Very clean and nice hotel, in a quiet village, very close to the Malpensa airport. If you are between planes it's ideal. I have only one complaint - about the free shuttle to the airport. It doesn't say on the internet adv that the shuttle works only between 8 to 10 am and 6 to 11 pm. The airport is only 1,5 km but if you take a taxi you'll pay 15 euro one way. Nobody will tell you that you can get there for free, just take the bus that goes from terminal 1 to terminal 2 and get out at the stop named Case Nuove, than 10 min walk and you're there.

"A gift at the end of our vacation."
My gal and I stayed here for two nights at the end of our vacation - but now wish we had scheduled more. This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet location. The owners and staff go out of their way to provide comfort, service and more than a touch of class.

"Nice hotel with lake view"
Friendly service, location not too far from Stresa city center; very close to ferries to the islands, etc. Nice, clean room. Had the rooftop terrace all to ourselves for a picnic lunch one day, with a phenominal view! All in all , a very nice stay.

"Great hotel, location"
Located a short walk from railroad station, on a busy intersection but with door closed on terrace, room was quiet. 15 minute walk to shops and downtown area, 5 minute walk to boats to islands. Staff spoke english and were helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. Would go back again.
"very convenient location"
The hotel is close to the railway station and the main streets and restuarants are a short walk away (15 mins) along the lakeside. Staff were very helpful and services were without fault. I would recommend it.

ambiance familiale dans un cadre raffiné service impeccable peut être un peu éloigné du centre ville,pour les personnes qui auraient des difficultés à marcher

Point negatif : un peu loin du centre (1 KM) Points positifs : Tres joli hotel, verdure, accueil chaleureux et bon service.

Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Un bon buffet au petit déjeuner, une belle piscine avec chaises longues et une salle de musique/lecture très agréable. L'hotel aurait néanmoins besoin d'une remise à neuf (escalier, fenêtre et téléviseur des chambres).

L'hôtel est d'un très bon niveau. L'accueil est sympathique. La chambre très confortable. Seul petit bémol, la climatisation est un peu bruyante. Situé à quinze minutes de marche du centre de Stresa. La promenade pour aller à Stresa est tout simplement magnifique.

Le personnel est accueillant, l'hôtel paraît confortable mais la salle de bain de la chambre que nous avions réservé n'était pas propre (moisissures sur les vitres de la douche qui étaient également cassées, moisissures sur le flexible de douche, odeur d'humidité, problèmes d'écoulement de l'eau dans la baignoire). Hotel bien situé, accueil souriant et remise d'informations toutistiques utiles à notre arrivée. Chambres propres. Buffet petit déjeuner correct. seul bémol la literie est un peu fatiguée.

Der Zustand des Bades mit vielen Baumängeln (eine Vielzahl offener Fliesendurchbrüche, angeschlagene Glasablagen, u. Seifenschale, extrem schwergängige Duschkabinentüre, nicht funktionierender Thermostat) und die Nichtbeseitigung von Wandbeschädigungen beim Einsetzen des Zimmerwandschrankes führen letztendlich zu einem negativen Gesamteindruck.

hotel propre et bien situé vers l'embarcadère des iles borromées et pour le telepherique... on entend legerement le train qui passe au fond de la ville. jardin très fleuri . personnel accueillant. à recommander!
Hotel qui mérite bein ses trois étoiles, chambre et lit confortables(très bonne litterie), propreté sans reproche, décoration sobre et agréable, accueil avenant, petit déjeuner très correct, chambre sur jardin qui offre en fait un balcon avec belle vue en biais sur le lac (au delà du jardin), seul bémol, la cuisine (correcte tout de même) n'est pas […] exceptionnelle mais, pour stresa, pas très honéreuse non plus. Bon hôtel accueillant et confortable. Bonne situation. On rejoint le centre ville par une belle ballade le long du lac. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel et y retournerions volontiers.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du centre de Stesa, accessible par les chemis piétonniers du bord du Lac. Chambre refaite à neuf, très confortable, large balcon. Il est indispensable de choisir une chambre donnant sur le Lac (à cause du bruit de la route). Piscine et air de détente très agréable.

Situato in posizione strategica per chi vuole unire la gita sul lago o la visita al monte Mottarone dalla vicina funivia. Inoltre è possibile trovare affitto biciclette e passeggiata lungo lago. Un vero e proprio polo di attrazione quasi autonomo distante circa 1,5 km da Stresa centro.
