"Great Hotel, Staff Needs Some Training"
Absolutely beautiful and updated hotel. Our room was gorgeous and quiet and very comfortable. The staff, on the other hand, need some training. We booked our room through hotels.com and it was paid in full before we ever checked in. However, we had to wait in line to check in for nearly 15 minutes because there was only one staff member on site and […] she kept answering the phone rather than waiting on customers. Then, when we checked out, they charged my credit card for the cost of the room, even though we had already paid for it through hotels.com. It took 3 days and multiple calls to the hotel manager before the money was credited back to our account. The manager was polite, but clearly not interested in helping the customer. The hotel was okay and I will probably stay there again because it is close to my families homes. The refrigerator was very noisy. We also noticed that while they had the usual card stating that we should hang any towel we planned to use there wasn't a single towel rack anywhere in the room or bathroom. The computers were the same ones that were installed […] when the hotel opened.
