We spent the weekend at this hotel and couldn't be more satisfied. The city was all covered in snow but the rooms were warm and cozy. Very good-size room, very clean and well equipped. We didn't have a car so we made use of the complimentary bike rental, as the hotel is a bit far from the city centre - very close if you have a car, though. Internet […] access was complimentary too, and the breakfast buffet was good for Italian standards - they could get a better coffee machine, though. The concierge gave us a free map of the city and highlighted major routes and sight-seeing destinations, which was also very useful for our short visit. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Great breakfast and customer service at front desk. Heat in room not on until we asked, heat in bathroom did not work until expert in Johnson Controls was contacted.

The hotel was clean and welcoming, the room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived after the hotel restaurant had closed and the staff went and got us a plate of parma ham and parmesan as we had no other place to eat (excellent service)

A good generic corporate hotel with free parking, easy to find if you follow signs from commercial centre, although really a car is necessary as not close to centre.

Was a very good hotel room, although the double bed was just two beds pushed together which wasn't very comfortable. The shower kept changing temperatures from hot to cold as well, but other than that was secure and very clean.

The hotel meets the bare minimum of needs. It was clean but had no frills. Our room was on the ground floor and there was construction ladders and staging outside our window which would've made it easy for someone to break in. The hotel is not near the town and there is really nothing near the hotel. The breakfast was not good.

Apart from the discussions at check-in whether or not our room could really accommodate 4 adults (which it easily could), the staff were very friendly and helpful. They all try to speak English and communication was absolutely ok [but we do speak a little Italian as well]. The Hotel is exactly what we expected, the room was fine, the en-suite bathroom […] clean and there were enough towels, shower gel etc. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly well stocked and offered quite a variety of food (I always eapect less in Italy) and we all left well fed. The location of the hotel is not very charming but it is only a 5 minute car ride to the historical centre and the hotel staff will show you where you can leave the car close to the centre. Mycket fräscht hotell med bra standard. Frukostbuffé ingår i rummet. Buffén är ganska liten men där finns det mesta man önskar. Hotellet ligger i utkanten av Parma och det underlättar om man har tillgång till bil. I närområdet ligger några bostadsområden, industriområden och några större vägar. Hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstücksbuffet. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Einziger negativer Punkt ist die in der Nähe verlaufende Schnellstraße (Tangente) da bei Regen sehr deutlich der Autoverkehr zu hören ist

Das Hotel ist recht neu. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bad sehr sauber. Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind ausreichend verfügbar und kostenlos. Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage wäre für wenige € pro Tag zu haben gewesen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse und für ein 3-Sterne-Haus sehr gut.
