I reserved this hotel due to the ratings on hotels.com and I have to agree it is newer than most and was clean and comfortable for me and my family. We will return.

"Great hotel"
Stayed 2 nights and was not disappointed. Room was very clean and very big. Staff was friendly. I didn't eat the continental breakfast so can not comment on it. Only thing that I didn't like was the coffee maker was in the bathroom. This is a big no-no for me as I'm a bit of a germaphobe when it comes to restrooms. Clean, nice staff, everything was fine except the beds were sooo uncomfortable. I didn't get any rest the whole time we were there. It says on the website you are supposed to get deluxe comfort beds, but I sure didnt feel any deluxe comfort. And bring your own pillows, theirs are too soft and your head smushes flat. Sleep Inn is a comfortably furnished new hotel. We had a king suite and were very comfortable. Definitely would stay there again. We would suggest to management that they add some cheese slices and some cold cuts to the breakfast menu for those who need a little more protein in the morning. I tried to find something wrong with this hotel but couldn't. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly. The wi-fi worked fine. The free breakfast had plenty of options and the Texas shaped waffles were great! Great value for the money and nice comfortable hotel.

The hotel was a great price and really clean. Definitely worth it except the infant crib does not have sheets, so bring your own if you need to use the crib.

Great hotel, very clean with a friendly staff. The room was a nice size, we had two adults and three children in our party. The bathroom was roomy and the tub was very clean. It was right off the highway. We would stay again.

"A nice stay"
I was very happy with the quality of service and the cleanliness of the hotel. It was a nice stay for our family! My daughter likes the Texas pancakes!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were spacious and clean. Everything looked pretty new. Easy to get in and out of. I would like the check out time to be a little later. Left 30 minutes late and was charged $10.

"Perfect"
My son and I went to Schlitterbahn and then the Natural Bridge Caverns on day 3. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Very clean, comfortable, convenient. The staff was very accomodating. I am definitely staying her the next time we come to town.

Hotel Sleep In located in New Braunfels was great. Really nice and clean. Very helpful desk person. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the city. Recommended a great restaurant. We were really close to the Ampitheater.

The hotel was very nice and clean, and the rooms were very spacious. In room fridge and microwave are a big plus. Our family takes a yearly trip to Schlitterbahn and will definitely book our stay here for future trips.

The rooms were clean and about $15 overpriced due to spring break. I was most disappointed that 1) LED HDTV had only over the air HD channels, CBS did not come in at all. Cable selections were SD. 2) Local cable idiots decided to drop TruTV before March Madness. 3) Used wireless to watch bball games on-line but the connection to the Internet (not my […] wireless to the local router) kept dropping. I stayed here based on the other reviews. The front desk clerk was friendly, the room clean. All the counters were granite in the bathroom and although the hotel is only three years old, the front desk clerk said they were getting ready to remodel and paint. We would definitely stay there again - close to Gruene w/ the antique shops, tubing and outlet […] shops in San Marcos. The free breakfast had hard-boiled eggs, wafffles, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, oj and apple juice. The only real negative here: bad coffee. I normally don't post reviews, but this hotel was so good, I thought I should let others know. The staff was so helpful and very courteous at check-in. We were traveling with our 1 year old, so they put us in an area of the hotel where there weren't a lot of guests, so we wouldn't disturb others and they wouldn't disturb us. The room was very comfortable […] and was surprisingly babyproofed- our daughter can be a bit of a menace, and there was little damage she could do. Breakfast was very basic, but they had waffle-makers! And Schlitterbahn was less than 10 minutes away. Watch out for the entrance road, it's a little tight, but the hotel was totally worth the price.
