It would be nice to have vending machines on each floor by the ice machines instead of going back to lobby for soda/water. That is my only suggestion. The staff was very nice and hospitable.

The hotel was close to the highway and lots of services. The staff was not very accommodating. The restaurant service was mediocre(we could not get service the night we checked in-no one came to wait on us) and the service at the front desk was very indifferent the morning of our checkout. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was perfect - lovely & comfortable. The location was very convenient to the highway, restaurants, shopping, gas stations. And the fireplace in the lobby was irresistible!! Lovely stay. Thank you.

"first rate!"
The hotel was convenient, the room was clean and quiet, and the beds were heavenly. Would definitely stay here again.
This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn in years. I am so glad I did. I'll be back soon. I visit Winchester at least four times to see my grand kids.

"Beautiful hotel, good rates, excellent location"
Loved this hotel. The space is beautiful and it's accessible to I-81 readily as well as Skyline Drive and the beauty of the Shenandoah Valley with great rates. Staff was friendly. Facilities were clean and well kept. Only thing that would have made it better would be a breakfast buffet--but we went to the restaurants close by instead. Would stay here […] again without a doubt. "Very firm mattress and loud AC unit"
Decent hotel. Everything was clean and adequate. Neither of us could sleep because the mattress was so hard we kept waking up. Also, the AC unit was really loud. We probably should have changed rooms - something was rattling inside. But the room was a good size.

"Comfort"
We were required to evacuate during Hurricane Irene and Winchester was far enough from the coast. We selected your hotel and we're glad we did. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Kem's restaurant was great! Great Steak! We would have liked a bigger pool, but overall the hotel was just as described.

This is a nice bright hotel within driving distance from the center of the town of Winchester, VA. There is an IHop down the street and it's very close to I-81. There is also a large shopping mall just down the road. We would certainly stay here again. My family stayed here recently and loved it! The hotel is kept very clean, very kid-friendly, staff are all friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The showers are also great. Free lemonade in the lobby. Snack bar is open 24 hours and has a pretty good selection.
Good location to highway. Comfortable would stay there again.

the hotel was clean and upscale. The bed was very comfy, the room was clean, bathroom had stand in shower, no bathtub (we didnt mind, infact liked the stand in shower better), loved the breakfast especially the fact that you can order from the menu, very hearty and filling. the buffet was also there for breakfast if we wanted.

A very comfortable, modern hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. Restaurant on site has excellent food and attentive, friendly wait staff. Clean, well maintained pool in comfortably warm room with restrooms attached.

I needed a hotel just to stay overnight to break up a trip. This hotel was inexpensive, clean, and extremely comfortable. In the short time I stayed, the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

this hotel was nice, only needed it for one night. a bit pricey to be honest for what it was, but no complaints really about my stay. was clean, everything seemed pretty new and in great condition, about a 15 min drive from front royal, not too far from winchester.

The hotel was like new and very quiet. The pool was clean. The bedding was very comfortable. We were very pleased with this hotel.

"Nice Stay"
The hotel is close to the freeway and many restaurants. We had some issues with sheet cleanliness and it took some time to get it resolved because of a wedding reception at the hotel and everyone was busy. The pool is small and indoors, and there is no hot tub.

Very pleased with this hotel- this was my second stay enroute to another Holiday Inn and I wish I was staying at THIS hotel the entire time! We were very pleased with the accomodations- everything was perfect!

I enjoyed the room and the hotel. It was brand new, comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was with the room service and the front desk on the day of check out.
