the entire hotel. Our […] room went from 68 to 81 degrees in matter of half hour. It made for an uncomfortable sleep. We had to get up at 6 am for a hot air balloon ride, so we were exhausted. But the hotel was great to us, when we got back from our ride, they gave us a late late late check out to catch up on our sleep with no extra charge. That made our stay with them excellent. "Very romantic room"
The room was beautiful and cozy. We enjoyed the fire place, double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and mint on our pillow. The property itself was crammed in a section with many other properties so the surroundings felt cramped.
